I here to adress you that it is very defficult to travel from kodad to hyd through TSRTC As there is a shortage of busses from 4pm to 9pm and the depot manager arranging an ordinary bus and charging double the fare usually charged by TSRTC even though there is a good number of busses in the depot...

I am booked a ticket from hanmakonda to manugur in bus service no.8546, actual bus starting time is 5pm on 19/05/2022. We reached the bus station on 4:45pm but bus was not arrived on platform till now(6pm) and there is no proper information available from either enquiry or customer care... It most worst of tsrtc, due to this public will choose other alternatives who will provide better service.....

Bus is not comfortable for sitting not enough place to keep legs.waste of traving for such a high Fare. Express bus sitting is more comfortable than this ac rajadhani bus...

As they mentioned in ticket
6.30 was my dropping time at khm depo
But it's 8.30
It was tooo late 2 hours late
I missed my appointment and facing trouble in reaching my destination
Worrest service...

Service number of the bus 1294 this bus is too much of late we should travel to banglore and we should reach by 19th may mrng 4.30 buy the driver also not responding our calls and we have reserved the bus ticket on 17th may our travelling time 18th may evening 7pm but now time 7.20 nearly 20 mins late we should attend hospital in banglore on 19th mrng 5.30 so plzz take complaint on bus and driver its our humble request for tsrtc sir...

Everyday at evening time after 08:30 PM drivers are not stopping bus at some bus stations. Even though after showing hand to stop they are running away. Please take necessary action.

Bus started at hanamkonda at 2:10 pm and regular time was 1:30 pm and reached to kodad station 7:30 pm.
It is very slow driving.
For 170 kms driver takes more than 5 hrs.
Can please provide the average kms for 1 hr for an express service....

Please sir provide us rtc buses number (113M) mehidipatnam to uppal more ...mainly we needed at morning education institutions opening timings... because of metro buses we are losing money more if also we are had rtc bus pass..so kindly requesting you to provide rtc 113M buses more ......

So this is what tsrtc there for people right
If we don't give exactly 15rs they will say get down from bus and they are not giving change. And now I have only 10rs to go home but the bus ticket is 15rs how can i go home...

Dear TSRTC my date of journey was on[protected] in service number 8054 which is rajadhani bus in that bus bus driver name Praveen is very rood behaviour and telling that I flu want to coampaint any ting a complaint to Depo manager and not answering the call and delay at the boarding point for one hour and in the bus AC is not working properly asking means telling to complaint to any one nothing will happen pls take action against Depo manager...

I was traveling from hyderabad to nirmal but the ticket was 560 I paid the ticket even after it being so high then why did they not provide with good facilities like A/c and charging outlets it was a waste of my time.
I need the refund now....

Delayed by more than an hour Bus with service number 4760 on 14th May 2022. No intimation upfront, driver did not call to inform on the delayed status. Had to wait for 2 hours. Missed my business meeting. This is not at all acceptable...

Hi sir this related to service 7192 banglore to godharkani..on 13 may 2020 the bus should be @3.20 am at cbs but it's 4.30 am almost one hour still bus is not cbs...

We boarded Rajdhani service bus from Vijayawada to Hyderabad on 12.05.2022 18.00hrs . Service number is 4073. And my ticket number is TNA42601. There is no cleanness in the bus. Empty water bottles are lying on floor. No fragrance. Lot of bad odour is coming. We are not complaining about the driver. He is good. When you are charging rs. 540/- as fare, request you to maintain the cleanness and freshness in buses....

Respected sir, that there is no sufficient buses to the route map from Dharmaram to peddapalli as there were lot of People suffering for the buses who are daily waged people and competitive aspirants nd lot.. plz add two or more buses sir...this not from my side but also from the all of the waiters nearly 1 hour...

Bus depart time is 7:15 PM and the Bus started at 8:30 PM one hour late due to the other Rajadhani bus was damaged, other bus passengers was mixed in this bus, we reached at 12:30 PM it's been 4 to 4 and half journey with no movie and nothing...

They have stopped in private dhaba instead od regular busstand after surya pet busstand.
The hotel is charging more price than mrp and they are not courteous to the passengers also.
