I have took the bus in shivam road prashanth nagar bus station to go Secunderabad but the bus conductor incorrectness behavior he gave me ticket from ameerpet due to the increasing of ticket price we are not able to fair it now those like bus conductors also behaving like this and take more money by giving me ticket to another stops this is very horrible by them

I am Lavanya, a resident of hyderabad. As a private employee daily I used to travel from Krishna Nagar to Kothaguda and Vice versa with a ticket cost between Rs.20/- and Rs.25/- whether it is ordinary or express. But today the conductor named Bhaskar (Mobile No: [protected]) in bus number: AP11Z6263 (As on ticket) behaved very rudely and charged an unusual amount of Rs.30/- as fare. The way he behaved was very embracing and very arrogant. hence I am giving this complaint against to him. Here I am attaching the scan copy of few tickets that I kept with me while traveling on this way to my office including today's ticket. Please find the same and take the necessary action against to him at the earliest.

Actually we people are getting a burning smell since frim the starting bus the driver isn't supported on the issue bus number comes with TS16Z0219 super luxury its from Nizamabad to Hyderabad its stoped at chygunda near about 70kms away from medchel kindly respond this message

When an customer ask for water bottle they are saying when all seats fill water bottles will be distribute this is non sense customer will ask water when they need and not at your wish

I am Bharath kumar, an engineering student, studying at anurag college of engineering Aushapur,
The problem we the students are facing is very bad.
That is .. there were too much inadequacy of pallevelugu buses from uppal to ghatkesar (yadagirigutta) in morning time. Also we are facing this problem in the evening 4 o clock also.. The students are catching the buses in a crowded manner in a dangerous way .. also students are going to their respected homes or hostels very late in the evening
So, my kind request to TSRTC that please provide us the sufficient buses in the morning and also evening

Today is the 11th of April-2022, but on Garuda Plus bus ticket it has been printed as 9/04/2022 instead of 11/04/2022 while I'm traveling to JBS(HYD) to Nizamabad for office work purpose.

If I want to claim the fare from company how can I produce the ticket which is printed wrong date.?

Bus no 8054 asf -mgbs Rajadhani bus..Actual time 10.40 pm...till bus not yet come.. now the time is 11.50pm
Old ladies and children are suffering by this stupid service given by tsrtc...
At least driver and conductor not intimate the bus was late for 1 hr

I have boarded the Badrachalam Express TS 05 UD 8201 on dated 09 of April 2022, the driver has refused to stop the vehicle for my boarding, after a try on attempt to board the vehicle, I finally boarded the vehicle, after boarding the driver insulted me and also showed disrespect to the women community doing these type of acts.

I kindly request you to please look into this matter

I was travelling from Mosapet to S R Nagar and a TSRTC bus charged my ticket Rs 20, and I am only giving Rs 10 from Mosapet to S R nagar, and she lady bus conductor charged me Double Money, So I want to know that why she charged me Double.And she mentioned in ticket from Mosapet to Punjagutta X road.

We had booked(from the TSRTC website) a Korutla ticket on 8th April 2022 at 3 PM from JBS bus stand Secunderabad but the bus came One hour late. According to the TSRTC website, the bus should start at 3 PM.
When we(2 ladies) asked the officials at the bus stop they said the bus will come soon. Apparently, JBS is the starting point of the bus but it came very late.

Bus starting time is given as 9.15 am . Started at 9.30 am. AC not working. Again changed bus in Kurnool . Wasted more than 2 hours there and I missed my connecting bus from Bangalore. Irresponsible bus operators and not even helped for loading and unloading luggage. Never ever seen like this service worst service. If you can’t give customer service then please stop it.

While I am traveling in Hyderabad local bus from assembly to Darga 216 bus
I took a ticket of rs 25 and i gave conductor 100 rs and he given me only 25 rs and remaining amount he didn't return
When I started asking him remaining amount he said that, you have given me 50 rs and i gave you remaining amount of 25 rs and, worst part is he simply escaping from the situation and changing

So this what some of conductors are doing I am not at all blaming each and every conductor of Tsrtc

I am not having proper proof so that I left my money.
I am the person who cannot argue with that kind of cheap members and i can't even argue so that I left

See how the common Citizen is suffering

Kindly look into my issue and urge the people who working in the bus at that time

Lost my wallet in the Hyderabad City bus. When i was traveling from manikonda to paradise cross road. When i was left the bus my bag zip was open and the wallet, power bank, charging cabel was missing. I searched for the bus at secundrabad station i can't find the bus.the bus no AP11Z6712.

Bus No.TS08UB5373 and route No.211, being a heavy vehicle without checking the proper space and road, overtaking and zig-zag driving done by the driver, me and another one more car suffered at KV school, also he again claiming that we doesn't know how to drive the vehicle. If the staff behaves like this if any accident happens who will get responsible.

Hence, you are requested to counsel them properly, if again this type of incident happens definitely, I am going to lodge a case on this bus and your staff

I use free public tilete in kagaznagar bus stand ..but the bothroom incharge boy demanding and force full corption to evry passinger and he abusing ladies also...i have video avidence

How do you accepted the details without confirmation
I'm not able to apply my bus pass with my ssc details
This is irresponsibility of college management how the college forwarded the buspass application without confirming details

From Warangal.
Today at 12:00 PM i am coming from Kazipet to Hanamkonda in my car. On that way the bus number TS 03 Z0330 is came from left side at the beginning of Fathima nagar bridge. I bowed horn to stop that bus, but that bus deiver rashly entered in to bridge from my left side, which is just missed collision to my car. There is most of times traffic jam due to such type of collisions and lot of time taken to clear the traffic. Pls initiate the action against such type of drivers.

Staff are not maintaining timings
Leaving counter in middle
And doing another work

Am writing this to complaint about a conductor since ladies seat is occupied by gents its conductor responsibility to make avail ladies seat which belongs to them if even a single lady is standing.
Why there is no action taken care by conductor seeing a pregnant woman is standing or a normal woman is standing..
That states its a lack of awareness or else ignorance of the rules created by govt.

My journey was from jadcherla to MGBS.

Note point is after calling to tsrtc there no proper response and they have no contact of the conductor or driver to communicate to them.

How come after giving bus details contacts are jot available its a general details about who is driving and taking care of the ticketing.

If its nt there then hiring a person without their details doesn't sound good. Looks like public is travelling on the basis of govt provided service but in emergency nothing can b done just because they cant contact them.
