    I have purchased Samsung note 2 from "The Mobile Store, New Delhi" on dated with extended warranty of 2 year's, which ensure reparing of handset if any issue arises. On dated 26th April 2014 I faced issue in my handset as I was not able to open it. Next day I visited the store to submit my phone for repairing where to my surprise they refused nd said in their record your extended warranty is not updated hence they cannot accept the request. When I forced them nd made them see the proof then they raised the request to their seneior authorities nd arranged for approval. Post obtaining the approval they sent the handset to some third party vendor for repairing. This whole procedure took good months times and post regular follow ups from side they attended nd actioned (they pretended they have taken). Dated 15052014 have received a message that your handset is repaired nd can be collected from the store where it was submitted. Today dated 15052014 visited the store and they confirmed that it was not repaired as it damaged due to liquid substance. I have kept and handled my handset with due care nd it was never came in touch with water, liquid or even any moist thing. It seems that they themselves have done this to avoid to bear the cost of repair. Kindly look into this as they have simply said they will not get it done and always kept in dark against the complaint.       I am calling them continuously from 6th May2014, the repetitive answer i am getting from them is that the product will be delivered within today or tomorrow evening.           Hi, I, Dr Kalpana Raval, had ordered a Samsung s4 mini phone from your website on the 4th of May 2014, order No:[protected].I had paid for the same through my credit card. I have been trying to follow up on the order on your website as well as the customer care number. On the website i keep getting a message that the order is in progress. When i tried to ask the customer care executives a few days ago they assured me that my product had been dispatched and will be reaching me soon. They gave some tracking number for a courier company called "delhivery" but i have not yet had any luck with getting the mobile inspite of today being the 10th day post my ordering the phone. In this day and age when the shopping websites are competing with each other and offering either same day deliveries or next day deliveries, it seems very pathetic that a company such as yours has not been able to do this in even 10 days (which according to me is more than reasonable and adequate period of time). Also there are no clarifications from the customer care about what is happening and they refuse to lodge in a complaint or give a complaint number. This form of service is deplorable and not expected specially as we have been already charged upfront for the product. I will like for someone higher up in the customer care department to look into this matter as failing which i will be forced to take appropriate and necessary legal action. Dr Kalpana Raval

                I have ordered mobile phone in the mobile store online website on 6th of may 2014 and paid 13, 932 inr by using my credit card on EMI and got a acknowledgement for the money paid after placed order they said your ordered item will be sent on 8th of may 2014 but they never dispatched it on this date.

                So that I have mailed them regarding the delay but there was no reply from them even I was trying to contact them over their customer care number so many times even that also was not working and no one had given response for my call after that I sent many mails regarding it as much as I could around about 10 mail it might be more than 10 times But still there is no reply from their side.

                Therefore, Kindly help me by giving advice for how to deal with it and get back my money from the mobile store online shopping Kindly see the attached the file proof of my order.

                  helloo i paid full amount through credit card for samsung galaxy S4. on 28th april i Booked the order seeing that they will ship the goods on same day or next day.
                  Brainless people working there. they shipped the handset through a delhivery courier from bangalore on 3rd may. where are this courier has no serivce in my region.(kolhapur/maharashtra); however from flipkart and ebay i received shipments on next day many times.
                  This shipmemt went to delhi saying no service zone and to be returned.
                  parcel returned to bangalore but still there no updates for the location.

                          My mobile phone is under the extended warranty period offered by Mobile Store. I purchased it from their Plaza Branch, Dadar, Mumbai. On purchase, I was told that if and when the phone would go for repair work, a substitute phone will be given for the same period. Right now however, when the time has arrived, they deny the existence of such a policy. What is the consumer supposed to infer from such changing terms and conditions?

                          Nothing has been further followed up
                          The service center person contacted me to inquire about the problem and also messaged that the problem HAS BEEN RESOLVED and to collect the phone within 4 days. When I went to collect the phone, the packaging was already opened (on the contrary I was advised to open it myself in the sop, by your service center person). The already opened package was shown to me by Mr. Milind of Plaza branch of mobile store. Now that I received the phone, the phone doesn't seem to work. So I sent the phone again immediately for repair. Now, Your service center has NOT repaired the phone claiming liquid damage. They hadn't mentioned this while the service center person called me up, and he said the phone is repaired and dispatched. So this has happened when the phone was in the shop and the package was opened without my consent. The said phone has never been used as it was always under repair. There has been NO liquid contact with the phone whatsoever.

                            I bought an iPhone 5c from The Mobile Store Limited, Shop No. G-001, Ground Floor, City Centre, Sector - 1, Block - DC, Salt Lake, Kolkata - 700064. This was bought on 22/04/14. The details of the store manager are as follows: Mr. Partha Mitra, Mobile - [protected]; My complaints are listed out below: 1) I bought the phone and paid them the money. Then they unboxed the phone for me. After opening the box, the switched on the phone and handed it over to see. I browsed through the phone for a while and found that the phone was not working efficiently as it should have. I told the store representatives at the moment that the phone had a problem. When they checked, they sensed it too. However, they sent it to the nearby Apple store and brought it back saying that it would be fine now. After I got back from the store, I found problems started re-appearing again. I even made a video recording of two of the problems. I went back to the store the next day and played the video for them. I asked them to replace my phone as I had bought it only the previous day. They denied replacement and sent me to the nearby Apple Store. The Apple store said that I would have to leave the phone behind for 3 days for them to check, but they would not replace it. Then I went back to The Mobile Store again. They told me very clearly that it was their job to sell. Any problems that I may have with the product is none of their headache and that it would have to be taken up with the service center. I told them when I bought the phone, I had told the representatives and even showed them that there was a problem with the phone. They had sent me back at the time. The very next day, I came back with the phone. They still told me, once the phone has been unboxed, there is nothing that we can do. Please take it up with the service center. 2) While I was buying the phone, they had offered me an extended warranty from Apple for my phone. The next day, I logged on to the apple website and found that there was no extended warranty registered on my phone. When I called them up and asked, they said that this warranty is from us. Once your warranty from Apple for a year expires, The Mobile Store will give you a warranty for another one year. As per Apple's warranty, if there is a problem with the phone, they replace it but The Mobile Store however will only repair it. This is how I have been cheated in broad daylight. Please help.

                              TO WHOMSOEVER THIS MAY CONCERN Order Confirmation No:[protected] Complaint No: MSCO10036626 I have purchased a mobile (with full payment) on 12th April, 2014. I saw that the delivery expectation was within 4-6 days. To date, I have not received my product. On the website, it gives me the status “Fulfillment In Progress”. The Expected Shipping Date is mentioned as 18th April, 2014. I have been calling up to check on the delivery date since 18th April, 2014 through their call centre i.e. [protected]. On that day, I was informed that the product was in Belapur and I should receive the same on 18th or latest by 19th. When I called on 20th, I was informed that the product is in Thane and I should receive the same by evening or latest by 21st. On 22nd when I called I was informed that the product is in Mumbai and I should receive the same within 24 hours. Thereafter, I spoke with one Mr. Rahul who said that he was a senior. He assured me twice on 22nd that my product would definitely be delivered to me on 23rd. Today, since morning I have called their call centre six times. On one occasion I was told that the product will be received in 2-3 days, one time I was told that the product will be received in 4-5 days and one time I was told that they don't have the product. When I am trying to connect with Mr. Rahul, I am told that he is busy on another call and that I need to call 10 minutes later. This has happened twice. Today on all occasions, their call centre staff have abruptly cut the call. And yet they tell me that it is not allowed for them to cut the call. I am not getting any help or support by the call centre executives. I am told stories every day. This is their service level and service commitment. The fact that during my discussions with one of their executives today, he informed me that they do not even have stock of the product means that all their assurances that the product has been dispatched has been a lie all along. No one from their side has any regard for customers. It is a very unfortunate situation that even after writing to them two times and calling their call centre so many times, I am yet to receive a call from someone with responsibility or someone committed towards customer service from their side. Please help me as they have taken INR 13, 649 from me and now they refuse to respond to me. Regards, Rahul Thakur

                              Firstly, my sincere thanks to you and your team. At least based on your intervention, I finally received a call last evening from a person, Mr. Akshay, who stated that he was from the complaints department at The Mobile Store.

                              He apologised for the delay in delivering the product and assured me that the product would be delivered by Saturday, 26th April, 2014. He further assured me that someone from his team would give this to me in writing latest by 12 noon today. However, we are past the deadline and I have not received any email from anyone of The Mobile Store. He had also mentioned that the email would contain details that if the product is not delivered by 26th April, 2014, then, in that case, they would refund the money and the deadlines for receiving the refund.

                              Nothing has been received. Mr. Akshay, like the Company which he represents, seems to be incapable of sticking to his promises.

                              I have written my third email to [protected]@themobilestore.in. They have not bothered to respond to my earlier two emails. Hope that they have the decency to respond to my third email.

                              Once again I thank http://www.consumercomplaints.in/ for your intervention in the matter. I request you to kindly intervene once again and get these people (liars would probably be a more appropriate word for them) to respond and give me the product/money rather than false promises.

                              Thanks you http://www.consumercomplaints.in. After your intervention within 72 hours, I received the delivery of my product. In fact, after launching the complaint on your website, on the same day in the evening, I received a call from The Mobile Store.

                              It is thanks to you that I have received my product. The product which was not being delivered to me for 12 days (although the website mentioned 4-6 days), after writing my complaint here, I received a call on the same day itself from someone and lo and behold within 72 hours, I receive my product.

                              This is a fantastic website. I recommend it to all the consumers who are being harassed by service providers who take us for guaranteed and give us excuses for their incompetence. Please use this website. I used it and I am thankful.

                                don't buy anything on www.themobilestore.in why because purchased one product by online(order number[protected] on 11th April 2014 and Expected shipping date:17th April 2014 but till now(21st April 2014) didn't receive anything. Sent mails to them from 17th evening to 21st and called to their customer care number. After all these things I received a call from customer care. What he said you know we are unable to provide you the mobile so select any other one so that we will send you that product, so these guys don't have all products but they are showing in online to attract the people, this is the one type of fraud. Then I asked him why you are not able to provide me the mobile(canvas 4), he simply said because of non-availability. I simply asked him are you able buy any product online without available then he simply said "no" then I asked him so without availability also you are taking/deducting money from customers, right? Again he saying no sir on that time(11th April 2014) it was available and all these discussions these people are really ... people and they are making people ... So don't buy anything on this site

                                  I gave my cell phone on december 2013 till date i have not received my cell phone whenever I call the customer care but till date i m getting only 1 answer we will return your hand set and it is under investigation i have no clew what investigation they are doing when i gave my cell ti repair their was only 1 problem which was audio speaker not working but Now they give me different different reasons for investigation even my job sheet prepared by the executive at mobile store have confirmed that once the cell phone is given for repair is not returned. Mr akshay and rakesh bajaj have committed that will we return the handset on April 8, 2014. I haven't received neither they are not responding the e-mail or call i have call recorded of there comitment also e-mail but till date i am begging my cell phone which Samsung S2. I AM GOING TO PUT THIS IN NEWSPAPER AS WELL GOING TO LOG A POLICE COMPLAINT against this.

                                    I purchase sony xperia t2 ultra on 1st April, 2014, from The Mobile Store Hazra branch, which imei number is [protected] & [protected]. Sales person on that told me that they will gift me a original sony xperia t2 ultra flip cover, with this phone, but, they were unable to gift me the cover on same day, for the reason o[censored]navailability of product. they promiss me to give the cover after one week, but now they told me that, if I pay 450 rupees then they will give me the flip cover..

                                      Hi, I bought a Blackberry Z10 from The Mobile Store Ltd, Saltlake Sec V, Kolkata, West Bengal, India on 27th of Feb, 2014. The set had some microphone problem from 10th day. So, BB service center checked it and issued a DOA CERTIFICATE For replacement of the set on 13th of march, 2014. And the certificate was given to Mobile store on 13th of march, 2014. Also, it was written, that end user should get the replacement within 7days. Today is 10th April, And, the mobile store customer care and store manager neither of them has no response or move regarding my problem. Their simple answer is no stock available for Z10. Whereas, mobile store website is giving the set at an attractive price and sending us mail to buy the set from online. But It will available in kolkata in another mobile shop. Mobile store told me to bye another mobile with same price because now Blackberry Z10 price is high in market. So, my request is to give Z10 mobile or return money for that i bye this mobile another mobile shop. I want this issue to be solved ASAP. I am waiting more than one month.                                         Hi, My Name is Sangeeta Meena. I bought 'Sony Xperia Neo L' smart phone on 14 August 2012 from Mobile Store sector-18 Noida with the extended warranty of 2 years.

                                        I submitted my phone in 'Mobile Store Noida' to repair my phone for 'Reverse battery charging' problem and also told to check the motherboard of phone. They told me that it will take 1 week in repairing. Then they give me the phone after 2 months after the continuous follow up with them and condition of phone is still same with reverse charging problem. Then again I went to store then they told me, now it will take 2 weeks to diagnose the problem. Due to the bad service of the store, I decided to not to give the phone to them. After that I submitted my in Sony service center, they told me the real problem (i.e problem in phone's motherboad) of the phone with in two days and told me it will cost 8K in repairing phone. They suggest me to give my phone to mobile store as I have extended warranty. Now, I have given the phone to mobile store but don't know how much time they will take or they will be able to give me the problem free phone or not.

                                        I am requesting all of you, please do not make purchase of any gadget from mobile store as they are the liar's, provide poor service to customer, don't take your complaint seriously, deal poorly with the customers, don't even take calls. For my own phone for which I paid, I have to go every weekend make follow up but they don't respond me properly. I never seen this type of service by any other company. Due to them my mental and physical health become worse and lots of my money wasted as I purchased new phone and also go to doctor only because of them.

                                        Its almost 3 months without my phone and I was really felt cheated by Mobile Store noida employees.

                                        This is my written complaint for exploiting customers.
