Dear RTC,

It's is very disappoint of TSRTC service.

I have booked super luxury bus of service no. 4007 Jbs to armoor.

I have received contact no. Of R.Narsaiah contact number is ([protected]) & I try to reach him from past 2 hours of before journey time still i can't reached him due to contact number as not done incoming recharge. and from him I haven't received any call about my status that I will travel or not.

I have waited 2 hours for bus but I cannot catch the bus..

I need refund of total amount of 320/-

    Hi sir this related to service 7192 banglore to godharkani..on 13 may 2020 the bus should be @3.20 am at cbs but it's 4.30 am almost one hour still bus is not cbs

      We boarded Rajdhani service bus from Vijayawada to Hyderabad on 12.05.2022 18.00hrs . Service number is 4073. And my ticket number is TNA42601. There is no cleanness in the bus. Empty water bottles are lying on floor. No fragrance. Lot of bad odour is coming. We are not complaining about the driver. He is good. When you are charging rs. 540/- as fare, request you to maintain the cleanness and freshness in buses.

          Respected sir, that there is no sufficient buses to the route map from Dharmaram to peddapalli as there were lot of People suffering for the buses who are daily waged people and competitive aspirants nd lot.. plz add two or more buses sir...this not from my side but also from the all of the waiters nearly 1 hour

            Bus depart time is 7:15 PM and the Bus started at 8:30 PM one hour late due to the other Rajadhani bus was damaged, other bus passengers was mixed in this bus, we reached at 12:30 PM it's been 4 to 4 and half journey with no movie and nothing

              I am traveling by TSRTC BUS NO TS08Z0262
              SERVICE NO 1581 FROM NEREDMET TO VIJAYAWADA
              MY NAME IS DR MANI KIRAN TRAVELING TODAY 10TH MAYto vijayawada in the above bus.
              They have stopped in private dhaba instead od regular busstand after surya pet busstand.
              The hotel is charging more price than mrp and they are not courteous to the passengers also.
              Why this is encouraged by the management of TSRTC .
              Is jis purposefully done after increase of bus charges to trouble the passengers.
              Need an probe into the issue as soon as possible.

                      Driver details shared through sms is different and actual driving person is deterrent mis communicating to passengers and rashly speaking. Very bad experience.

                        We have done reservation for 6members from Karimnagar to JBS(Secunderabad) on may 9th at 3.30Am. But at bus stand bus not available as provided in reservation ticket.

                        Another bus arranged and that bus driver also giving irresponsible answers, i will move after 1hour from busstand like this he responded.

                              Sir while I'm going to sttc moula Ali from secunderabad in 17d bus the conductor collected me ₹50 for two persaon and given only two tickets of ₹20/-.
                              While I'm asking balance amount he refuded to give balance amount.
                              I have ticket as proof and one co passenger as witness.
                              I'm writing this complaint while on the same journey going on.

                                Our bus from adilabad to sangidi is delaying everytime. And schedule changes everyday.
                                People can't getting the bus. Because of bus zig zag timing. And aslo we need 2nd bus for our destinations. please solv this problem.

                                  Hello,

                                  On 4 th May i booked a bus journey from Hyderabad to Vijayawada in tsrtc . Suddenly rain stated falling after bus crossed Hyderabad outskirts and rain water was leaking from the bus top all onto me the entire journey i informed the driver to allot me another seat but the bus driver and conductor were rude and told we can do nothing and there were empty seats available but they were busy filling those seats.please take strict action on them .i am uploading the screenshot of bus seat and on which i have been sitting and the travel details..

                                    Hi we are facing huge problem with 16 number rtc buses in anandbagh and safilguda circle, they are not stopping even when there is red signal and also not seeing who are crossing roads, this is really dangerous please look into the issue thanks

                                        City Buses like 17D, 3D, and 241, 242 are not at all coming at the time. Sometimes 2 - 3 buses come at the same time. I complained many times about the frequency of these buses too. That these are always full especially from tarnaka to dammaiguda & these buses are not sufficient.We need more 17D, 3D, 241, 242 buses.Buses like 3K, 17H, and 117 are mostly empty.Please increase buses which are in demand.
