There's non availabilty of the hindu newspaper on that itself .

somehow, i got this newspaper one day late at cost of 15 rupees.

there are so many students who study in nits and iits are here stuck at aur homes and due to this non avalability of newspaper we are facing a genuine problem .

kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.

    I have ordered Hindu Tamil Thisai paper (ORD_91778), but from the date of subscription to till date I have not received the paper.

    I have also raised many complaints for this issue but no proper action has been taken by The Hindu publications team.

    So, finally I have raised another request SR111143 on 31st Sep 2021 to refund the amount I paid for this order, but even for this request there is no proper action for more than a month.

      I am Stuthi Shetty from class 4A studying in Madhava Kripa School, Manipal, Karnataka. I had participated in a contest called Get Lucky: Sony yay contest held on July 2. After, a few weeks on 23rd July I recieved the winners list. It is November Month now but still not received the prize or gift. I request you to send the prize or gift as soon as possible.         I SUBSCRIBED TO THE Hindu newspaper online on 13.10.21 payment made successfully. The BILL-HIND-REF WSB[protected] and REF NO. IGAMFBCAV3. The delivery of THE HINDU news paper is not yet started. There is no response from the company either.
        You are requested to deliver the newspaper immediately and give the details of the agent who is arranged to deliver the newspaper.

        On filing the complaint, though promised, nothing materialized inspite of several calls made to the Missed call service, which delivered messages of feedback and prompt action.
        Therefore, pursued with the local delivery paper boy and got the details circulation manager and he arranged the delivery of The Hindu newspaper from today. So the The Hindu newspaper delivery should be counted from today i.e 23.11.2021.

          I have subscribed for Hindu -Sunday In school magazine for yearly Rs. 1299, through online on 18 Sep 2021.

          Since, then I didn't received any single subscription o the same.

          And I don't receive any communication, except myself keep calling all the time almost more than 10 time called to the given toll free number, but calling of there is no use.

          And I don't have any response yet, So not sure, are they just collecting the money and not sending? this I don't understand exactly.

                Sir, I don't get The Hindu on daily basis and I get one day late, for .ex. toady 4 oct I get 3 oct newspaper on 4th oct.

                am student and customer if in all area of India it on time why my region how I tolerate this kind of thing nd when it effect in my daily routine in my studies

                Updated by gazal aggarwal                 Delay and contract of the hindu of my area told me if i want day to day so (no delay, regular basis)
                i have to manage and look and find a person who give me my daily newspaper(the hindu) from my district to my home
                so i have two choice i contiune on delay basis nd find my own source to get newspaper on daily basis
                but i choose 3rdone as customer using my rights.

                lack of service u r such a prestigious newspaper compan nd o[censored]r work is like help people aware them hope u will consisder it.

                            Myself sarat iam staying in madhurawada Visakhapatnam district in the state of Andhrapradesh. The dealer is not responding properly and ask money in advance with out giving daily news paper. I discussed with sales manager vamsi but he is also supported to dealer.
