Hello, I have taken my Hand set from "The Mobile Store - Bhayander east" along with the Extended warranty for which I have paid the amount of INR 250/-. Now, my cell phone mother board need to be changes as it has been gone. I have send my cell phone two times to "The Mobile Store - Bhayander east" but every time they send it back without repairing it & no reason is also mentioned. Now it is almost 40 days and above but till date my cell phone has not been repaired yet. I want to claim a New cell phone OR provide me the Charges which I will make onbehalf of "The Mobile Store - Bhayander east". Please help me.

    This is the second complain its long time since complain has been filed, problem started on 27/07/2014 I really don't know what is happening and what kind of service is being provided, , , Due to irresponsible behaviour I have logged the complain in consumer forum as well ..       my order no is[protected] booked on 30th july and i rejected my order and the product has been returned to your warehouse on 18th august and they said process of refunding was started on 21st august . for debit card payments they said that it will took max 7-10 days but still today it hasn't been refunded into my account. when i called them on 2nd september they said to wait for 3-5 days, after waiting for 5 days i called today they again asked me to wait for 3-5 days .

        Hi, I have ordered a mobile phone worth Rs 23000/- through mobilestore.in on 19th August 2014. Within 3-4 days they send me an invoice and confirmed my order and amount has been debited from my account. After that they send me a consignment number of Blue dart but I was unable to track my shipment. I called several times in their customer care number and also mailed and the reply was a technical issue from Blue dart. Later last week they told me that it was due to some form16 issue of my state and so they are resending my shipment via First Flight couriers and gave me another Consignment No, yet another fake one. Till I couldn't track my shipment and they are not cancelling my order. What should I do now??

        After continuous compalints I got my mobile today via FirstFlight Couriers. Thank You.
        Bull they have send me an empty cover without handset. Cheaters. I will sue you.

        The Mobile Store — not received any update and giving the wrong tracking id and trying to cheat the people without any update.

          Dear Concern, This is to bring you in notice that I have submitted one mobile under extended warranty for repair problem being excessive heating and auto restart of the phone dated 27/07/2014 .I visited the branch for the same on 5/08/2014 they told phone is still not collected by the vendor .I again visited the store on 8/08/2014 again was the same explanation given to me that phone is still not collected by the vendor .Again I visited the mobile store on 15/08/2014 they again told me that phone is still not repaired and suggested to wait for few days as there senior was not available in the store .I again visited the store on 18/08/2014 they told me to collect the phone unrepaired and asked me to submit the phone to mobile store from where I have purchased . But problem is that while giving the extended warranty they have informed me that warranty will be covered in all mobile store so what is the reason they are asking me to collect the phone unrepaired ? I further spoke to the senior for the same Mr Abir he further continued and told me that need to visit mobile store branch from where I have purchased If I want to get phone repaired or else do whatever you want. I also told him that I will log a complain to the mobile store as well as the consumer forum he told me do as you feel good. This is the arrogant behavior shown by the Mr.Abir(mobile store keeper Sarita Vihar DElhi) Suppose if I have been in any another state then what would have been the scenario? Request you to please take this note seriously and get my phone repaired if you have given warranty for phone else I will not collect the phone and will move further as the law speaks... For Safety I have logged the complain customer care as well...             As per your last mail, till now I did not receive the call (conference call with repair division).
            And as you said “handset was in working condition. But, while re-assembling the Handsets there are high chances that it goes dead due to liquid issues.”

            This reason is quite beyond logical reasons.
            As I submitted my mobile for repair after a week of facing the issue (wi-fi issue only). It might have reach your service station 3-to-4 days (from the call with TMS local store and call from repair division). And by that time liquid only affected wi-fi part of the board and not all the board. And apart from that if as per you“, while re-assembling the Handsets there are high chances that it goes dead due to liquid issues” that means now liquid affect the board. Don’t you think it’s quite illogical.

            Also to add to your notice(which I repeatedly brought to your notice during the call) that the agent from repair division told that wi-fi issue is due to liquid and not covered under extended warranty but your phone will be operational as usual except Wi-Fi.

            And if while re-assembling the Handsets got affected, then it’s the irresponsibility of your repair team. And should I suffer for the same as I paid some extra bulk of amount for extended warranty ?

            Thank you for your reply.

            But I guess, you understand my concern that from more than a month I am not able to receive my mobile and apart from that neither I am able to hear anything about the progress/status/resolution plan for the same.

            After contacting many times to the local Mobile Store branch(Nehru Nagar), I was informed that some work is in progress for changing the back cover which was changed in service center.

            But what happened to the issue that the mobile is not getting switched on after getting it back from service center. Whereas while submitting the mobile was fully operational except WI-Fi which was checked/verified by the store persons who received the mobile for service.
            When I asked the store authority for the same, they told me to send mail.

            I am worried as expected as I am not able to know what is going on or when I can expect my mobile at least with the condition I had submitted the mobile.

            Please help me in this regard.

            NOTE:
            My Mobile is still at you’re the Mobile Store Nehru Nagar Branch. (I didn’t receive as phone was not getting switched on after returned from service center )

            I had bought a Samsung Galaxy Note-II from your The Mobile Store Nehru Nagar Branch, Chennai on November 2012 with an add-on of one year Extended Warranty Services.

            Recently I faced an issue with my mobile(Samsung Galaxy Note-II), where it was not able to detect/connect any Wi-Fi network.
            Hence I visited your Nehru Nagar branch(From where I purchased the mobile), to give my mobile for service under Extended Warranty Service.

            The store authorities checked the mobile functionality as well as the Wi-Fi issue and they noted the details and received the mobile(On 8th July 2014) to send to your Repair Division(Ahmedabad-I was told).

            Issues with My Mobile in Details:


            1. On 5th July till mid-night I had used internet over Wi-Fi and slept
            with Wi-Fi “switched on” on my Mobile – No issue till now

            On 6th July morning when I tried accessing internet faced the issue, where my mobile was not able to detect/connect any Wi-Fi network --- But I was able to access internet with 3G/2G.

            2. Sometimes (frequency 2 times out of 10 times), I was not able to
            switch on my mobile after removing Battery.

            But this problem used to resolved, if you connect to charger/usb cable and switch on the mobile.


            Now after 2/3 days I received a call from the Service center and I was asked to explain the issues with my mobile, which I mentioned clearly each and every word as described above.

            Again I received a call from the Service center after a Day, and they stated that it’s a Liquid issue and hence warranty violation and I will be able continue to use my phone all functionality without the Wi-Fi. When I asked how it can be a liquid issue, where I used my mobile is working alright till mid-night and at morning it stops detecting/connecting the Wi-Fi. Then they told it might be sweat from ear while talking over phone, which is still unbelievable how sweat enters during mid-night to morning time period. (As of me I am 100% sure of there is no water drops or no rain touched my mobile). The service center didn’t agree and told that they will send picture for liquid damage and will return the mobile to the mobile store.

            Now on 19th July I got the confirmation from the mobile store, Nehru Nagar branch on confirmation of the mobile from service center. So I went to collect my mobile.
            The store person removed the mobile from courier packing in front of me and tried to switch on the mobile and found out the below issues with my Mobile:


            1. Not able to switch on the Mobile. The power button was pushed
            inside and not working. So the store person tried connecting the charger and tried switching on the mobile again which was again unsuccessful. (But mobile was showing charging symbol of Battery upon connecting the charger)

            2. I had given the mobile with original Samsung Flip cover, but the
            mobile was having a very old/damaged Back Cover instead of the cover with which it was sent to Service Center.

            NOTE: You can confirm the same from your store persons (The Mobile Store, 390, Nehru Nagar, Old Mahabalipuram Road(OMR), Chennai)

            I gave my mobile to The Mobile Store in Working Condition except Wi-Fi issue and now it’s dead and not working. Hence I didn’t receive the mobile from Mobile Store branch and the store person called the service center in front of me but the service center people disconnected the call after receiving.
            So the store person told me that they are sending a clarification mail and they will get back to me.

            Today when I called The mobile Store, Nehru Branch, they gave a
            number([protected]) to call and explain the issue. When I called the same number, he was not ready to listen to anything as well as his behavior was too bad and rude.

            As a regular customer(Bought 4 hi-end Samsung mobiles {S2, Note-I, Note-II,
            S3}) of The Mobile Store, is it illogical to expect a good service from The Mobile Store ?

                Had handed over my mobile phone Samsung Y Pro Duos (IMEI No. [protected]) to Mobile Store, Goregaon West on 20.06.2014. The mobile phone was under extended warranty upto end June 2014. However, till date my mobile handset has not been received in spite of making several visits to the Mobile Stores at Goregaon and at Malad (since Goregaon shop was shut down for repairs). Have been told that the mobile was repaired and was sent to the Goregaon shop's address but the same was returned undelivered since the shop was shut. Although a Staff member named Ritesh was helpful and even spoke to someone who promised to have the mobile delivered in 5 days or else give a replacement with a new mobile phone, till now there is no news from anyone. I feel waiting for two months to get a phone repaired is somewhat unsual. Have been running around for quite some time and my patience is running out. When the shop was under repairs there was no board put up neither was any staff present from the shop at the site to guided customers. All these really matters. Don't want to expand any further.                   Dear Concern, I have purchased NOKIA E5-00 from your Gurgaon showroom with one year extended warranty though I found the issue with month after purchased but somehow I was managing till four- five month then I went to nokia repair center, they said that this phone is discontinues phone and you need to may RS:1400 for repairing. I contacted to the store manager of THE MOBILE STORE. They said that bring it to us and the completing the one year as first year service provided by the NOKIA, If they are denied to do that than we are not liable for then again I wait for completing the year and submit this phone to THE MOBILE STORE, EDM MALL, Kaushambi it’s IMEI NO is :-[protected] on Name:- Vedprakash Sharma. I handover the phone to the store manager and explain the issue every clearly that this phone having network issue only with the packet area, though I have tried several other sim into it but not getting the proper response and same sims are working fine into my others phones but they did not rectified the error and taken One week to gave my phone to me and no standby phone provided by them. Now I am using the same phone though it is still in warranty as I had paid extra amount to extended it, but what is the benefit of mobile store by making the people fool and charging extra amount on the name of the extended warranty.                   I got my handset Nokia E-05 which is given for repairing third time in The Mobile Store as per the trail mail description After facing the lot of trouble and contacted by many people and describing the issue many time I am facing the same issue even it is in extremely bad condition and body of the phone is cracked.
                  After having lots of conversation I am not able to find any solution of my problem, we are suffering from lots of mental trauma as service provider is not giving proper response in this matter. I am writing this mail to consumer court in hope to find out justice because we are simple people belonging to middle class and the company’s like mobile store use to think that they could do anything with customer as customer is alone and helpless Now it’s going to be above a month and Mobile store is just doing mental harassment. I will highly obelize you if you take necessary action in this regards and help me to find out justice.

                  I received the handset yesterday but I did not see any improvement done on it even mobile body is still cracker and not getting proper single, lot of disturbance in the voice even next person is not able to listen my voice properly.

                  Request you to check the technical team and asked about but they did on the handset, i am sure you will not get a proper response from them.

                  I would like to refund this handset and refund my money back as i am facing a lot of issue with it.

                  I have purchased NOKIA E5-00 from your Gurgaon showroom with one year extended warranty though I found the issue with month after purchased.one I am facing several issue with it and many times I have submitted the handset for repair instead of repairing they had made it in the worst condition as they had broken the handset previous issue was related to the network which is still in the handset even I am getting the another issue. Request you to please refund my money or provide the new handsets
                  1) Network Issue
                  2) Handset is broken by the service center
                  3) No-One able to listen my Voice over the call
                  4) Harassment as submitted handset many times but issue not getting resolved.

                  Now I would be happy to either have a new handset or the money refunded. The product is still under the warranty I have says that either one can be done according to your convenience. Hope you will not disappoint me this time and remain in the good relationship.

                    Hi, i have purchase HTC desire 816 with extended warranty on 04.08.2014 by SBI net payment. after my purchase i have received only booking confirmation then after 2 days of my purchase i have put a mail to mobile store for shipment details which is not available on shipment track but they respond that i receive my mobile as per company tat i.e with in 8-10 days, then on 8th of august evening i receive call from mobile store in which they said due to short shipment of mobile by HTC they will ship my mobile on 14th of august i said ok but kindly inform me before delivery they said ok. on next day 9th of august i have again put mail to mobile store just to inform about that call which i received form their side and just for my surety i request that kindly intimate what they said over call by mail to me but they again reply same words that i have received my mobile as per their delivery tat i.e with in 10 days of my booking. on 16th of august when i did't receive my mobile and any kind of information related to it from their side i was given mail for this to mobile store after my mail they reply to me that they have take 10 more days to deliver my mobile . so i reply them that kindly cancel my order and return back my money after that they said they forward my cancellation to their respective department and i will get my money accordingly to it that is they return my money after 10 days. so in this i replied to them that fault was made by their side not by my and also they kept my money with them for already 10 days so return me back with in 2 days but they did not reply me after this. this is my case. i request you kindly do my favour. mistake made by them not by me they have promise me for delivery has done with in 10 days but when they do not have any stock so why they booked my order? and now when i want my money back they are now silent, please help me on this. i have mentally disturb by this because i book it for some one on some special day but they totally burst my plan. thanking you Regards Abhinav Singh

                        I have submitted Sony Xperia Neo L for repair under extended warranty on 5 July in one of outlet in Inorbit Mall Vashi, Navi-mumbai. After consulting with service centre, i come to know that this outlet is closed, that why mobile got returned to service centre. But on retuen way, it got physically damaged(Great courier service). I called 10 -20 times since one month, but getting same answer that motherboard request is raised(Service is the worst i have ever seen).

                          I ordered one mobile on 1st August and still waiting for it. Every time I am getting reply that it is delay 5-6 days. If mobile is out of stock then WHY it is showing in stock on website. Really frustrated of this poor service and false promises. DISPATCH my mobile as soon as possible.

                            Hi, I am Manoj. I have purchased one mobile of Nokia Lumia 630. This I have purchased of Rs 11116/- from Mobile store sector -15 Faridabad with insurance cover. But this price are on very much higher side if we compare it with online. It is almost Rs 1500 to Rs 2000 costlier. Even same set is available in Nokia stores at the rate of Rs 10400/-. Thus your claim of providing handset or mobiles at lowest rates are absolutely false and as per your committment through SMS you have to return double the amount of that failing which you invite legal formalities.                               After taking the money they are saying that the mobile is out of stock. Now they have taken the money (paid through credit card) and not giving the mobile. Also the order is not showing on their site (Order No.[protected]. Also they said it would take 5-6 days for the new stock and now it has been 11 days since i ordered it!!! if it was out of stock it should have been mentioned in the site but instead they took the payment i made and now giving excuses. please help.

                                    HI I am Nadeem Ahmed and I bought a Sony xperia j from mobile from janak puri delhi and it is in extended warranty from mobile store . My phone has problem that It showing some lines on display and it was heating also, so submit my phone in mobile Store delhi (dwarka) to (Abhay ), in extended warranty and my phone was in on condition and everything was in good condition except these issue and i was told that we will let u know when your phone will get repair, after 10 days somthing i got a text that collect your phone from Mobile store when I went there to collect my phone i saw that it was not getting switch on it was in dead condition and when asked the person who was there n he said we got a mail that your phone is in liquid damaged But when i submit my phone it was in Good condition there was nothing happened except my complaints In my phone and there was no liquid in my phone and he said that there is no warranty of liquid damaged but when submit my phone there was nothing like that so I request you if you can't repair it then give my phone in that same condition as I submit to You Thanks and regard NADEEM AHMED

                                      This is in reference to the Extended Warranty Claim which I made against my Mobile store Purchased HTC ONE X with following details

                                      Serial IMEI Number : [protected] # : EXW: 8577/2014 Model : HTC 1X Customer-Location : LUCKNOW Date :[protected].
                                      Now the complaint begins from the fact that after taking my phone under EW Claim there was no correspondence or communication as to what's happening . So I called up the Mobile Store Service Centre (Centre Code 1335) on 03 of Aug to enquire, then I was told that the mail has come from Service Centre Gujrat, that Its a Liquid Damage hence it cant be repaired under warranty.
                                      Then I explained it to them that I have already shown this to HTC Service Centre and they didn't found any liquid damage So please send it back I will get this enquired from HTC Service Centre.
                                      They Promised to dispatch the phone on 3rd Aug evening itself but nothing happened. Then again I called up the Service Centre on 4thAug, then 5th Aug, then 6th. Everyday I was promised that they will for sure send my mobile same day but nothing happened. I called up the service centre 4 times on 6th of Aug and spoke to the Lady, explaining her that I am leaving on 9th I need the Phone by 8th and she promised to dispatch. Her words were "Sir trust my words I will make sure I send it today" but again when I called up on 7th Aug 1230 Noon Phone was yet not dispatched and to my surprise Mr Ravi told me they cant dispatch the phone because it doesn't have EW Document.

                                      Now the story of falsifying statements of Mr Ravi(Service Person in Gujrat )
                                      First Mr Ravi said EW Documents are not there that's the reason for not dispatching phone but then suddenly he found out he was wrong as the phone is already processed, So he told me phone will be dispatched by evening. Then I called up THE MOBILE STORE Customer Service Desk the service person was Ms Ratnali. After listening to my whole story she called up the Service Centre keeping me in Loop. Mr Ravi answered the phone and said their is no such Info. that this phone is liquid damage and that's why it has not been dispatched. Then when I told him about the mail stating liquid damage and my call records from last 4 days he agreed and said the phone is already dispatched. How can the phone was not dispatched at 1230 Noon because of missing EW documents suddenly changed to phone dispatched at 1500 Hrs.
                                      Even Ms Ratnali raised this issue of double statements and asked for explaination which Mr Ravi failed. Then when I and even she asked for giving me the email ID of the Senior In-charge of the Service Center he refused to give and said I am dispatching the phone now then what's the point of mailing. I made a lot of request for his senior Incharge but he refused and in the end had to disconnect the phone without any reply.

                                      Now today on 8th Aug when I got the call from Mr Prasanth he said phone is not yet dispatched. How can on 7th aug phone was dispatched and now on 8th Aug its not dispatched. I am pretty sure its an intentional delay to cause the damage to my phone and now they are trying to cover up the issue.
                                      Phone No I was Calling Service Center on was [protected] and my Job Sheet No was 674333.
                                      I have mailed them and nothing has come yet from them.

                                      I am writing this with great regret that this experience with The Mobile Store has left me no choice but to go to consumer court for harassment and Falsifying statements and intentional delay as I wanted the Phone asap so that I could get it checked by HTC.
                                      I am very sure that this phone has never come in contact with water and even your service engineer accepted its just a small accumulation of salt or fungus over the time.
                                      Even the water marker or liquid damage marker is not positive. But as I am not expert I will come back on this with HTC's Report. I will sue for the mental harassment and falisying

                                        Hi Team, I deposited my Samsung Galaxy S Duos for repair(Had issues with wifi starting/ getting ON and would hang in between, along with battery dying early due to wifi not getting ON and making attempt to connect). The executive located at sec 31examined the phone and took phone from me for repair. A week later, the executive located at Sec 31 Mobile store informed me that the phone cant be repaired under Extended warranty due to liquid damage and I can collect the phone in couple of day later. When I came to collect the phone today(i.e Aug 2nd 2014) &amp; checked the phone, I found the display was not stable(screen shaking) and low brightness(if when the brightness was set to maximum). I called at +[protected] and had a word with Anupam. He bluntly told me the phone was not repaired since it had liquid damage on the Wifi chip and that they hold no responsibility for issues arising while assembling back the device to the original state, which might have caused the display issue. This is ridiculous and looking at so many complaints and the same people involved I am shocked. All the people I've been trying to reach Anupam Vaid, Shailesh Chavan are listed already in other complaints and as usual no one is replying back. As per Anupam, the phone had liquid damage because of which the wifi is not working and display issue can happen while assembling the components back into the mobile. I would like to ask you, what logic does that make and how good/ different is the mobile store service center from the local shops? Firstly, I do not believe the my mobile was damaged by liquid and with the response/tone I've received from Anupam makes me sure that it was/got damaged by the technician working at your facility and now they are framing up everything to get escape from this. Second, Even If the damage happened by liquid, does this authorize your technician to damage other parts? like in my case, screen shaking and low brightness even when set to maximum. Mobile store is a brand and consumers prefers to buy mobiles because its a authentic shop and does provide reliability. It's been already two weeks now I am not able to use my phone because it was at your facility. Please revert to me ASAP with a resolution.
