I have purchased htc desire 616 on 21st july. I am posting this complain on 3rd august.Still my product is not with me. There is not a proper and satisfactory reply. They wrote 3-4 working days on website. But you can see that 21st july to 3rd august. Is it their calculation ? Is 13days = 3 days ?? The most worst online shopping site i have ever seen....

I'm undergoing a horrible experience with Mobile Store online portal. They are simply cheater and serious actions needs to be taken against them. These guys should be banned from doing any online business as their sole motto is to deduct customer money in false promise of delivering product and then harass them and rip their money by making them calls to customer care daily.
