I have given my canvas phone at Mobile store Noida for repair on 15 Dec 2014. I was informed that I will get my mobile after 10 days and before that I will get call from mobile store to collect the same. To check the status of my phone I had to struggle to get the contact no of store, I tried all the number available on internet and none of them were correct/of mobile store. Even I called customer care center and even they took 6 hours to track the mobile center contact number. Now My concern is that it has been almost 1 month now and every day I get same answer “Kal apka phone mil jayega”. It’s really frustrating getting the same answer since last one month.       I had taken a mobile insurance from the mobile store shakarpur. At the time of selling they tell everything is insured and you will get reimbursed in cases of damage and theft, My mobile was stolen and I submitted all the relevant documents (FIR, invoice and insurance) and now mobile store gives me silly excuses like wording of FIR doesnt say it is a theft.

      Useless service will never trust you guys again

        I have the worst experience of buying from themobilestore. First they gave me a faulty handset. Then after repeated calls and e-mails they only to deliver. They never give you the right information. They only promise to dispatch the same day but they never did. They lied everytime I want to advice all future buyers never to buy from themobilesore

              I have given order for one micromax canvas knight A350 (black gold) on 16_12_2014 through the online shopping site THE MOBILE STORE. I received one mail from them that it shows they have despached the item on 19_12_2014. But I have not received the item till now. I given complaint through the number which they shown in their site in three times in different days. But they have not taken any action against my complaint. They are cheating me and they already taken full amount of the smartphone which I given order, from me. So they are cheating me and mentally harassing me. So I need compensation from them.

                Dear sir/madam, I have ordered Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo GT-I9300I on 11th Dec2014 from The mobile store and received delivery on 15th Dec2014, pls refer below print screen – there is manufacturing defect near volume keys on handset, it is not getting properly fitted. I have instantly call to customer care and they said that within 48 hours they will revert. Reply from customer care on phone received on 17th Dec2014 that they will try to replacement. I got damaged handset and they are saying that they will try to replace. I have paid full payment for new piece and got damaged one and they are not committing for replacement.                   I have buy Micro max canvas 4 mobile from The mobile store and taken one year additional warranty at time of buying mobile, now my mobile under one year warranty and there is minor problem in my mobile but the mobile store is saying they have only one service centre in india and that is in gujarat so any repair take 20 days time but all this things not infomed at time of buying additional warranty. i want to repair my phone one the spot or refund my one year additional warranty chages

                    I bought a Microsoft Lumia 535 Mobile Set on 2nd Dec from THE MOBILE STORE, HIGHLAND PARK, KOLKATA PH - [protected], and soon after 2 days I was not able to open Mobile Camera and Selfie option( Front Camera). I took it to store on 7th Dec and showed them, they responded that it needed software upgrade and takes one day time, but I asked about replacement, they said it would happened if I took within 4 days, but at the time of buying nobody told me about this clause. what ever, I submitted the phone to them and now 3 days passed, they cannot provide me serviced set and saying it would take 15-20 days. Now the question is, a person using his/her set on daily basis comprises of several important corporate/business/personal communication to attend is highly hampering and it is not possible to wait to 2-3 weeks without using a Mobile set. Being a Consumer, why should we suffer after buying a new phone and expending the money on it ? I strongly demand of the Replacement as soon as Possible. This is the fault of the seller that they have provided a Faulty product to us. I demand an immediate attention and prompt action on this. ---- Ranadip Das (Customer)

                      I ordered Micromax A310, with extended warranty, on 9-Nov from themobilestore.in, paying 11, 788/- Order #[protected] Due to delay in delivery, I made several calls to mobile store[protected] and also Fedex. Wrote 2 mails to [protected]@themobilestore.in. I found out Fedex lost the package. Yesterday 27-Nov, MobileStore customer care says they accepted my request to cancel the order. But I don't know if it will really happen. I did not get any mail saying order is cancelled. Their website still says ORDER COMPLETE. Please help me get back my hard-earned money as soon as possible.

                        My Name is Varun Raja. I bought a Nokia E630 from the store in CMH road (Invoice No: 31087/[protected]. While billing, I also included the accidental insurance coverage offer. Now within a few days the mobile had been accidentally dropped and the screen broke. I brought it back to the store and they asked me to get it repaired at a Nokia Care centre nearby. The total for the repairs came to Rs. 4, 000. I almost half the price of the phone. They asked to submit a job card detailing the repairs and the bill copy and a claim form all of which I did right then. This was done on around September 18th. I was promised explicitly by all parties at the store I would get my claim refunded in 7 DAYS and now I have been following up on it for over 3 MONTHS now. All of them, including the regional manger (Mr Anandkumar) have been giving me blatant lie and excuse after excuse as to why the delay has been happening. This is clearly a case pure gross negligence and apathy! They are not at all displaying the duty of care required to a customer. I am still yet to receive my insurance claim refund after more than 3 months now. They have completely lost my trust in them and I would NEVER intend to do business with them again after being treated like this. The Indian customer is the ultimate casualty. We are at the mercy of these greedy corporations. I would never recommend doing business with The Mobile Store to anyone considering it.

                          I bought a micromax canvas nitro date- 7/11/14 from- The mobilestore limited shop no.21 main market hudson line, kingsway camp, delhi, delhi-110009 Invoice no- 32022/12093358... After purchasing i found that the product is defective and on 13-nov i gave that set back to the mobile store after making a DOA(dead on arrival) of it from service centre of micromax... And then they told me that it will take a maximum of 7 days to give me a new set as company will send a new product after replacing the defective one. They didnt gave me any reciept of DOA product recieved by them(canvas nitro). And i asked for reciept they told me- sir it is not necessary as we have seen you and our company dont give any reciept of DOA product.. So i agreed with them and waited for 8 days instead of 7.. After 8 days i visited the mobile store and asked about my product- so they told me that sorry sir micromax canvas nitro is not available at this moment. you can take any other phone you like by giving extra price (depending on phone i am taking).. so i asked them to give me HTC desire 820 they told me sorry sir this set is not available on (ANY OF OUR STORES IN DELHI) right now you can take some other set. after 2 hrs of talking and deciding i found samsung grand 2 and i told him to give me that phone as that phone was available at the store that time. After that he gave me a new excuse instead of giving me new phone. He told me that sorry sir we havn't recieved the mail of your DOA product so without that mail we cant give you new phone. You can come back tommorow and take your new set. I agreed with them and get back to home.. same day i was just roaming outside i found another branch of the mobile store in kamla nagar so i decided to visit that store just to check wheather the set (htc desire 820) is available or not... And guess what they told me that set is not available right now but they can make it available if i gave them some advance money( 100 or 200 rs ) as booking amount and they will make it available next day guaranteed.. After listening to that i called the person- dharam contact- [protected] from which i bought my canvas nitro( the mobile store kingsway camp branch) and i told him everything that kingsway camp branch is giving me the set next day after that he said that sir why are you taking phone from them we cant give you credit note we will make the phone set available for you next day after which i agreed with him.. Next day- 14/nov i visted the mobile store kingsway camp as he promised me of htc desire 820 phone.. after visiting the shop i asked him about the mobile set ( htc desire 820 ) he said sorry sir we cant make it available right now it will take one week as billing of this phone havent started yet.. On that moment i found which is something not right, so i asked him to give me canvas nitro new set.. he said sorry sir micromax canvas nitro also not available right.. after that i asked them for 2 more mobile phones 1- micromax canvas knight 2 micromax canvas 4 plus and asusual he said sorry sir these sets are not available you can take some other set you want... and then he showed me sony xperia z ultra which i dont really prefer. so i decided to wait 1 more week for htc desire 820 i waited a whole new week for htc desire 820 and visited there shop again on 21- nov and they said sorry sir it is taking time it will take a week more to come or you can take some other product .. After which i waited 6 more days and finally i decided to take some other mobile and today- 26 nov i visited there shop and asked them to give me sony xperia z ultra as that phone was available with them.. When i was giving them the extra amount(rs8000 as i bought nitro for rs 12100 and sony xperia z ultra cost 20000) on the time of billing they told me sorry sir we cant give you phone right now as we didn't received mail. you can come back tomorrow and take new set. They are totally fooling customers.. IN SHORT- firstly they forced me to wait 1 week and when i waited they forced me take some other phone and when i decided to take samsung grand 2 after seeing the availability of that mobile at mobile store they told me they didn't recieved mail come back tomorrow or wait 1 week for htc desire 820. i have waited 14 days for htc desire 820 but they didnt make it available for me.. so finally i decided to take sony xperia z ultra which was available at the store that time and then they said sorry sir we didnt recieved the mail come back tomorrow..                             I purchased desire HTC desire 816G from " The Mobile Store, Aundh, Pune" on 22nd October'14 through bill no.1492/34927. But due to some reason, I did not take the nano sim, which was required to use the handset. On 15th Nov, I took the nano sim but Nano Sim slot was not working and on the same day, I went to Mobile Store. They also tried but it did not work, I asked for the replacement of the new handset, but they said if HTC service centre confirms, we will provide the replacement, otherwise we cannot. However, HTC service centre did not confirm for replacement. It was a brand new phone with a default. Why should I accept a phone with a faulty production issue and wait for the repair to happen. Can you please look into this and confirm. They also confirmed that there is a policy of 7 days replacement. But as I was outstation, did not use the handset till 15th Nov. Which can be checked and proved with the SIM Card detection. Also, if sim card slot is not working, then its something needs to be replaced with a new handset if its unused. Sr. Store manager ( Vijay) arranged for service centres to HTC, but I was not provided with a new handset as replacement inspite of the fact that the new phone itself was a faulty.                                 I have bought a htc 816g from online the mobile store but product was faulty then i called in costomer care and after calling 5 times they said go and get DOA certificate so i did. But again with poor service from them they said our pick up would be so late so u go to nearest shop and tell to replace . the shop man said he dont knw anything and i visited shop 4 times and then he said that go to main office and the no responce . the streatched duration period and DOA certificate expired . so hell experience. I want my phone to get replaced . otherwise i have to go to consumer cort. Online THE MOBILE STORE

                                  I ordered sony xperia e3 dual sim from the mobile stores on 15-10-14. I have done the payment transaction through sbi online internet banking They shipped it through first flight courier. but they couldn't deliver it because of some strike, and it reached back the mobile stores warehouse on 29-10-14. And til today ie on 10-11-14 i haven't got my money back. whenever i contact them they are telling that they are initiating the refund process. I have been hearing this replay from last two weeks today also i heard the same replay. Following is the order number[protected]. Hope that this complaint will help me to get my money back.

                                    Hi, I had purchased one year extended warranty for my mobile (Samsung S Duos) from Mobile Store. And now I had some issue with my phone and availed the warranty. The Store Manager assured me it takes 1 week (including everything). First I was told the wifi cant be repaired, I agreed. After that I was assured that the mobile will be delivered within 1 week. Everytime I call, I am told the same thing, but neither the store Manager provides any support nor I get any concrete update. Its been total a month, but still I have not received my mobile. Is this kind of service you provide or expected. The store manager assures to call and update on real status does not do even a single time. This is pathetic. - Anik ([protected])

                                        Refer to your Invoice No – 33095/12033747, Store : 3102 situated at City Centre –II, New Town, Rajarhat, Kolkata – 700 157. Problem is phone not coming on last four days, finally I handed over to the store at 2 PM yesterday. They suppose to handover me at 12 noon today. But due to some reason they failed to do so. Now I do not want to use that particular set, request you to replace the same by tomorrow.
