I recently bought a Google Nexus 5 from The Mobile Store located in Nigdi (Pune). I was promised by the Mobile Store Executive that they will provide me a Flip Cover & Scratch Guard.

Now I have visited the Store atleast 7 to 8 times and till now I have not got the cover. The Executive who promised me the Cover and Scratch Guard also left the organization and the other executive and the Store Manager...
