The driver of the bus AP 29 Z 3030 in the time 16:30(4:30pm) has damaged our private vehicle TS 08 GJ 1818 by harsh driving, please resolve this issue and the damage is equivalent to 10000rs.

No proper bus services to manthani depo from Karimnagar, everytime we have to wait for many hours from Karimnagar to go to manthani after 10pm, though there is a depo in Manthani we are facing problem to reach our destination

I am traveled from jbs to karimnagar on 13/01/2022. The bus driver didn't returned my change of Rupees 200.
I have seen a CC camera in that bus. I hope I will get my money back.

Me and my family members are going to my village during journey when we reached Bhuvanagiri the bus conductor changed final place reaching with another bus, and we got no seat in that bus, that was a 4 hours journey

Sir state bus no 230A from dundigal Airforce to secunderabad railway station is supposed to depart at 0515 on 12 jan 2022 but it departed more than 30 minutes late. Such types of delay might be fatal if anybody losses its train .
Sir kindly do needful treatment in this regard.

I m travelling on na oridinary bus with green paint (AP29Z689) from Aramghar to shadnagar, bus conductor told me that ticket price is 55 rupees and I was shocked and saw the ticket, it is From MGBS to Shadnagar, my question is the distance from Aramghar to MGBS is too long, how can conductor give ticket from start to end point when passenger travelled from middle stop?? I want an explanation from TSRTC, if not I will protest against TSRTC and tell everyone not to use government public transport any more...

I have booked two tickets from jbs to karimnagar. With service no : 7866(ant-mptl).
Instead of 2hr 30min it has taken 3:30min which is not acceptable. Please help update the correct time in the portal while booking.

I was traveling from balanagar to gummidadla

Aa the bus reached at balanagar asked for the ticket to gummidadla from balanagar
But the drive issued the ticket from bowenpally x road

What is the issue why he was not given ticket from balanagar
Does that bus do not have the balanagar as a stop

Actual price from balanagar to gummidadla in ordinary bus is 25 rs
He given the ticket from
Bowenpally and took 30 rs
What is the issue

We have been waiting for the bus since 1 hr at the bus station for the bus (enroute to ganmukhla/gaddapaka @7:30PM)
After a long waiting and being asked/enquiry for multiple times. The staff informed that the bus has been cancelled all of a sudden where many of the female passengers are also waiting for the bus

On a ticket price of 330 for 500 rupees note he written as 70 on the backside

which later we recognised as he did it intensionally and we have not checked
ok the back as we are about to receive 170he has given only 70.

I boarded a bus from pattancheruvu which goes to parade grounds, secunderabad.Being a female and also not knowing the native knowledge of the place, I was traveling alone around 6:25am on 05/01/2022. I had only 200/- with me nd didn't have the change.. The ticket price is 30/- from pattancheruvu to parade grounds.. Even after saying that I didn't have the change, the lady conductor refused to accept my money and asked me to get down at the other bus stop after paying 10/- as soon as possible that too ignoring the fact that it's nearly dark outside. I got startled at first because don't even know the place ls properly here since I'm from kerala... And how is it possible for a conductor to refuse the money just because I didn't have the change stating that all the other passengers were traveling with a pass so that she couldn't possibly give me the ticket. Its a known fact that it's around 30kms to parade grounds and such arrogant and rude behavior of this lady is disappointing in a way that it also ruined the trust of a passenger. I had to talk to a fellow passenger so that I could transfer the money via phonepe and then they took the ticket for me. Unfortunately, I can't find the name tag on her uniform so that I can report her rude behavior.
