On[protected], I booked the ticket in TSRTC From Kodad to Hyderabad, travelling date[protected] at 5.20am, 380rs money got cutted from my account. But i haven't received any message and mail from TSRTC. I lost 380 rs. Please consider my request.

This particular conductor was so rude and stopped the bus in between. Also asked the driver to take to the police station without my fault.

Hi, there is no parity on ticket charges. TSRTC made bus facility available for the educated persons. They did not think about the illiterates and poor people who can not afford a smart phone. This category people can not book a ticket without smart phone and minimal education qualifications. Every bus should have minimum of 5 vacant seats for such kind people.
In addition to the above, the amount charged from Parkal (Telangana) to Hyderabad KPHB was 390/- excluding Internet booking charges, Whereas the same bus fare has been reduced to 340/- within short span of time. How can they charge different amount for the same route, same bus, same distance? Take a look at the service number 8441 bus on images attached.
Moreover, tickets prices have been increased like anything. In simple terms, the prices have been doubled compared to the prices prior to Covid-19 pandemic.

Dear Authority,
We are students from IIT Hyderabad. We took express bus (No: TS07 UG 6689) which is going from Hyderabad to Pitlam and Bichkunda at Lingampalli today (i.e.on[protected]. We wanted to go from Lingampalli (BHEL circle) to our campus IIT Hyderabad which is nearby Kandi. Recently Telangana RTC passed the information regarding stop at our campus. But bus conductor and driver denied our request and ask us to get down from the bus in between. We are gang of 3 boys and two girls. When we are noting down the bus number, driver scolded us with unparliamentary language in public. Please ask them to have knowledge on the bus stages and kindly ask them to behave properly with public. It is sincere request from our side. Kindly do the needful and Looking forward to hearing a positive response from you.

I have travelled from jntu to 4th phase. The conductor has charged total amount of rs. 20.00. actual ticket price is 15rs. She gave me ticket from jntu college to TCS building. This route conductors don't know the charges and even they can't listen properly. They give next stop tickets n collect extra money from us. They argue with us this is exact price this machine is showing this price. We travel daily with 15rs charge but they argue this is exact price.

Driver behaviour towards passenger who is at age of 60 is very indecent and rude.While passenger asked him to stop the bus at her destination location he didn't listen to her and crossed that place and stopped the bus at a place where there is no transportation available.Even for taking luggage bag from luggage area cabin he asked her to open those doors and take the luggage.Those doors are very hard to open and at age of 60 years and being a woman she is unable to open it.He is saying he has some pain in his hand.I dont know with that pain how could he drive the vehicle for almost 350 kms if he really has that pain then all the passengers life was in risk.

This is not at all acceptable behaviour from a government operated service like tsrtc. I request you to take an action on him otherwise he will be used do that behaviour with everyone whoch will give a bad impression to TSRTC.

My father 70 years age and mother 63 yeard agetravelled in Service No 8123 from Karimnagar to Vijayawada on 25.1.2023. Ticket No 72060280. They are old and have health issues. They requested driver to stop at Guntupalli Busstop. I too have collected mobile number of bus staff over help line and specifically requested to ensure alighting of my parents at Guntupalli stop. I told they are aged and have health issues . I tracked the bus and just before 15 minutes it reaches Guntupalli I called the bus stop repeatedly. Calls were not answered I waited at bus stop identified the bus and shown my hand from distance itself to appeal to stop. He ignored. My father in bus seen from bus and appealed driver that my son is in stated busstop and asked to stop. But driver stopped half km away. I followed by car. When I have seen driver there were Ear pods and he is listening some it seems. This was the reckless, irresponsible attitude particularly which should not have been with elders with ailments.

My daughters who iare 10 and 12 years travel to school everyday to and fro from nagole to bowenpally with school bus pass. Today is the second time that they were denied a ladies seat, by male passengers. The problem here is the inaction of the bus conductor, saying that they are sitting in the seat from a long distance, and who are you to tell them to get up. Moreover, when a fellow lady passenger, who is the relative of the male passennger, was abusing my daughter continuously from tadbund to patny, the conductor did not take any action. When my daughter, took a ticket inspite of having a buspass, he arrogantly said "Nothing will happen even if you complaint to depot manager." To whomever you want to complan u can do it. This is how your staff are treating the are girls alone in TSRTC buses. This is making them insecure. They travel by standing most of the time, but today she is not well due to ladies monthly issue and having stomach pain and asked for a ladies seat . The crew of the buses should be sensitized and should act in making girls or ladies comfortable in the buses.
I request you take necessary action in this regard. against the negligent and arrogant conductor. The bus no. Is AP 28Z4447. Kindly do the needful. This bus just missed killing 2 passengers by 2 seconds. He did not apply breaks too. Very very rash driving. His rear view glass was also broken.

In khammam and kodad telangana are selling water bottles that are more than mrp and every thing are expensive

Please increase frequency of buses to koltur/ thurkapalle genome valley especially during office opening and closing hrs

By oversight ticket was booked in the same name for wife & husband...conductor has charged twice ticket charges ..please refund my money . We are a small employees..it costs so much to us ..bus is also come very lately by 2 hours

I travel daily from lingampally to Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (located near kandi) in district buses that are registered under zaheerabad depot or sangareddy depot. All these buses have a stop at IIT HYDERABAD, and in the ticket it will be written IIT KANDI.
My compliant is most of the drivers do not consider this as a bus stop and are not willing to stop the bus at the said location. Their reason is as follows
"60 other people in bus should wait for you to get down at iit kandi"
They do not want to reduce their speed on highways and stop at left side just for 1 min or less for people to get down
If it is some other big bus stop such as sangareddy or zaheerabad, they do not have any trouble stopping.
This is if we get into the bus and take the ticket till the stop.
Few drivers do not even allow us to board the bus if we ask that we want to get down at iit hyderabad because they do not want to reduce the speed for such a small distance which is 24 kms.
Rtc services are intended to serve public but we are treated like this.
Please look into the matter.

I had booked a ticket from Sircilla to Jbs on 22-Jan-2023 through TSRTC mobile application. Unfortunately due to network issues., the ticket was not generated but the amount(750 Rs/-) got deducted from my bank account.

I tried calling customer care multiple times & they replied "Refund is in progress". I even mailed them at online.[protected]@tsrtcbus.in detailing the problem but no proper response from them. It's been more than one month & still din't received the refund amount.

Kindly do the needful to get the amount refunded asap.

Today I booked my ticket from jannaram to Hyderabad at 9:30Pm.
But the bus is not reached to ur jannaram bustand. The is right now 10:20pm.
I have to go to another place tomorrow early morning at 5:00am.

On the 21st of January 2023, I tried to purchase a Water bottle from the shop at Khammam Bus Stand. Water Bottle has the Bisleri Bliss but with a different logo than the original Bisleri company has, Every shop has the same company name with a Bisleri Bliss except that company no other bottle is available. They charged 30rs/- for one bottle, Next day morning I had a throat infection due to that water.

Vikarabad depot pallevelugu busses (vikarabad to hyderabad) are not stopping in the bus stations like kalimandir, suncity, lunger house and even Mehdipatnam also. They are stopping the bus for getting down the passengers at the out skirts of the stop(army chhamb dwar) and not giving any chance to the persons to get into the bus. Empty busses are running almost with less people to and fro. The bus travels with only the Passengers who catch the bus at CBS and Vikarabad . They don't stop at Gandhibhavan, Nampally, lakdikapool and at Mehdipatnam also they stop for 5 min at out skirts(rythu market) for getting down and ran away without allowing passengers to use the services. Empty busses are running from vkb to hyd to and fro. Pl persue and instruct the drivers to stop at every bus stop and to increase the revenue. Vkb bus depot pallevelugu busses are running empty on the roads causing great damage to tsrtc. Conductors are lazy to cut the tickets and driver is happy to drive empty bus . Office going staff are suffering a lot with theses busses. Please keep on eye on these all pallevelugu vkb bus depot busses and if we question the drivers, they replied that use local busses to commute, we don't stop : pallevellugu busses are non stop from vkd to hyd and vice versa.pl clarify

Hi sir, i am regular traveller in TSRTC bus from Armoor to Hyderabad and each time I will reach my destination in 4 hours. Today i started my journey from JBS in Nirmal bus No.TS16Z0175 (as per my ticket) at 5.07 PM. When am asking why the bus is going slow to the conductor, he is behaving rude with me and scolding me as have u seen the bus in your life. As am a govt employee and I will go hyderabad in a month nearly 10 times, if the conductor behave like this with customer who is responsible. Due to the slow bus speed village people will lost their last bus from bus station. The bus was taken 30 mins for snacks at private dhana and small vehicles also crossing this bus.
