My booking at warangal aft 10:10 pm

And the bus was came at 11:45 pm

I am calling the bus driver before 20mits of bus time and he is not responding at all and driver didn't call me even after reaching the bus stand also and he shouting at me you have come after the bus reach

I booked ticket for female seat no
30 and side seat no 29 ia also reversed for female. but bus crew given seat to male, when I oppose same the conductor he used absue language and rude behaved with me. If any wrong insident happen who is responsible for it I request to take serious action on immediatly.

Otherwise am going lounch complaint on consumer forum.

Travel/ bus details are follows :- karimnagar to Bangalore service no.7039 (GarudaPlys). PNR no.67550852 travel date 23rd April 2022.

Lots of passengers were choosing alternate ways to travel from bollaram to miyapur because uneven bus timings. 7 seaters autos were gaining lots of income and as well tsrtc losing income. Passengers were waiting more than half an hour, even though they had bus pass they are traveling in autos..This is the reason for loss of revenue to tsrtc..Tsrtc officials were sitting on chairs and sleeping.

I booked a bus with the ticket no:67470834 with service no:1953 from Hyderabad to palvoncha in GARUDA PLUS where the pick up time which was given is 15:10 but we didn't get the bus details and tracking and we waited for 10 mins then we got the details and we called the bus driver and asked where is the bus? he said the bus is in the depo and it will take 30 to 40 mins to reach the pick up point and we had to wait for almost more than hour and coming to the bus the infrastructure the standards are not up to mark and the ac vents are broken and charging points are not working and water bottle is not provided .Then coming to the drop point it was mentioned that 21.30 it will reach palvoncha but it drooped me off at 12.40 am what kind of standards that tsrtc have??? same situation happened to me another day were I was travelling from palvoncha to Hyderabad in super luxury with ticket no:67527848 service no:8925 the bus was not clean and the seats are filled with dust and charging points are broken and push back was not working

As I wanted to travel from nalgonda to bhongir to reach the 9 o clock train, the bus came late to the bus station at nalgonda actual time is 7 but it came at 7:30, when I travel in that, I've reached at the bhongir bus station at 9:30 that I've missed my 9 o clock train, what should I do know

We are very tensed as we didn't got the message from tsrtc even after the time of bus staring... We booked for rajadhani AC from kothagudem to Hyderabad...on 21.4.2022 at 23:00 hours... SERVICE number 34341... As the service driver is very rash to talk we bearly got in to the bus at the last minute... And that last minute opportunity also we got from tkt number from red bus service... WE Didn't Got Any Kind of Message or mail from RTC website... This makes our journey very uncomfortable... And insecure... This is not at all good responsible gesture... WE felt very sorry for booking with RTC... As this is digital era... Our RTC website

To day I came across a bus AP11 z 6901 which was changing lanes and driving rashly inside city at kukatpally around 9:30 am. The driver didnt care even if multiple people are honking the horn and not at all careful.

I travelled from Hanumakonda to Uppal (Hyderabad) on Sunday[protected] Time (4:30 PM - 9 PM) by TS RTC (Bus No: TS032, 0284).

Driver was very rash in driving the bus, he had no contol even there are speed breakers on the highway. all the passengers who sat in back seats were in panic situation because of his rash driving. I suffered from injuries on my lower back because his irresponsible driving . even after telling him to watch and drive carefully multiple times, he was not listening to the passengers and continued his rash driving. All the passengers who sat in back seats were screaming as we were completely panicked.. Worst and irresponsible driver..

I boarded the bus on 19 April 2022 10:35am (AP28Z4306) at Musheerabad and the conductor gave ticket from RTC X road which is not fair and not responded properly.

Good morning sir.I'm Ravinder, Khammam.I'm travelling Kothagudem to Bhadrachalam(6.30am)along with my son at the age of 11 years.But the Conductor charged full ticket ₹55.I'm explaining I've birth certificate&his age is 11 years, studying 6th class.But the conductor behaved rudely&negligency he dectated me pay full ticket.The bus belongs to Khammam depot.Bus no:TS04UD0954.Please take necessary action &save TSRTC.Thank you.

Service number 1323 bus driver is to late to the depo. There is no power charging supply. And there is no entertainment like TV not playing I hope take an action on this sir because we are paying the money for hole facility's. We are paying 500/- sir don't make it as worthless sir

I did sent one product (solar box item) from Siddipet to kowtala via asifabad on 14th this month through TSRTC. Item reached at asifabad on 16th. But it has been staying there from 2 days and cargo's mobile number switched off. Product not going to kowtala. Pls do understand my concern and resolve it

I'm Sushmitha Reddy Bellamkonda, passenger of tsrtc reserved a seat with the service no 7301(Mnt-jbs) (4:00 am) on 18/04/2022. The complainant is regarding the driver .
I have reached the bus stop at 4:06 am.
Driver dint contact me before leaving so that I missed my bus and this is not the first time with the driver, previously also I faced the same issue.
Driver name is G.Ramesh.
Please consider this ..so that the other passengers would not face the issue in the future.

Today at around 06:45pm I was travelling near secunderabad railway station (junction near rly station arch). At the junction RTC bus no. TS11UB2799 deliberately tried to overtake my car from the wrong side and hit my car. Few seconds ago, he tried to overtake me very closely. I avoided it and did not allow him to overtake me. As a result, he followed me closely and tried to block me and hit my car. My right side view mirror is broken and my car is scratched in couple of locations. I have a video taken on the spot. One of the car drivers who was behind us and saw what happened told on camera that the RTC bus driver hit my car deliberately. There was a traffic constable Mr. S V Appala Naidu who was on the spot and heard the other driver say that RTC bus driver caused the accident deliberately. As traffic was getting blocked I moved out of the spot after taking video of bus with number, driver face, other driver statement and traffic constable presence. I have raised a claim with my insurance company. Please consider this as my complaint against the driver of bus no TS11UB2799 who did the accident deliberately. I was lucky to escape with minor damages to my car but it could have been serious also. Request you to kindly take appropriate action on the driver please.

Sir im student while today im travelling in tsrtc bus 218cbs whether i have my bus pass but conductor was get off from bus without reason.he asked to show me college id i Said im from government degree college i don't have id card then i shown him fee receipt as proof of student but he forcibly get off me from the bus.

Dear Sir, this is to inform you that the driver of bus no Ts 23 Z0022 on 14.04.2022 via lal bazar signal road, he was driving very rude and my 2 vehicle was damaged on the right side, i was driving on lift side waiting for the green signal to move he came from back slowly and damaged my vehicle, wen i asked him he reverse complaining on me, dear management please take a necessary action on him, such situation should not repeat again that to on women.

As per the booking details Dilsukhnagar bus stand is the starting point I haven't received bus driver details and waiting for one hr and finally called to customer care they provided driver contact number.when i called to driver he said point is not Dilsukhnagar busstand it is opposite to busstand.There is no proper communication providing by the tsrtc that I am calling and asking the driver details to customer care number that too after waiting one hr.Not providing proper starting points.

I have took the bus in shivam road prashanth nagar bus station to go Secunderabad but the bus conductor incorrectness behavior he gave me ticket from ameerpet due to the increasing of ticket price we are not able to fair it now those like bus conductors also behaving like this and take more money by giving me ticket to another stops this is very horrible by them
