No payout in case of theft

I had taken a mobile insurance from the mobile store shakarpur. At the time of selling they tell everything is insured and you will get reimbursed in cases of damage and theft, My mobile was stolen and I submitted all the relevant documents (FIR, invoice and insurance) and now mobile store gives me silly excuses like wording of FIR doesnt say it is a theft.

Useless service will never trust you guys again...
