Driver details shared through sms is different and actual driving person is deterrent mis communicating to passengers and rashly speaking. Very bad experience....

We have done reservation for 6members from Karimnagar to JBS(Secunderabad) on may 9th at 3.30Am. But at bus stand bus not available as provided in reservation ticket.

Sir, i serving with Indian Army and buy a car at telangana and issue temporary registration No TS09EKTR5945 in the month of APR 2021 for registration of Vehicle in Bihar. But vehicle registration details not showing on VAHAN portal so unable to registered my vehicle after lapse of more than one year...

Sir while I'm going to sttc moula Ali from secunderabad in 17d bus the conductor collected me ₹50 for two persaon and given only two tickets of ₹20/-.
While I'm asking balance amount he refuded to give balance amount.
I have ticket as proof and one co passenger as witness.
I'm writing this complaint while on the same journey going on.
Take necessary actions against the conductor...

Our bus from adilabad to sangidi is delaying everytime. And schedule changes everyday.
People can't getting the bus. Because of bus zig zag timing. And aslo we need 2nd bus for our destinations. please solv this problem.

On 4 th May i booked a bus journey from Hyderabad to Vijayawada in tsrtc . Suddenly rain stated falling after bus crossed Hyderabad outskirts and rain water was leaking from the bus top all onto me the entire journey i informed the driver to allot me another seat but the bus driver and conductor were rude and told we can do nothing and there were empty seats available but they were busy filling those seats.please take...

Hi we are facing huge problem with 16 number rtc buses in anandbagh and safilguda circle, they are not stopping even when there is red signal and also not seeing who are crossing roads, this is really dangerous please look into the issue thanks...

City Buses like 17D, 3D, and 241, 242 are not at all coming at the time. Sometimes 2 - 3 buses come at the same time. I complained many times about the frequency of these buses too. That these are always full especially from tarnaka to dammaiguda & these buses are not sufficient.We need more 17D, 3D, 241, 242 buses.Buses like 3K, 17H, and 117 are mostly empty.Please increase buses which are in demand.

There was a bus conductor in bus number 5528(jagadgirgutta to mehdipattnam). I was travelling from Mytrivanam to mehdipattnam so the charge was 20 rupees. I gave him 200 and then he return only 130 i thought he might give me 50 rupees later but when i reach destination and ask fir 50 rupees he didnt gave me throw me out of the bus....

Kodad manager not responding for enquiry and even when I call to kodad station over the number [protected] and [protected] they are not responding.
Regular time for the Kurnool bus is at 8.00 am and even at the time of complaint the bus was not at the station.
If any urgent is there nobody will wait for RTC...

He has taken 150 minutes to travel just 60 kms from Hyderabad.each and every passenger was not satisfied.today is ramzan every one is not feeling well because of him.

TSRTC cancelled bus service no.7906 dated 03rd May 2022 Hyderabad to Adilabad.
I was waiting for the bus from 6.15 AM at Bowenpally boarding point.The said bus never turned up till 8.00AM.
After enquiry I came know that bus had been cancelled.
I lost the entire day due to rediculous attitude of TSRTC and they have not even bothered to intimate passenger.
TSRTC must refund double the amount due to reckless attitude...

Bus service number 1322 Garuda plus is not having proper AC. Travelling in that bus is similar to travelling in non- AC bus. I request please check with this...

I tried to book a service on 24th April2022. after the payment page which is showing like payment successful then I didn't get any ticket issued. I called and asked the TSRTC they said like "Your ticket has been cancelled, Money will revert back to the same account in 7 days. After that I booked other ticker and started another journey. Sir Buss pass renewal office is not opened on Sunday morning. If I ask somebody nearby that office they said today is government holiday. But in the timings board there is no any particular mentioned holidays. Sir please understand our concern not only me many of the students are suffered from the above matter.
