I have bought a samsung core from "The Mobile Store-Laxmi Nagar outlet" 4 days back. I am a regular customer of The Mobile Store & purchased the phone although i was getting the same phone in less price from "CROMA". The guy sitting there "MOHSEEN" committed to install paid anti virus & apps at the time of purchasing. And due to good experience in past with "The Mobile Store" i bought the phone & after purchasing that guy calls me 3 times to his store & at the end totally refused by his promises. He said no sir i didnot mean that n all. These guys are spoiling the name of "The Mobile Store" this was my 4th & last phone from "The Mobile Store" Please pay you kind attention to the matter & some action should be taken otherwise the existing customers will never go to your store like me.

    Myself Tarun and i would like to tell about service of
    TheMobileStore.in. I have ordered a mobile (Samsung Galaxy S duos 2
    S7582) from TheMobilestore.in online on 29th March 2014. My order number
    is 10992839 and invoice no is 12300/31668. I have paid full amount of Rs
    7918/- It is highly shameful that i received a empty box with no mobile and no mobile accessory in the packed box on 2nd April
    2014. I am really shocked to know that reputed company can offer such a
    unethical service of this sort. Courier Name is Red Express (tracking
    ID: TMS000447). Kindly provide me the solution asap. I have already lost all faith on mobilestore.in.

      Hi, i would like to tell about service of Mobile Store. I have ordered a mobile (Samsung Galaxy S duos) from Mobile store online on 29th March 2014.         Hello Friends, My name is Anoop.I ordered a Xperia C from The Mobile Store`s online portal.Now its been 2 weeks since i placed my order and as of now no idea about my product.I[censored] mail them you will not get any repliey.If you call them, not only you will lose your phone credits but also no one will answer the phone.you will get connected very rarely.Every day i try to call them, the call get automatically connected through IVR and you start deducting your phone balanace.This is because, that is a semi toll-free number.Today when i called them somehow someone answered my call & after talking him about my problem, he put my call on hold for a long time.At last i terminated that call bcz i nearly reached zero balance.What an "excellent" service.we people are "blessed" by their service.

        Dear Friends I strongly recommend you that Never try to Buy any product from their online portal.I dont know about thier showroom service but never think about buying any product online from their portal even if they are providing it for free.

        hey i bought samsung galaxy s duos 2 from www.themobilestore.in...i paid them full payment. everyday they say will dispatch today but don't dispatch. please beware of them...

          I gave my handset Nokia asha 311 grey imei no-[protected], Exd.warrenty no-EXWAR0995430 for repairing on 28th Jan.2014. Its about to be 2 months and yet i haven't got my handset back. How much more time will you take to repair it. Please do it fast i need my handset. Its almost 2 months and i haven't got any feedback. If you cant repair it, kindly return my handset i will gt it repaired somewhere else. I have not given you my handset to keep so repair it fast, i want my handset back.

              Complaint against: mobile store, mayur vihar phase 2 htc desire v(Now in extended warranty: imei no. [protected], imei no:[protected] complaint number: msco10034416 and msco10033961 complaint: to the mobilestore limited essar house, 11 k.K marg, mahalaxmi, mumbai - 400 034. India sir, i have given my dead set(Htc desire v which in extended warranty) more than one and half moths back to mobile store for repairing. And still that mobile is not repaired. This is a very shamefull response by mobile store because i m writting this written complaint 5 times and went to shop more than 20 times but havent got any response till. I have submit my complaint to customes care almost 4 times .Everytime i go they give me silly reasons. So i have all documents with receiving and all complaint no.                 This to inform you that I have submitted a Samsung Galaxy S Advance mobile set for repairing on 5th Feb'2014. It was in extended warranty with The Mobile Store. Till date I haven't received any feedback regarding the return of my mobile set not even getting the exact turnaround time of getting my mobile set back. Kindly help to get my mobile set back.

                I have submitted the my mobile handset on 5th Feb, but till date they have not communicated with me... I used to call in the mobile store no i.e.[protected]...but won't give proper feedback for returning of the handset. Please help to resolve the issue

                  Sir I have Themobilestore reward card which is issuing to my by icici bank . in this card clearly written " For online purchase : A customer is eligible for a discount of 1000 rs. On any transaction of value than 8000 rs . But on themobilestore.in there is no option to attached this code to payment window .I talked to your c.care [protected] but they said this card in not attached for online purchase but on card it is on writhing . Sir I want to purchase a mobile so please tale me how can I attached this card to my payment windows .                       Hello,

                      I recently bought a Google Nexus 5 from The Mobile Store located in Nigdi (Pune). I was promised by the Mobile Store Executive that they will provide me a Flip Cover & Scratch Guard.

                      Now I have visited the Store atleast 7 to 8 times and till now I have not got the cover. The Executive who promised me the Cover and Scratch Guard also left the organization and the other executive and the Store Manager are not helping me out.

                        I submitted my mobile 1 month back to mayur vihar phase 2 mobile store and the mobile is in extended warranty, this is my second written complaint and i rating it very poor, i was caled by mobile store today and i found my mobile there that means they have not taken it for service still.Even i feel now very shamefull while entering and abusing to that worker and manager at mobile store, neither they take customer care complaint seriously, they lied me several times after submitting all the dcuments. Todays they cald me and took signature on documents which also they dont have idea about that. I dont think so they are working for mobile store, they are just spoiling your customer beleive, now i have only one way to get my mobile back i have all call recordings of customer care which i have talked 4 times and more than 10 times visits and all documents given by mobile store, they promised me my mobile will be repaired within 15 days not its more than a month.

                            My Samsung S3 mobile, which I bought in Mobile stores, Velachery, Chennai on 22-Dec-2012, got stuck in start up logo on 25-Dec-2013 and I gave to Mobile stores for repair under extended warranty coverage. They sent my mobile for the head office in Mumbai for insurance verification. The insurance amount of Rs. 10000 got approved but after more than a month of no response, I queried them for status on Feb 5, 2014 and they said the handset could not be repaired by them and asked me to follow these steps. 1. The repair to be done only at brand authorized service centers(ASC). 2. The estimate and final invoice given by the ASC have to be in the same name as mentioned on the invoice issued by TMS 3. After you receive your repaired handset, send scanned copy and hard copy of the said ASC invoice to TMS office, along with your bank details (Name, bank name, account no., bank branch and IFSC code) for processing reimbursement 4. Payment will be made through NEFT/ RTGS directly into the account of the handset owner (name appearing on TMS invoice) Till now I haven't got the mobile in my hand (Actually they were unable to do the repair and asked me to get it done by myself). On Feb 5, I spoke to the HR head of the service center in Mumbai and he said the mobile will reach me in 3 days time. But till now I haven't received the mobile yet. I spoke to the technician today and he said the handset is still in Noida and it will take another week's time for delivery. There is a clear communication gap between the service center guys. I'm really upset with their service and every time I had to make a call and they dont' even respond meticulously. I'm planning to take the legal route if no response is provided in another week or so.

                              I have submitted my mobile handset under the extended warranty scheme of THE MOBILE STORE on 8th january 2014 Though they claim maximum time for repair 15 days, it has been one month already over and i haven't received my phone back.Continously enquiry at noida sector-18 store, and no one is telling me that when my mobile is come back..INstead of resolving my problem thay asked me to contact their head of store mr salesh...and they tell me that i m not responsible person for that and now the technician AVdesh and STORE manager Aamir is not recieving my call also...                                   i purchased my mobile from this kurukshetra mobile store . i submitted my mobile on kurukshetra mobile store.
                                  it takes almost 11 days and no one opened my mobile for checked.
                                  dear sir, i had purchase in nov 2012 year HTC DESIRE V mobile in mobile store from sec-17 kurukshetra and i extend my gurrantee also .it is in guarantee period now. I hv some problem since 6-7 mnths. so many times i go to mobile store regarding this.i go to karnal, then kurukshetra then chandigarh so many times . on 28 jan i deposite my mobile to kurukshetra mobile store, sec 17 again and i go to chandigarh also after deposited nd talk 2 chandigarh mobile store also. on 5 feb i talk to their technician MR. KAPIL nd they told me that they received not yet my mobile . they try to liar me because 2 days before mobile store sec-32 employer told me that my mobile send to MR. KAPIL and they checked it . it almost complete 11 days nd nobody touch my mobile yet for complain. i frustrate now it is too long period 6- 7 months i have in problem and your mobile store not provide me satisfaction . pls as soon as check my mobile and solved my problem. daily i call to chandigarh bt answer from that side is - your mobile is same as you provide. no body open my mobile or checked my mobile...

                                    i bought a mobile from mobile store website paying extra amount of money on 3/02/2014 due to their promise of delivery in one day time, but i didn't received it then when i called customer care he said that it will get it within four working days and if you wish you can cancel your order and you will get your return within 14-15 days, which will of no use to me .You can go through the proof that i have attached and see their delivery promice, they are providing wrong information that are misguiding customers

                                      I have purchased a mobile (micromax A57) from TheMobileStore with an extended warranty. Since it was having some defect and they had 5 days replacement policy i got replacement next day but they have not updated the IMEI number in the system in the extended warranty. On 17th Dec i have given the mobile for service to TheMobileStore as 1year manufacturer warranty was over. Its more than a month so far i have not received my mobile back from them and when i called service center number they say it is still not repaired it is in some approval process (because IMEI number was not updated in the system which was their fault). I have mailed this to TheMobileStire customer care email id [protected]@themobilestore.in also but i am not i getting any proper response from customercare nor from TheMobieStore Mira Road Branch from where i purchased the mobile Claim Ref #2902 Policy No:EW[protected] Raju Jetla

                                        This is with reference to the mobile handset that was sent for repairs under the extended warranty scheme. Today I received a call from the representative at TMSL, CP B Block, Delhi that the defect in my handset is due to battery that has swollen and the same cannot be replaced under the extended warranty scheme. The clarification that I received was that as per the terms and conditions of the extended warranty any accessory is not covered. As per my understanding any additional part that gets mounted/ removed from the original is an accessory. In case of my handset (Sony Xperia P) the battery is inbuilt and cannot be considered an accessory but is an integral part of the handset. Even TMSL extended warranty abides to the original warranty provided by the manufacturer. The warranty provided by the manufacturer states “This Warranty does not cover any external accessories (such as battery, cable, etc.) mentioned in the operating instruction manual supplied with this product or any cosmetic parts”. Thus in case of my handset battery being an integral part and not an external accessory should be considered for replacement.
