i've confirmed my mobile- Samsung mega 5.8 from Mobile store (yamuna vihar) I was just want to know about your that emi scheme so i understood whatever he told me about that process so i placed the order of Samsung mega but now stiil i'm waiting for my verification(1 week has done) & today i got a call from mobile store yamuna vihar & he was told me ( eacttuly i m conforming by you Samsung has encreez the precises on all mobile phones, so shell i conferm or not then i've shocked!!! means i'm thinking i'ill get my phone today or tommrow but still you gyes not sent my document now i'm very disopinted to your services & i'm regular customer of your edm outlet but this is my first & last experience in this store i'ill never come again but i want this phone on that price he was told me 23600/- on emi. this is deepak & my ph no. is [protected] mail id [protected]@yahoo.in

    I had submitted my mobile- Xperia Neo V to your Pimpri Mobilestore on 1st April, 2013. Since the phone couldn’t be repaired, I was told that I would be getting the claim amount. I had provided all the details in around July / August but still haven’t received anything (mails attached). Since mobilestore thinks dt once the customer has got into the trap of buying the extended warranty & it is his/her duty to make sure he/she gets the claim amt, so as a gd customer I am doing my part by following up with repair vendor as well as insurance agents to get the status but even they don’t hv any answer to my query. In fact, one of the vendor guy told me that mobilestore can do nothing abt it. His fact was proven today when I visited Pimpri Mobilestore for the 3rd time in a month. As usual, the store person just forwarded the mail to someone & very stupidly started waiting for the reply to come. He has followed the same process last two times also. When I asked him if instead of waiting for mail reply can he contact the territory manager or atleast provide me with his number, very rudely he replied that this is the process & as a mobilestore policy, he won’t provide me with any number. The only contact number I have is of some Mr. R G bajaj ([protected]@essar.com / [protected]@the mobilestore.in, Mob-[protected]). Now everything is resting on this man’s shoulder. Even after forwarding him my details twice, this person doesn’t have the decency to inform anything to customer. Every time I am being redirected to a new person & I again start telling him my story from the beginning. If mobilestore doesn’t have any responsibilities towards the customer then why don’t you clearly specify in the big advertisement hoardings of Extended Warranty at you stores that “Buy at your own risk, Mobilestore is not responsible for anything” rather than misbehaving with the customer at your store.

      I had bought a samsung star pro s 7262 at the date of 11 of decc 2013. For some issues i haad gone to the mobile stores which is located on tirunelveli. And The Sales Girl name is Mrs. Murugeshwari. She is not Treating the Customers as a Person. She is Scolding the customers in bad Words and saying the customer if you want to buy the Mobile you can buy or otherwise you can Buy to the nearest showroom. We must treat the Customer like this. If you want to buy you can buy here otherwise you can go to any other show room. and She is trying to selling things like (POUCH, CASE, MEMORY CARD ) which is bought in the platform and she is selling that type of products so please Take IMMEDIATE Action. Other wise the Tirunelveli SN High road Mobile store will be closed in the name of Duplicate Company. So Higher Officials take immediate Action.

        I received a apologized call from mr promod shetty 2 times and he made sure that i was not been informed anything wrong, he had told me if any problem i can call him on his number once i visit any store & i visited at borivali west mobile store on 22, December 2013 i called mr shetty on his mobile number & he helped me with all the correct information on the phone, so anfal in read tshirt was helping me with all the details he helped me with the amount & charges properly & explain about the cellphone in details, i was very happy all the efforts & information he provided me with proper tone & soft spoke. A special thanks to mr promod shetty & anfal from borivali store west hope my cello phone process will be completed within one week & i get my cell phone before 01, January 2014, i already submitted all the documents at the mobile store.           I submitted my mobile at above gallery for screen problem Dt. 19.11.2013, No body had courtesy from you to revert about when can i receive my mobile back.

          Poor... Very poor response received from you guys... I called up for feedback many times, but you guys i don't know when you will tell me.

            I have purchased mobile from the mobile store and it was under extended warranty.The mobile is not working properly from last 5 month and same was submitted at store more than 4 times and every times they resolve the issue for time being.every time i was promissed for call back to update the status but none of them has update the status.now i was told there is issue with battery and i was told to purchace the new one.i did the same and still issue has not been resolved.Also, i was told there is problem with circuit and sqme need to be changed and it costs approx rs 6000 .Since, same is under warranty and thay are not doing the same..I am getting harrased by mobile store.

            Please do the needfull.

              Dear Concern, With reference to our telecon regarding the status of my submitted documents for EMI mobile Purchase with Mr. Martin & Mr. Rajesh( no. [protected] &[protected]) the mobile store authority of Park Street ( wood Street oppo. pantaloon) & AEON Area sales Manager Mr. Prosenjit ([protected]) . You (Mr. Martin & Mr. Rajesh) have said my loan application no. for Sum Sung S3 is 79130 which is lodged in[protected], but it still showing APPLIED FOR in your record. You (AEON Area sales Manager Mr. Prosenjit) have given Explanation that in the month of September they are unable to process the documents due to staff shortage as because of their networks (AEON & Mobile Store) were working for only Mumbai. You (AEON Area sales Manager Mr. Prosenjit) have suggest me to submit the documents again & promise me it would be process within 7 days ( if the documents are ok in your side).                 i bought my phone from mobile store.I have extended 1 year warranty.my phone's camera was not working i gave it to the mobile store at bhattha paldi area Ahmadabad but they are not responding me even though they promised to give my phone in 15 days but they failed to fulfill their promise and they promised to call me but they even didnt call me back.i visited there 3 times but they are not responding well.please take some action fast otherwise i have to take further action.and i ll never buy my phone from the mobile store.

                i am the customer of videocon company. i am using videocon mobile model No A52BLK which I have given for change of touchpad on 10 Feb 2015 at Mobile Technology Solution Shop No 215, 2nd floor 12/13, Saraswatimarg, W.E.A, Karolbagh New Delhi Contact No [protected] vide their Job No VASCDL018J[protected] and IMEI/IME12 No [protected] which I was assured to be returned by 04 day and said that they will give a call and intimate us for collection of the same but they neither gave a call nor attended my call. when they attended my call after 06 day i.e, on 16 Feb 2015 they refused to listen my words and they directly said that today our shop is closed. Then when I approached them again on 17 Feb 2015 they said that they don't know about the status and told me to make a call to customer care on the number provided on the bill (i.e,[protected] When I made a call to customer care they told me that they had forwarded my request to higher official through request No[protected] and informed action will be taken within seven working days. Over all it is to inform you that for an normal change of touchpad they are taking minimum of 14 days to solve a problem and they not even had an courtesy to inform the customer earlier stage or in between about the delay. Apart from all they don't have a basic manners how to deal with a customer there action was totally humiliating. You are hereby requested take strict action against this unprofessional attitude alongwith an proper applogy for my all kind of losses. i am ready to lodge an complain against videocon mobile service in consumer court.

                  I have purchased 3 TATA DOCOMO sim card with valid GOVT ID PROOF in the mobile store tiruvottiyur But they have not submitted the valid proof to the TATA DOCOMO authorities . So i have not got the connection activation till now and i asked about these issue they said i will get it on tuesday evening .. So why is this long delay for activating new sim card ? I thought to change to another network provider that to with another Retailer.

                    I bought a Xperia C phone from Mobile Store on 8th Dec at 5 PM and then when I opened the Box, I saw the cover of the phone is damaged. I took the phone to the same store again in 2 hours, and they recognised the phone is defective and said, this need to be replaced by the Sony service centre. The cover is not fitting properly, and the phone is popping up most of the time on standard use of the phone. I took the phone to the service centre, they are refusing to replace, saying it need to be replaced by Mobile Store. Sony and Mobile store is saying they can't replace as there is no tangible damage. Also they are saying they can send the phone to service centre but it will take 7 days. They can't provide the backup phone. It is difficult to understand, when the product is defective, how an Sony and Mobile store refuse for an immediate replacement?

                      I have bought a Samsung Galaxy SI9003 on 21/10/2011 from The MobileStore, Kormangala Branch, bangalore. Same time i have purchased the extended warranty for 1 year and Mobile secure insurance as well from same store. The details are as below :: Mobile Model :: Samsung Galaxy SI9003 IMEI NO :: [protected] Extended Warranty:: EW[protected] Few days back i got a problem that my back button and menu button wasn't working, As it's under extended warranty (1 year from Samsung and 1 year from The MobileStore), I have submitted my mobile for almost 4 months. Each time i call customer care always get the same response insurance approval is pending, call us after 5 days, we will get it approved by then. When i call after 5 days again they say same thing give us 5 more days.I called almost 15 times and is really frustrated on their response. Do they have the only job to make the customers fools ?Whenever they ask us to take extended warranty we pay immediately but for service you always delay.Think of the customer's situation if he calls each time after 5-7 days for 15 times what will be his reaction. I tried several times to speak to the supervisors but they always convince me the same thing but no progress yet. The customer care response is really annoying and i am extremely frustrated and loosing patience.Although i am writing lot of emails but got no response yet . Thanks Premasis [protected]
                      Almost same scenario in my case i am very frustrated.. I have given mobile to them for repair they still saying phone repairing in progress,
                      they are not ready to tell exact date for giving my phone back.

My invoice No. is 9074445. the said mobile was purchased by paying the amount by my Credit card of SBI Bank. I was to get 15% cash back within 45 days of purchase as per the prevailing scheme at that time. I have yet to receive the cash back amount although more than 150 days have passed. i have registered a complaint with Mobicares and my complaint No. is MSCO10026497. i have already sent my bank statement to email address- [protected]@mytms.in as required by them from my email address anand.[protected]@necindia.com i want my money 15% to be returned to me as soon as possible thanking you need you help

                          I have send my Phone HTC One V Under 2nd Year extended Warranty and there is no reply from anyone. The Worst part is; there is no coordination between the departments also. I will strongly recommend not buying any product from mobile store. One request to the forum, please update if there is any process by which we can claim penalty for the same. VERY BAD SERVICE, I don’t even know when will i get my phone back, not even anyone other than me is bothered for that.                             I had submitted my Samsung Galaxy S2 Mobile Phone at The Mobile Store at CST, Mumbai on 4th October 2013. The mobile is under extended warranty. There was no reply or revert till date from the outlet or from The Mobile Store customer care. [protected] Date of Purchase : 20/11/2011 Store : The Mobile Store Thakkar Mall Invoice No. : 21916 / 4614730 Extended warranty invoice : 21918/4615028 dated : 20/11/2011 Extended Warranty No. : EW[protected] I had called on 22nd Oct 2013 to know the feedback and was assured but there was no revert for the same. On 29th Oct 2013 i had again called back to customer care to know the progress, Customer representative was in no position to provide me proper time frame for repair / replacement. He told we will revert in 48 hrs. I had approached Store executive Manish he provided me contact no. of Mr. Shailesh Chavan and informed that it is pending from him. I contacted Shailesh Chavan he told he will forward the application to Insurance Company. It more than 10 days still there was no reply or revert. I had sent email to [protected]@themobilestore.in on 29 Oct but no revert. Today i tried sending email again it was bounced informing email id doesn't not exist. Whenever i tried to contact Customer Care they make mockery or misrepresent themselves as Manager and assure revert. Its more than 45 days mobile is lying with you and there is no reply or revert. Shailesh Chavan is also not reverting us. As a customer what am I suppose to do?? Kindly advise where I need to visit to escalate the issue. I recently purchased a Nokia mobile NOKIA ASHA 5O1 FASTLANE on 31st October, 2013.But after the purchase it seems to have swiping problem occurred to it and other technical problems have also started occurring and i submitted it to the mobile store i purchased it from but they are not returning it in the name of repairing.The name of the store is The Mobile Store Howrah, Kadamtala.                                 worst customer care service. I am trying for the insurance claim process for the last one month but still the process not reached the intial documentation level. daily i am speaking to the customercare each and every time i explaining the full history to different staffs. the only word all the staffs replying THE SERVER IS DOWN WE ILL CHECK AND GET BACK WITHIN 2 HRS, But no didn't respond to my request. If this going like this means i ill change my way of approach. thanks regards babu [protected].

                                  Store of Sion branch. I purchased Micromax Phone from them they gave a damaged cell phone and after that they

                                    I purchased HTC One X (IMEI No.- [protected]) from your Mobile Store Outlet on 13.5.2012, it was working well, unless in the month of August, 2013 the touch panel of the screen abruptly stopped working at certain points. I went to your Costumer Service center of The Mobile Store in Bengaluru to replace the touch panel as my Phone was in extended warrantee (Extended Warrantee No.- EXWAR0556428) of one year. My phone got deposited in your Service Centre on 8.9.2013 for replacement of the said panel. But it has been more than two months after giving my phone that I have not received my phone. When asked about the same to the service center executives that just lead me to the garden path and give false promises. And till date i have no idea where my phone is and if the the panel has been replaced or not. I have been running from pillar to post for the same requesting for giving my phone back after doing the needful but even after registering a lot of complaints (Complaint No.- MSCO10026853 and MSCO[protected] all of these have gone in vain. I am really up set by the functioning of the one of the premium mobile selling companies and that too on purchase of the flag ship phone.                                         I have submitted my mobile handset under extended warranty schema of The Mobile Store on September 6th 2013 Though they claim maximum time for repair 15 days, it has been a 50 days and i haven't received my phone back. Continuous Enquire at their Chennai/Hosur, I am getting the reply from them saying it will be rectified and delivered to you within 2 to 3 days. Seeing no resolution made I made a complaint at their call center after 20 days after i called customer care (Complaint No.MSCO[protected] always they said they will call me and update with in 2 days. I din't get any call from Customer Care i called them after 4 days and ask them for the status, they said they need another 2 days. I ask them to connect to their senior they connected to Mr.Prasanth, he said we will update within 2 days. I din't get the call from senior Mr.Prasanth, after 5 days i call them again ask for the status and ask them to connect to Mr.Prasanth, he is not ready to attend my call and i ask them connect to Senior to Prasanth, they said Ronoldo will call you, i din't get any call from any one and updated me the status of the phone. After 1.5 months now they are asking 3500+ for service the mobile(They claim for servicing they spend 9500+ and remaining Mobile store will pay) or you service the mobile in Sony and reimburse the money, I ask them to give that in Writting, they are not ready to give that. This is big cheating from mobile store asking the money for Extended warranty.
                                        The Mobile Store customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
