Tsrtc is the worst service which i had in my the year 2020. As i have booked a ticket to my wife from srisailam to hyderabad. Rash driving and as he is giving rude answers with ladies and he had driven very rash driving as there is no security of life. He is telling we should not get down in between from the starting point to last point. As he is asking extra 30 rupees if we want to get down in between.. This is what the tsrtc transportation.. The driver name... Journey: srisailam-hyderabad mgbs service no: 1289 driver: b. Chandraiah contact no.: [protected]. Better to travel in private travels and this is the way tsrtc is not getting customers. I will try to tell the same to all and will spread the issue that i have faced with tsrtc. Need action regarding this driver. If really tsrtc cares about customers and safety need action regarding this issue. I request the gm to suspend this driver for some time and give training classes to how to behave with ladies and about extra money. He is telling to my wife that tell your husband to pick u from the mgbs i will not stop in between. Is this the way tsrtc is giving training to the drivers. If the same answer has been given to gm or and mla wife or relatives. Please give respect.

I travel from charminar to nanakramguda. Taking a bus from lakdi-ka-pul, after 8.20 a. M., i see hundreds of busses going to kondapur and patancheru. However, there are no buses going to waverock.
Same is the case during the return journey. No buses going to lakdi-ka-pul or mehdipatnam after 6.15 p. M.
Going to hi-tech city and taking a bus to waverock takes double the time.
Request the authorities to kindly look into the matter and humbly request to increase the frequency of buses onwards to waverock from lakdikapul and return.
Also, if anything can be arranged from afzal gunj, that would certainly be of great help.

Driver has been very bad tempered and talking rashly. On booking through abhi bus i have received a ticket below with out tsrtc ticket number. I didn't receive saperate sms from tsrtc later anyhow on calling some number i managed to get it, but driver with out due respect used words like i won't take you in my bus with out ticket number, looks like ur a educated person don't you know how to find a ticket number and shouting at me. Please help him with how to treat passengers and particularly ladies. Hoping that u will take necessary action.

I have lost my bus pass while travelling from punjagutta to begumpet. I think the bus pass sliped from my pocket, i kindly request you to issue a new bus pass. There are no buses from hayathnagar to mehidipatnam in morning time. Only 290 buses are there.in 1 hour there is 10 to 15 -290 buses, but no buses to mehidipatnam or lakdikapool. As well as evening there were no buses from mehidipatnam to hayathnagar between 6pm to 7pm. Please solve this issue as we are facing problem with the inconvenience occurred. Due to lack of buses in this route everyone were facing problems while traveling & it was taking so long time to reach our destination. Facing this issue from recent bus strike (October 2019) on wards. Kindly we request you to resolve this issue as early as possible.

From Siddipet to Hyderabad nonstop bus is stopping at Duddeda and Shamirpet. Previously it is not like this. I am paying 10 rupees extra for nonstop and it is stopping in 2 stops. This is not correct. When I call the toll free number, he is saying this is your problem you go and give complain to Depot manager. Pls look in to this and do the needful.

I lost my buss pass when i was travelling in a 229 bus from bowenpally to medchal.
Hence i request you to inform me about duplicate buss pass. The busses in the route from 8.10 to 9.10 in the morning are too less to be viable.
Even metro express and metro deluxe buses are not easy to board.
I also request tsrtc to get operate more buses during the morning.
Overcrowding also leads to theft and pick-pocketing.

District busses are running after 10 pm from different places, so many passengers are reaching to mgbs, jbs, uppal ring road, mahedipatnam etc…
Those people are facing many problem regarding transportation from bus top (Mgbs, jbs, uppal ring road, mahedipatnam) to their respective places, because the city busses are not available after 10 pm. City busses are not available after 10 pm to till morning at greater hyderabad. So kindly share this post to all groups and support to clear this problem in greater hyderabad.

At least 1 hr deference run main junctions like
Every one hour we required one bus from
Secundrabad to various main pleases
Mahedipatnam to various places
Cbs to various placesses
And jbs to various placesses

I got last seat in the bus, beacuse of rash driving now i'm suffering from severe back pain, and there are few other passengers who are facing the same issue.

We rewuest you to take severe action on the driver, so that we can reach safely home. I feel rtc buses are not safe after informing also he is not driving safe, driver is very rude

Sir, this is mahesh kumar, while traveling to hyderabad i have purchased a water bottle of mrp 25/- but shop keeper charged 30/-. I demanded for mrp rate but he refused. Went to controller for lodging complaint, he searched for a paper for 5 mins and said complaint format is not available. Not only water bottle, charging rs. 5 extra on every product. 5 rupees for each product means a huge amount of public money they are robbing. Kindly take an action.

Sir, My name is Ravi chandra on 15/01/2020 at evening 4.30PM nearly I hv got a bus at Yadgirigutta depot nd my destination is Uppal it's an Express bus of Picket depot, I went with my family of 5 members we politely requested nd urged to stop bus at Peerzadiguda kaman(NTR statue ) as 2 ladies are there with me in my family...Then the bus driver has argued with us, atleast he didn't responded politely nd behaved very rudely, nd scolded, Y I should stop??Is this bus yours? Bus will not stop as ur wish? Nd wherever you want to give complaint give! these words are came from that Bus Driver...Just I requested inorder to argue with us it could have better to stop that bus for 5secs but he argued for 1min...Even it's not a stop we requested as 2 ladies are there if only myself travelled i could have adjusted ...So please look into this matter nd take a action on him sir

I am traveling from choutappal to nandigama in express bus"ap11z6215" tsrtc bus, the conductor was given from mgbs to nandigama the cost is ₹365 i am already told conductor this is not fair you are doing wrong, you don't regard complaint, i will complaint to the consumer court, ticket no - (Tna54741) my name vinay kadiyala from 521185 cheruvukommupalem (Post).

We are travelling from hyderabad (Mahatma gandhi bus station) to rajmundry (Departure date:11/01/20, arrival date:12/01/20). One of the traveler took my bag between hyderabad and vijayawada. We realised in vijayawada. Bag is black colour which contains wallet, cash, cards, employee id card, clothes and valuables. We are attaching the passengers phone numbers and seat numbers

I boarded the 300 bus at mehdipatnam (Bus number 1999). Only had rs. 10 note and needed to go through my wallet for coins so i didn't buy a ticket right away. Conductor went past me 2 times after that but didn't ask for my ticket but i had the money ready. So the 3rd time i came across her, i myself asked her for a ticket to chandrayangutta.in a very disrespectful and abhorrent way, she said that i "should've slept for a longer time instead of taking the ticket" meaning i should've sat idle without taking the ticket, and went away. When she came to me next, she asked if i "wanted to take the ticket this time or just sit". I didn't speak a word to her and just paid the ticket amount because even if i tried to address her bad behavior, people would try to shut me down because she's a woman. Be it a conductor or not, i don't think any human should talk to other human in such a way. I hope this action is met with the right treatment

Bus was running late.in morning surprisingly stopped at madivala market. Driver and supporting staff went to purchase vegetables in market. I have taken the photographs of bus and staff. This totally indiscipline shown by govt of telangana bus staff. Ensure this kind of things not happen in future.
