Bad Tsrtc conducter
I had given 120/- to conducter to Take a ticket from karimnagar to Jagtial
But he was saying that I had given only 100/-...
Amount of a jagtial bus ticket is 65/- i have to get 55/- but conducter had given me 30/- what is this...

I am Vijay. I have booked a ticket from JBS to Nizamabad on 29/04/22 (Service No 7605). The departure time at JBS was 6:10 PM. However Mr. Lingam the driver reached JBS at 7:00 PM and the bus departed at 7:15 PM.
It was an utter 1 hour late.
Beyond that Mr. Lingam (+91 [protected]) had a quarrel with a private bus driver nearby Kamareddy and wasted another 40 mins.
Finally the bus reached Nizamabad by 11:10 PM which was...

Sir I'm a female passengar, I booked a ticket from hyderabad to vijayawada (1615). During book process by mistake I have selected gender as male .during pick up driver denied to accept my ticket even though I have all booking details, ticket number and everything. As driver was not accepting my ticket, as there was no other option I purchased a new ticket for my journey. Please consider this issue and I request to refund my ticket money....

As a citizen of this city and as a person owning a bus pass, it is the least of my rights to be able to board a bus. Today in the morning i was standing near the super bazar bus stop along with another person trying to get into the bus 156/299 at 7:38 am, but the bus driver chose to ignore us as there were just two o[censored]s.
this needs to stop.
please consider this as a huge issue and get it resolved, thanks....

Sir, I am Neeraja travelling from Hyderabad to Vijayawada on this day i.e, 27th April 2022. When the bus was stopped at hyathnagar bus station I went to toilet in the station. On the top of it they wrote Rs.3/- for the use but actually they are collecting 10/- per head. When I asked them the reason they are saying this is not running by TSRTC they have given the tender and we are maintaing it so, TSRTC has no right to ask why we are charging...

Inspite of asking to reduce the temperature inside the bus cabin the temperature inside the bus cabin was at 29`C....

I daily board @Rajeev Gandhi Nagar, Bachupally to 195W. But, as per the frequency it is every 20min. But, literally spending almost an hour most of the times. Today I did wait from 9:15am and there is no bus until 10:15, upon this can observe 2 more buses following in less than 1 minute difference. So its of no use 3 buses starting at the same time, where we are getting late to office. This happens so frequently after 9am. Please request...

Hello RTC,
We love to travel in RTC BUSES
But in Miryalaguda RTC busses are filling fuel with passengers
This is purely not safe in this summer
We have wait to fill the bus with passengers and then again upon this for waiting for to fill fuel this is not fair

The worst behavior as a conductor I ever seen. Just I asking about stoppage near my house. But she was rashly replied and also told that not required to stop for outsider...

Today I travelled in government buses
There is big scam is going here...
I started from uppal metro station... To L.B nagar ring road... But the conductor gave me ticket from uppal depot to lb nagar...
Next I took another bus from Lb nagar to suryapet. But
The conductor.. Gave me ticket from MGBS to suryapet...
What is this sir/madam...
I didn't understand.. Please...

Even though I talk to conductor that mens are seating in ladies seats conductor was not able to solve my problem ....

1. I've Been traveling through TSRTC from many years but the most common problem which I encounter is the change problem. Why aren't the drivers equipped with proper change? For example, I took 2 tickets for Rs580/-, now driver doesn't have change of Rs20/- to pay back me. This is the most common problem which every passenger got to face.

2. Govt is encouraging people to go digital but I don't see any encouragement from tsrtc....

And the bus was came at 11:45 pm

I am calling the bus driver before 20mits of bus time and he is not responding at all and driver didn't call me even after reaching the bus stand also and he shouting at me you have come after the bus reach...

I booked ticket for female seat no
30 and side seat no 29 ia also reversed for female. but bus crew given seat to male, when I oppose same the conductor he used absue language and rude behaved with me. If any wrong insident happen who is responsible for it I request to take serious action on immediatly.

Otherwise am going lounch complaint on consumer forum.

Lots of passengers were choosing alternate ways to travel from bollaram to miyapur because uneven bus timings. 7 seaters autos were gaining lots of income and as well tsrtc losing income. Passengers were waiting more than half an hour, even though they had bus pass they are traveling in autos..This is the reason for loss of revenue to tsrtc..Tsrtc officials were sitting on chairs and sleeping....

I booked a bus with the ticket no:67470834 with service no:1953 from Hyderabad to palvoncha in GARUDA PLUS where the pick up time which was given is 15:10 but we didn't get the bus details and tracking and we waited for 10 mins then we got the details and we called the bus driver and asked where is the bus? he said the bus is in the depo and it will take 30 to 40 mins to reach the pick up point and we had to wait for almost more than hour...

As I wanted to travel from nalgonda to bhongir to reach the 9 o clock train, the bus came late to the bus station at nalgonda actual time is 7 but it came at 7:30, when I travel in that, I've reached at the bhongir bus station at 9:30 that I've missed my 9 o clock train, what should I do know...

We are very tensed as we didn't got the message from tsrtc even after the time of bus staring... We booked for rajadhani AC from kothagudem to Hyderabad...on 21.4.2022 at 23:00 hours... SERVICE number 34341... As the service driver is very rash to talk we bearly got in to the bus at the last minute... And that last minute opportunity also we got from tkt number from red bus service... WE Didn't Got Any Kind of Message or mail from RTC website......

To day I came across a bus AP11 z 6901 which was changing lanes and driving rashly inside city at kukatpally around 9:30 am. The driver didnt care even if multiple people are honking the horn and not at all careful....
