This complaint is regarding excess charges for urinals in mgbs bus stand
It is mentioned free for urine but they are charging 5 rps
If this is the case poor people cant pay 5 rups for urine and they urinate in public places
As a citizen i am complaining
I request you kindly take action

Bus # 2995 was supposed to reach Bengaluru today at 9.30 PM as per the timing specified in the booking platform. However, we haven't reached anywhere close to blr @ 11.30 and another 130 KM’s to be covered. It has become problematic for all passengers as we are travelling with family and had another connecting bus to catch from blr. We have also gathered from other fellow passengers that it's always late, would reach around 1 PM. I would recommend you display the right operating timing in the system so that passengers can plan better. If it's a driver fault then take proper action. Please have some respect for others time and fix the same ASAP.

I have booked ticket from Anantapur to KPHB (TSRTC Bus service) 2 tickets on 15-Dec-2021 date of from Amazon through REDBUS by paying Rs.1180 journey was 23-Dec-2021 and on 22-Dec-2021 TSRTC officials called on my registered mobile number [protected] saying due to some technical issues Bus service was canceled and full amount will be refunded to source paid for ticket and seek for alternate bus service, I have booked some other private service and booked tickets.Till 28-Dec-2021 I haven't received refund from amazon when I tried to contact Amazon in Amazon showing contact redbus ([protected]) I called redbus support they have asked many questions like how and who was informed that bus service had canceled from which number call received, read out SMS received as bus service canceled after getting satisfy redbus CS said yes service was canceled and said your refund will be refunded in 3 to 4 working days to source payment. On 28-Dec-2021 I got the message as amount 1110 credited from Amazon pay bus Mumbai IN observed that there was deduction of Rs 70, no one have right to deduct amount on reservation ticket when bus service was canceled by bus operator, from 28-Dec-2021 I am keep contacting TSRTC and REDBUS, REDBUS is asking to contact TSRTC as deductions were made by TSRTC and TSRTC is saying you have paid to REDBUS ask them for full refund we have cleared them.

Hi, conductor behaving with the passenger is not good, he is taking not good, please appropriate action on him. Route:Uppal depo to mehidipatnam.

There is no frequency in 47 L manikonda buses, which is the only bus from secunderabad to manikonda.
Which leads to hours of waiting at jubliee hills check post.
Please do something regarding this.

I have given rs. 105 to conductor. My fare is rs. 15. He given ticket and didn't given Rs .90 back. He didn't even written back side of ticket. If I ask him about my money. He is arguing with me. He asking like have you given rs. 100. Whether it is old note or new note. People who witnessed when I am giving money they supported me. Otherwise he may not give that money. This kind of behaviour is not acceptable. Every time we can't give exact fare. Some times we also don't have change for rs. 100. The bus number is AP 28Z 1841. Please take action on him.

When I was in the bus I showed my bus pass to conductor and after that I put pass in my pocket but I think it slipped from pants back pocket
It was a 300 bus
My bus pass is lost and the register I'd of my pass is [protected]
Please I want a new issue passed
I request with my humble heart please kindly issue a new pass.

The bus that we were traveling was in repair condition and it couldn't go about 40kmpl. When we asked the driver to arrange another bus he told us that unless the bus completely stops we won't be able to arrange a new bus. The journey which supposed to be 5 hours took 7 and half hours. Because of this delay I've missed my train. Bus number TS 19Z 0016.

Dear Sajjanar sir, No buses to Sathupally from MGBS between 3PM to 6PM.. Worst worst service by Sathupally depo, i have faced this issue may times..

Kindly resolve this issue, provide max buses to Sathupally route ASAP..

Good evening sir/ mam actually I have taken a bus from tank bunk to secunderabad
7 z bus number I have taken the ticket but unfortunately in I have lost the ticket and bus ticket people have fined 150 but from another person he took only 50
If ticket lost & u take fine ok
But u have equally from public not 50 for one, and not 150 for another
This is shame on you
Now tell me the solution

As we travelled on 20/12/2021 from adilabad to hyderabad in Garuda plus bus at 5:30 pm .the bus journey was very slow as delayed arond 1 hr for the reaching time so I asked the bus drive reason for the delay n he is so rude that he was like shouting on me with no response and his name is B.V Reddy And his contact number is [protected] so I kindly request that to take action against this bus driver for his bad behaviour and he also said that if you want you can complaint to tsrtc but I don't care about it.

I was made to sit beside a male passenger even after my reservation as a female passenger.When asked to the driver of the bus he was insisting as he asked me to change the seat.I have a problem that y will I get my seat changed after reserving ?

This is 7.05 bus from Adilabad and now it's 7.40 nearly and the reason they are saying is Conductor had not came still...

We will travel by bus from tarnaka school to home balaji nagar by route 17d bus route there no sufficient buses around 3:30pm to 5 pm only 2 buses are there but the buses are full with people there is no place to stand in the bus its was so difficult to go home with 3 children by my side So plz alote 2 more 17d buses around evening time plz thats my request

Sir, . Passengers who get in the bus at Vikarabad are only the passengers in the bus. They stop the bus in the outskirts of Mehdipatnam and the passengers get down there, only 1 or 2 may get into the bus who knows that the bus is available there. Driver didn't stop anywhere in the ongoing bus stops and the conductor is enjoying by cutting 10 or 20 tickets. Very hardly more than 10 passengers in every ride . Huge loss to TSRtc..please initiate and inspect the revenue collected in every trip. It is less than Rs.200 from Vikarabad to Hyderabad and vice versa. Office staff and students are facing much difficulty with those driver and conductor.bus number is TS 07 UJ 1359, 4068 also.please initiate and give instructions to allow the passengers to avail the services of Pallevelugu bus by stopping the bus in the stages mandated.

As we are the students coming back from colleges from far of places. i have been observing this since a very long time there are no proper timings of the buses abd neither they wait for the passengers this is a problem of buses of BHEL depot from shakarpally to ordnance factory. This is so disturbing when i tried to stop the bus he didn't even bother to stop and also the drivers and conductors being rude towards us that we didn't board when the bus was standing. It takes time for the passengers to get down as well as board they give us minimum of 10-15 mins is that what we expect from tsrtc. Such a discomfort it is.

Sir, . Vikarabad to Hyderabad buses of depot vikarabad .. TS07 UJ 1359 Pallevelugu bus drivers are not stopping the buses in the city bus stands and they r treating their bus as nonstop from vikarabad to Hyderabad. They r allowing the passengers only at Vkb, and they slowdown the buses in the outskirts of the destinations(lunger house, Mehdipatnam etc) to get down the passengers. And not giving passengers any scope to get into the bus. Even in Mehdipatnam also they r stopping the bus in the outskirts to getdown. Daily 10 to 20 passengers are in the bus and it is big loss to TSRTc. Conductors r simply sitting and scolding public. Please check the daily transactions and cause to stop the revenue loss and give necessary instructions to stop the bus in bus stands like kalimandir, suncity, lungerhouse, Mehdipatnam, masabtank, assembly, nampally, Gandhi bhavan. 🙏🙏
