My sister has got into a tsrtc bus from jbs to pitlam-bichkunda bus number ap23 z 0031 on 24th of dec 2019 i. For not having enough change a lady conductor forced her to get down the bus at middle of road nowhere near a bustop. When she got down with her two bags and trying to get in for the other bag the bus immediately started and left. Today my mother and i were travelling by pallevelugu bus from vikarabad whose conductor number is mentioned as 273675 in my bus ticket. Our travel cost was rs 34 from kalimandir bus stop to mgbs where we gave her rs100 bill. When we asked for change, she kept us waiting till the last stop and gave only rs 60 in the end. Please provide bus no 101 from balapur to dilsukhnagar, earlier it was there recently cancelled, which effecting school & college students to reach in time, daily childrens are travelling by auto due to the cancel of bus. If the ticket fare is 102 rs and other toll charges plus pasenger cess be 6 rs but they are collecting total of rs.110 of course that is printed on tickets but which is wrong it may cause to disapper 1 rs and 2 rs coins which results in inflation. Because rtc is the only dept that collects exact amount but not in round off amount. If the amount leads to 106 or 109 they are colecting next number which is rs.110 please look after that....

It’s regarding the bus condition of tsrtc narkatpally depot bus ap29z 2728. Bus seats are very bad and dusty. Not even one passenger is daring to sit on seats which are very dusty. When we check wit conductor n driver in the bus, they are giving irresponsible answers saying that is not their job to keep the bus clean but they are begging the passengers to board the bus on roads. Here i'm traveling from hyderabad jbs to karimnagar. Around 1am journey dated on 14th dec 19, the ticket price is round figured as 230. But in the ticket they have written fare: 211 + toll users fee: 14 + passanger cess:1. The total is 226 is the actual amount for ticker per person in this route in super luxury bus. During our journey to srisailam by service # 1252 (Time 8:30 am) from mgbs, we noticed that bus was left unclean unswept we informed an official at mgbs station manager room. Finally a sweeper was arranged to just clean our seats. Rest of the bus remained unclean.

Request and pray concerned authorities to ensure that bus should be cleaned before start of next service....

Since 60 days back tsrtc, on strike,. Since all private auto, taxi, sharing transport taken huge amount, each public in hyderabad lost rs 5000.. After tsrtc demands full filled by state government of telengana india, they increased rs 5 on each ticket.. I have parked my bike at jbs two wheeler parking zone. Initially they he told that rs 60 per day.

While collecting my bike after 3 days and 2:30 hours of duration., he asked me to pay rs 270, because it's extended by 2:30 hrs.
