There was a bus conductor in bus number 5528(jagadgirgutta to mehdipattnam). I was travelling from Mytrivanam to mehdipattnam so the charge was 20 rupees. I gave him 200 and then he return only 130 i thought he might give me 50 rupees later but when i reach destination and ask fir 50 rupees he didnt gave me throw me out of the bus.

    Kodad manager not responding for enquiry and even when I call to kodad station over the number [protected] and [protected] they are not responding.
    Regular time for the Kurnool bus is at 8.00 am and even at the time of complaint the bus was not at the station.
    If any urgent is there nobody will wait for RTC

      He has taken 150 minutes to travel just 60 kms from Hyderabad.each and every passenger was not satisfied.today is ramzan every one is not feeling well because of him.

        TSRTC cancelled bus service no.7906 dated 03rd May 2022 Hyderabad to Adilabad.
        I was waiting for the bus from 6.15 AM at Bowenpally boarding point.The said bus never turned up till 8.00AM.
        After enquiry I came know that bus had been cancelled.
        I lost the entire day due to rediculous attitude of TSRTC and they have not even bothered to intimate passenger.
        TSRTC must refund double the amount due to reckless attitude and they should never think of competing with private operators.

          Good evening sir,
          i am a college student, i will daily travel to home and to college by tsrtc buses, sir i am facing few problems daily with tsrtc buses, the first problem is whenever i stand in bus stop to board a bus, the buses are not stopping in the bus stops, the drivers are skipping the stops and going with high speed. the second problem is whenever i am in bus the buses are not stopping in all the bus stops so that i can get off from the bus.they are continuing with high speed.the drivers and the conductors are so negligant sir.
          one more small request sir, the prices of the bus tickets and combination tickets and bus passes were so high sir. we are unable to bear such high prices sir. like me many poor and middle class people are suffering with the same problem.
          sir, i hope that you take action on the drivers, conductors and even on the prices of the tickets,

            Bus service number 1322 Garuda plus is not having proper AC. Travelling in that bus is similar to travelling in non- AC bus. I request please check with this

              I tried to book a service on 24th April2022. after the payment page which is showing like payment successful then I didn't get any ticket issued. I called and asked the TSRTC they said like "Your ticket has been cancelled, Money will revert back to the same account in 7 days. After that I booked other ticker and started another journey.                 Sir Buss pass renewal office is not opened on Sunday morning. If I ask somebody nearby that office they said today is government holiday. But in the timings board there is no any particular mentioned holidays. Sir please understand our concern not only me many of the students are suffered from the above matter.                     I am Vijay. I have booked a ticket from JBS to Nizamabad on 29/04/22 (Service No 7605). The departure time at JBS was 6:10 PM. However Mr. Lingam the driver reached JBS at 7:00 PM and the bus departed at 7:15 PM.
                    It was an utter 1 hour late.
                    Beyond that Mr. Lingam (+91 [protected]) had a quarrel with a private bus driver nearby Kamareddy and wasted another 40 mins.
                    Finally the bus reached Nizamabad by 11:10 PM which was actually meant to reach by 9:30 PM.

                      Sir I'm a female passengar, I booked a ticket from hyderabad to vijayawada (1615). During book process by mistake I have selected gender as male .during pick up driver denied to accept my ticket even though I have all booking details, ticket number and everything. As driver was not accepting my ticket, as there was no other option I purchased a new ticket for my journey. Please consider this issue and I request to refund my ticket money.

                        As a citizen of this city and as a person owning a bus pass, it is the least of my rights to be able to board a bus. Today in the morning i was standing near the super bazar bus stop along with another person trying to get into the bus 156/299 at 7:38 am, but the bus driver chose to ignore us as there were just two o[censored]s.
                        this needs to stop.

                          Sir, I am Neeraja travelling from Hyderabad to Vijayawada on this day i.e, 27th April 2022. When the bus was stopped at hyathnagar bus station I went to toilet in the station. On the top of it they wrote Rs.3/- for the use but actually they are collecting 10/- per head. When I asked them the reason they are saying this is not running by TSRTC they have given the tender and we are maintaing it so, TSRTC has no right to ask why we are charging high even though it is Rs.3/- as per rules. And he is very rude behaviour towards ladies. Please do needful action. Other wise we can think it as a failure of TSRTC, who is not able to handle single depo properly.

                              I daily board @Rajeev Gandhi Nagar, Bachupally to 195W. But, as per the frequency it is every 20min. But, literally spending almost an hour most of the times. Today I did wait from 9:15am and there is no bus until 10:15, upon this can observe 2 more buses following in less than 1 minute difference. So its of no use 3 buses starting at the same time, where we are getting late to office. This happens so frequently after 9am. Please request your intervention in resolving the issue.

                                We love to travel in RTC BUSES
                                But in Miryalaguda RTC busses are filling fuel with passengers
                                This is purely not safe in this summer
                                We have wait to fill the bus with passengers and then again upon this for waiting for to fill fuel this is not fair
