Dear sir, this is to inform you that last month i. E on 22nd september i have given a request for my landline shift application to new premises. So they did not do anything and concerned j. E says continuously there is no cable available. Already it is more than a month and nobody is responding. I spoke to customer care and they say we are helpless, just we can pass on information beyond that we cannot do anything i have sent a mail to gm telephones also, my landline no.27126546. This is very intolerable. As a last resort i am sending this complaint to you. Moreover i am a heart patient. Therefore you are requested to pl. Put a column in letters to the editor, eenadu daily.
