The bus that we were traveling was in repair condition and it couldn't go about 40kmpl. When we asked the driver to arrange another bus he told us that unless the bus completely stops we won't be able to arrange a new bus. The journey which supposed to be 5 hours took 7 and half hours. Because of this delay I've missed my train. Bus number TS 19Z 0016....

Dear Sajjanar sir, No buses to Sathupally from MGBS between 3PM to 6PM.. Worst worst service by Sathupally depo, i have faced this issue may times..

Kindly resolve this issue, provide max buses to Sathupally route ASAP.....

Good evening sir/ mam actually I have taken a bus from tank bunk to secunderabad
7 z bus number I have taken the ticket but unfortunately in I have lost the ticket and bus ticket people have fined 150 but from another person he took only 50
If ticket lost & u take fine ok
But u have equally from public not 50 for one, and not 150 for another
This is shame on you
Now tell me the solution...

As we travelled on 20/12/2021 from adilabad to hyderabad in Garuda plus bus at 5:30 pm .the bus journey was very slow as delayed arond 1 hr for the reaching time so I asked the bus drive reason for the delay n he is so rude that he was like shouting on me with no response and his name is B.V Reddy And his contact number is [protected] so I kindly request that to take action against this bus driver for his bad behaviour and he also said that...

I was made to sit beside a male passenger even after my reservation as a female passenger.When asked to the driver of the bus he was insisting as he asked me to change the seat.I have a problem that y will I get my seat changed after reserving ?...

We will travel by bus from tarnaka school to home balaji nagar by route 17d bus route there no sufficient buses around 3:30pm to 5 pm only 2 buses are there but the buses are full with people there is no place to stand in the bus its was so difficult to go home with 3 children by my side So plz alote 2 more 17d buses around evening time plz thats my request...

Sir, . Passengers who get in the bus at Vikarabad are only the passengers in the bus. They stop the bus in the outskirts of Mehdipatnam and the passengers get down there, only 1 or 2 may get into the bus who knows that the bus is available there. Driver didn't stop anywhere in the ongoing bus stops and the conductor is enjoying by cutting 10 or 20 tickets. Very hardly more than 10 passengers in every ride . Huge loss to TSRtc..please initiate...

As we are the students coming back from colleges from far of places. i have been observing this since a very long time there are no proper timings of the buses abd neither they wait for the passengers this is a problem of buses of BHEL depot from shakarpally to ordnance factory. TS07 UJ 1359 Pallevelugu bus drivers are not stopping the buses in the city bus stands and they r treating their bus as nonstop from vikarabad to Hyderabad. As we are facing Seating discomfort while travelling in Express bus specially senior citizens sitting in bus, from Hyderabad to Yellandu almost 5hrs journey can't sit in Express bus seats we are getting body pains while travelling in that road,
Here we are requesting you please re arrange Super Luxury bus in night time 11.30pm from MGBS to Yellandu instead of Express bus.

There is not a single bus available on the route of Banjara Hills, Road No. 10 Zehra Nagar. Because of this autos are charging high prices for the movement. I request the concerned authorities to kindly consider the problems of people of the area and take appropriate measures to solve our problems....

86 buss no is always delay, they come in a group of 3 or they don't come, time between buss to buss is 10 min according to schedule, but on ground reality they appear every half an hour,...

Sir I had booked a online ticket from Beeramguda (Hyd) to Pune on 9th Dec-21 but I did not receive any SMS or email.

Today I am travelling from Hyderabad to Vijayawada by AP 29Z 2680 Garuda Plus service. The bus was looking very good from outside. But inside the bus is very very bad in maintenance. Bus seats are very badly damaged with lot of dust still in there. Seat Charging points are not at all working. Television not working. Myself I am Sales Head for my work group for south India. I am travelling myself for my business appoints across the States....

I am the passenger, I need to travel Anantapur to Kothakota, but the above said vehicle conductor denied boarding, since night service vehicle will not go inside Kothakota, but APSRTC busses are always going Dhone, Gooty inside even in night at any time. Then, why TSRTC buses not go inside Kothakota. Pl strictly instruct conductor.
