I was informed that I will get my mobile after 10 days and before that I will get call from mobile store to collect the same. To check the status of my phone I had to struggle to get the contact no of store, I tried all the number available on internet and none of them were correct/of mobile store. I had taken a mobile insurance from the mobile store shakarpur. At the time of selling they tell everything is insured and you will get reimbursed in cases of damage and theft, My mobile was stolen and I submitted all the relevant documents (FIR, invoice and insurance) and now mobile store gives me silly excuses like wording of FIR doesnt say it is a theft.

Useless service will never trust you guys again...

I have the worst experience of buying from themobilestore. First they gave me a faulty handset. Then after repeated calls and e-mails they only to deliver. They never give you the right information.
