On today I.e. 25th jan 2021 evening 19:30 bus I did reservations for the service 7773 nizamabad to vijayawada seat no 3 ladies are traveling after she step in to the bus the both bus drivers behaving rash to the ladies and they were giving seats to gents if any questioning they were saying give complaint to anyone then why these TSRTC bus drivers to passengers behave like this because they were thinking they don't care anybody these kind of behavior on the next time how can we travel the next time through TSRTC in that case we are preferring the private busses and if I am starting complaining to nizamabad bus depot manager he was saying the bus is not our depot these like situation I can we tolerate these kinds of employees in TSRTC worst and very bad TSRTC service no:7773 bodhan guntur bus and last thing why these drivers after Lady got reservation they were allowing strangers beside them. Very nasty from TSRTC

I have boarded a super luxury bus on 25 Jan 2021 in the morning at 8:30 and the vehicle registration number is TS03 Z 0432. It got broke down at ghanpur and there is not other arrangements made for 1 hour, the management were not responding properly. Such behaviour should not be repeated. The higher officials should take proper action to avoid theses circumstances in future.

I had parked my two wheeler on 17.01.2021 at jbs secunderabad nizamabad side parking. This parking owner are doing fraud by changing the time of while parked the vehicle and while returning the vehicle 1hr change of time.

Even they are not issued any slip.. Just smart card. Which is doesn't have any details.

Kindly look into the matter and remove this fraudsters.

I was traveling from paradise to patny in a rtc bus... i didn't notedbthe no but it was around
7.30 am...i step down from the bus and relised that i I left the tiffin box i call the bus from backward...but the bus didn't stop...i think the driver didn't heard...if ypu find it please call me.

When we travel to Hanamkonda to Hyderabad in delux or super luxury buses, the bus drivers were stop buses near Alair at tiifen points in morning time and waste the time near 20 to 30 min. Drivers irregular duties I unable to go to my office intime. When drivers stop the bus, some passenger also smoking, dinking tea. This situation faced somany times. Bad experience of RTC drivers. I am planning alternate vechiles, I request RTC superiors don't loose passenger.

At Karimnagar bus depot i ahve facing same problem till 2 to 3 years Buying any item at shops at TSRTC bus stations is likely to burn a hole in pocket. A quick glance shows mineral water, soft drinks, biscuit packets and other food items are being sold above their maximum retail prices.

However, APSRTC authorities are need to take initiate action against shopkeepers who indulge in over-pricing,
It is requested to take necessory action and they dont desplay any cost table and they did not give any bills for complaint

Night time heavy speed and rash driving and overtaking other vehicles by heavy speed. Bus condition not well please looking into this take action.

This service have to leave CBS at 7:00 pm as per schedule.But every time delaying one hour at CBS only. For early departure requirement I preferred this service. Totally disappointed with your punctuality. This is second time I m facing the same issue. Now I m decided to go for a private service from next time onwards.

We asked 23 age but he given 73 age he kept...we finded and asked he nothing jest this is formalities.batata bus conductors didn't allow this day pass ticket.

Cool drinks and other groceries are selling more than MRP rates in bhadrachalam, kothagudem and khammam bus stations
Even if we asked also they are not providing proper reasons for the same .and also toilet fares are collecting 10 rs even though board is showing as 3 rs
Kindly pls look into the issue as serious and take appropriate actions on this issue at the earliest.

My ticket number is 64932579 for journey from Hyderabad to Khammam booked on 23rd Dec 2020 for journey on 24th Dec and cancelled due to some unavoidable reasons on 23rd Dec it self but didn't received any refund amount till today(25th Dec), kindly give information about my refund status.

My journey hyderabad to khammam in TRSRTC super luxury and bus stops at suryapet bus station. In juice stall I bought butter crunchy biscuit packet for that he taken rs 30 rupees but we observed MRP was covered by painting while scratched we found actual price was RS 10 rupees. I lost 40 rupees due to I bought two packets. Kindly review and take action on this.

I have booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Vijayawada on[protected] using TSRTC app. Rs 583/- was deducted but due to some technical issue ticket was not generated .
