Sir,
1. Can a PHC person catch the bus other than the bus stop i.e when the bus is in a halt position or just before the bus stop(200 - 300 meters)? without causing disturbances

2. If the bus is empty can PHC person can choose another seat rather than being allowed the first PHC seat

Please clarify the above two doubts

    TS36T7555 Dubbak depot service from Dubbak to Hyderabad is having poor service and is having multiple stops even it is a express service. Bus has took around 8 stops from Siddipet to Hyderabad. When questioned the same with conductor, he is rude and is giving careless answers to the passengers. Kindly look into the issue and do needful.

      We are travelling in 64020, Rajdhani bus from Khammam to Hyderabad on 04.06.2022, 14:00 Hrs service.
      It is very sad that, the AC is not working and TV is also not working. Even after informing the driver, he said that this is there condition of the bus and can't do anything further.
      Even at Suryapet, the bus was stopped for 15 min, and no action has been taken to resolve the issue.
      We have tried to contact the khammam depo manager, but he has not picked his call.
      This is too bad condition for our Bangaru Telangana.
      Plz resolve the issue immediately and try to make Bangaru Telangana in all respects.

                Bus no: TS16Z0159. this bus is charging 360/- from Secunderabad jbs to nizamabad and basic service like
                1. charging socket not working
                2. AC caps are broken and missing. If I'm feeling cold, then there is no way to turn off AC as caps are missing on the top of my head.
                This is such a negligence from TSRTC.No maintenance.

                  Hi Team,

                  Have reserved a seat from Hyderabad to Nirmal boarding from Bowenpally with ticket Number[protected], service number - 7904 and Driver Name - GANGADHAR,

                  Actually the bus should reach Bowenpally at 17-15 but the bus has reached Bowenpally at 18-40 and they have stopped the bus in Medchal bus depo for more than 1 hour and the driver has stopped the bus in a Dhaba for more than 45 mins,

                  Actually the bus should reach the destination (Nirmal) by 20-30 but even by the time 22-00 the bus has not even crossed half of the distance.

                      I have booked bus ticket from hyderabad to Nandigama on[protected]. I got a advice to be at boarding point 10 before [on boarding time: 4-40 PM]. But bus was not arrived till 5-50 PM. This is the second I am facing this type of issues from TSRTC.
                      Your kindly requested to prevent the such practices.

                        TSRTC ticket prices always fake. Conductors giving tickets always for last stop of the bus.
                        Wherever we get in the bus, wherever we get off the bus but the conductor giving as per his convenience and charge double cost from the consumer.
                        I am providing a ticket which was i taken from afjal gunz to Samshabad(17km)
                        But he given afjal gunz to kishanguda(37km).

                          Respected Sir,

                          TSRTC No TS 09 Z 7627 was driving dangerously causing lot of inconvenience for other vehicles. This incident took place near SR nagar at 11:45 am today (01/06/2022). I was driving on the extreme right along with my pregnant wife (going towards banjara hills Fernandez hospital) and my 9 year old kid and this bus driver was over taking a bus in front from left to right almost hitting my car. Had I not applied breaks in time it would have surly hit my car. And with sudden impact my wife who is in 9th month pregnancy was in shock. When I stopped this bus driver he was very rude and was about to hit me. I was shocked with his behaviour. Pls take appropriate action else I will have to complain to TS police on this incident.

                              I have booked a bus from Armoor to Hyderabad. My seat No.35. The bus origin service is from Nirmal and service number is 8114. It’s a Rajdhani Ac bus, but in these i have didn’t received any coolness in bus that’s totally normal air. Kindly look into these issue as soon as possible.

                                My self ayyappa, I have took a TSRTC RAJDHANI Bus from vizag to annavaram at around 2:30pm today, but both the driver's gave us a ticket from anakapalle to annavaram at anakapalle, not only for me but also for 7others, on ticket it was printed as 190rupess but they have taken 270rupees, bus no: TS08Z0256,

                                  I am regularly traveling in AJ service from JNTU to RGIA. The bus leaves @7.55AM.
                                  Today, the bus came to point @7.50AM and left at 8.14. The driver was very slow in ticketing and waiting for passengers.
                                  Me along with copassengers requested him to start the bus but he didn't listen.
                                  All o[censored]s are worrying about reaching office in right time or catching the flights.
                                  We can understand the delays in unavoidable circumstances but not in easy going like this.
                                  We sincerely request to look into the matter and take the measurements to run the busses at right time / schedules.

                                    Today as I have booked 2 tickets from kodad to Hyderabad, since it is hot summer day I have booked Rajadhaani bus and the ticket price was high stating AC service but the AC was not working and made my trip more suffocating and irritating, this is what we were expecting from TSRTC, this was the most unsatisfied trip for me ever.

                                      I am a Navy Officer booked a ticket in Rajdhani service no 1469 to Kodad.The bus is supposed to report at L B Nagar by 1600hrs but reported at 1630 hrs.
                                      The maintenance of the bus is so pathetic that there is no clean ship for years.
                                      One cannot see outside from any window of the bus except from the driver .
                                      When complained, the driver Shri PRGoud has given an irresponsible answer and told us to complain on twitter.

                                      Photos could not be uploaded as the limit is 32mb. Even the smallest photo is not accepted by the system.
