I am regularly traveling in AJ service from JNTU to RGIA. The bus leaves @7.55AM.
Today, the bus came to point @7.50AM and left at 8.14. The driver was very slow in ticketing and waiting for passengers.
Me along with copassengers requested him to start the bus but he didn't listen.
All o[censored]s are worrying about reaching office in right time or catching the flights.
We can understand the delays in unavoidable circumstances but not in easy going like this.
We sincerely request to look into the matter and take the measurements to run the busses at right time / schedules.

    Today as I have booked 2 tickets from kodad to Hyderabad, since it is hot summer day I have booked Rajadhaani bus and the ticket price was high stating AC service but the AC was not working and made my trip more suffocating and irritating, this is what we were expecting from TSRTC, this was the most unsatisfied trip for me ever.

      Address: 14,Godavari, Naval Park, Chirag nagar, Mumbai

      I am a Navy Officer booked a ticket in Rajdhani service no 1469 to Kodad.The bus is supposed to report at L B Nagar by 1600hrs but reported at 1630 hrs.
      The maintenance of the bus is so pathetic that there is no clean ship for years.
      One cannot see outside from any window of the bus except from the driver .
      When complained, the driver Shri PRGoud has given an irresponsible answer and told us to complain on twitter.

      Photos could not be uploaded as the limit is 32mb. Even the smallest photo is not accepted by the system.

        I have issue about Bus no : TS02UA9788
        Gents are occupied all front seats ... My self Sandhya rani ...inthe bus they attached a stickers about give respect to women's .. but where is the rest ...iam traveling about since 1 hour and I informed to conductor he is not responding to me ...
        If you are attaching that type of stickers what the use for that ...😤😡😡
        I am not going to accept with this type of stickers..if you don't want to follow the rules dont allow this type of actions in the bus..

            Date of Incident: 25th may
            Place of Incident: Manikonda (Near Andhra bank), Hyderabad

            Manikonda Andhra bank junction (4 way) is having traffic jam every day. There are no signals at the junction too. Some times we see a traffic authority clearing the traffic, majority of the times it is the public who clear the traffic. Taking this as advantage, TSRTC drivers driving in this route (Manikonda to Mehdipatnam) drive the bus in the wrong direction at the junction blocking the way for the vehicles coming in opposite way. Adding to this they don't stop the bus at the bus bay rather stop it in the middle of the road blocking the way for all.

              He don't have minimum common sense that how to talk with ladies and dnt have concern on small babies...rude behaviour being a senior person...if this msg reached to concern department...please give him a counselling...if he don't have a patience ask him to take retirement

                The bus depot Is Hyderabad-1, I forgot to take my balance amount after paying amount to ticket i.e 145 is paid and I given 500, . The remaining balance 355/-.I travelled from mahaboobnagar to Raichur at 16.52.Now I send pics of tickets.This is my humble request sir.

                    Sir i got on rajadhani service upto vijayawada 1712 on 22:050:2022. But when reached outer ring road suddenly bus gave trouble is it not the duty to check thoroughly the condition. And the told the other bus will be coming but till 1;23 no bus has come what is this service

                        I here to adress you that it is very defficult to travel from kodad to hyd through TSRTC As there is a shortage of busses from 4pm to 9pm and the depot manager arranging an ordinary bus and charging double the fare usually charged by TSRTC even though there is a good number of busses in the depot

                          I am booked a ticket from hanmakonda to manugur in bus service no.8546, actual bus starting time is 5pm on 19/05/2022. We reached the bus station on 4:45pm but bus was not arrived on platform till now(6pm) and there is no proper information available from either enquiry or customer care... It most worst of tsrtc, due to this public will choose other alternatives who will provide better service..

                            Bus is not comfortable for sitting not enough place to keep legs.waste of traving for such a high Fare. Express bus sitting is more comfortable than this ac rajadhani bus

                              As they mentioned in ticket
                              6.30 was my dropping time at khm depo
                              But it's 8.30
                              It was tooo late 2 hours late
                              I missed my appointment and facing trouble in reaching my destination

                                Service number of the bus 1294 this bus is too much of late we should travel to banglore and we should reach by 19th may mrng 4.30 buy the driver also not responding our calls and we have reserved the bus ticket on 17th may our travelling time 18th may evening 7pm but now time 7.20 nearly 20 mins late we should attend hospital in banglore on 19th mrng 5.30 so plzz take complaint on bus and driver its our humble request for tsrtc sir

                                    Bus started at hanamkonda at 2:10 pm and regular time was 1:30 pm and reached to kodad station 7:30 pm.
                                    It is very slow driving.
                                    For 170 kms driver takes more than 5 hrs.
                                    Can please provide the average kms for 1 hr for an express service.
