I had purchased lava mobile on 25/08/15 with recharge powerbank 4400mah. That time i taken powerbank without checking and went away. After 10 days i checked powerbank that was faulty and go to mobile store to checkup. Mr. Arvind saini (se) told me powerbank was checked on purchased date with ok. In mobile store there was cctv camera, i taken powerbank without checking. And he blame on me that i m wrong. My invoice no. 1145/17691 at dahisar west mumbai. I submitted powerbank to him without any acknoweledge receipt.

    The Mobile Store which is located in Elgin Road, near Bhawanipur college Kolkata has given me very unsatisfactory service. I went there to get my mobile recharged. They did not do it properly from there computer and was misleading me by saying that it has been done there is some problem with tata docmo and asked me to call customer care. I called the customer care they told me that no recharge has been done, when I told this to them they started arguing with me then one of my relatives had a talk with the store manager Mr. AMAN JOTH SINGH, he (my relative) was talking to the manager a was telling him to look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible or otherwise return back the money, the store manager AMAN JOTH SINGH started arguing with him and disconnected the phone in between then I again called my relative and asked the store manager to talk he again replied rudely and simply gave me the phone. When i told him why did you disconnect the call he answered me very rudely that it is my wish and misbehaved with me. He dont have manners to talk to women, it is very shameful on your part to hire such employees. Instead of being sorry he was showing attitude to me and misbehaved with me. You are losing your goodwill by hiring such employees. I hope you will take strict actions against him. Thank you so much mobile store for this unsatisfactory service of yours.

      I have Submitted my Handset to Mr. Madan at sector 14, gurgaon, store on 12th Aug 2015. below are the details: Handset IMEI NO. [protected] Micromax A117 White. Extended Warranty NO. EXWAR1869300. MOBILE NO [protected]. Since 13 Aug to till date i am calling your helpdesk and emailing you as well. but nobody is helping me. Today i had a call with you helpdesk, representative name was diksha, she told me that handset is reached to service centre but after 2 min. she denied that it is not reached to service centre and she dont know where the handset is. then she took me on con-call with store person where i have submitted my handset. and he told me that he dispatched the handset on 14 Aug. and after that he dont know anything about my handset. NOw I am clueless about my handset and FORGET ABOUT REPAIR, YOU PEOPLE DONT EVEN KNOW THAT WHERE IS MY HANDSET. CRAP SERVICE. 2 days later, Still waiting for the reply. called your customer care and got the info that my handset is physically damaged. but at the time of submission to your store, my handset was 100% OK in physical condition and there was a software problem only. but now your people or courier boy may have damazed my handset which is not my concern. May I have the confirmation about repair.

        After lots of research i had decided to buy a xiaomi mi4i mobile, and i decided to buy it from india's largest mobile store 'the mobile store', i knew that the price of mi4i mobile is 12999, but the organization's executive told me the price is 13700, with this price u r getting 1 year extended warranty and a screen guard, but the price is fixed, they forced me to pay extra money for achieving their targets of screen guard selling and warranty extend, when i came back home, i saw the company price i.e 12999 on the box, then explain me why they did so, they are taking extra money from people to fullfill their targets and making the public fool whether they want warranty extension or not, i had given 700 rs extra, bt i dont had the wish to extend the warranty nor to buy screen guard from your store.now i have decided not to buy any products from the mobile store and never i will recommend to my friends Regards, Prosenjit roy

          I am really unhappy with the kind of service given by the Hazra Mobile Store kolkata with address Shop No. 55B, S.P. Mukherjee Road, Hazra, Kolkata - 700026 . They sold me an HTC ONE E9 plus and after selling it they did not give me a proper bill, i paid exact price without discount they sent me the bill later by mail and a manual bill with stamp.They do not gave me a demo of the new phone and handed over the phone to a lay worker who just configured the sim since then am facing issues regarding set up, installation and mobile data, infact the left speaker is not working properly and the phone is becoming hot, they are not helping me and asking me to go to customer care, since I am a busy employee is it what I am supposed to do with 7 day old phone?Even they did not gave me norton security code antivirus.kindly help otherwise I will ensure to take other actions against the store.As it is a 40k phone and I have availed Bajaj Finserv EMI kindly help

              i hav a nokia lumia 520 i got network prblm in moble i was given my mbl to the nearst the moble store they give me my mbl back in almost 45 days. my prblm was slove bt i got new prblm which was phone on or off automatically they said the prblm was in baterry i was purchase new battery from nokia store bt prblm dosnt slove then i can give my mbl back to the moble store on 20 may 2015 they said mbl will come in one week bt mbl isn't come yet

                I purchsed a Oppo Smartphone Phone from Westbengal, Dobson Road Outlet, Howrah-711101.kolkata Invoice Number-cant See Store-1079 Its been 2times that Oppo has already faced issue. I spoke to the Person who was there at the time he covinced and sold the phone Now i wanted to replace the phone or fix it i also purchsed a Warranty to get full coverage

                  I have purchased a mobile(Nokia 1320) from mobile store(Sec 16 Faridabad Store) last year with extended warranty. On 6th July 2015, I have visited the Mobile store, with the complaint that phone as not getting up. The Mobile Store staff rejected my Bill copy and said that it is not cover under extended warranty. Then I tried to convince them and showed them different number(mentioned on bill). Finally after 1 hour they agreed(after lots of argument) and they accepted my phone an told me that it will take 1 week for repair, as i as to go to mumbai. Then there was no communication from Mobile Store, on 11th july I visited the Mobile Store office to inquire about my phone. Staff there had no clue regarding the phone. Finally they were able to track the phone from the drawer. For almost 6 days, my phone was not send for repair. Then I decided to take my phone back and I got it repaired from Nokia care(by paying Rs 2000). Then on the same day(11th Jult), I got a automated SMS from mobile store, that "We have recieved your NK Lumia 1320 for repair with request no #687745". Because of all this, I was force to buy a new phone(Rs 1500) and then pay for the repair(Rs 2000). Nokia care was able to identify the problem in 5 mins and phone was repaired in 1 hour.                     I bought 2 prepaid sims from The mobile store, T Nagar Ranganathan Street. Both sims are already activated (15 days before). But still not done for FRC. That vodafone executive is misselling to me. He told 50 rs talktime and 3 months booster back also free. But still not happen. I have tried so many times. But no response from mobile store vodafone executive. FRC is not done, so my plan is still not updated. So i cant recharge. So anyone pls solve this problem Mobile No's [protected] [protected]

                        I have ordered a mobile micromax unite 2 on 19th may 2015. I paid the amount via debit card. the payment is done. In website shown the goods will be delivered within 2-3 days. my mobile no is [protected]. I received an sms on 20th may as within 24 hours your goods will be delivered, But till now i have not received the mobile. Order Id : #[protected] If the product will not be delivered on 25th may 2015, I have no other way except to cancel the order and return the cash. the delivery of the goods comparing to other online purchasing like amazon, flipkart and snapdeal is very poor. thank u B.Muthuselvan

                          Bought a htc desire 820 from palayamkottai tirunelveli dist tamilnadu branch for 25000/ and insured.The touch screen broken accidently. Given for claim in the store before 2 months. Not processing speedly., Moreover when contacted not attending phone. will wait for 1 more week and i will move to court in consumer forum.The sales manr. Jawahar and area manager Mr.Praveen both are not answering properly and not attending phone. A bitter experience . Worst store in selling and satisfying coustemer is Urs MOBLE STORE

                            Hi .. I purchased iPhone 6 16 gb from the mobile store located at sector 5 Dwarka. Without confirming the name from me, they have generated the bill in the favour of some other person and i don't even know this person . after 1 month i was checking my bills and all that stuff and i was so confused by seeing that name .. I immediately contacted the same store from where I have purchased my cell ... They told me that they will go ahead and process a mail in order to do the correction and now its been 2 months passed and I am not getting any positive response from their side .. Every time i used to call them they say the same thing that they have gone through the process from their side and they are not getting any response from the upper authorities.. In order to get some help I contacted the toll free number and instead of helping me they used to put my call for 30 mins after 2 mins of talk .. I am really tensed ..! I mailed the mobile store in order to get some help from them at [protected]@themobilestore.in . I believe they are trying to solve my issues but in the speed like an old turtle walks .. I am still waiting for the day when my issues will be fixed ..else i will never prefer themobile store ..!

                            At that time (11 days ago ) I got their email ..
                            "Dear Customer,

                            Apolozise for the delay in response.

                            We have already sent email to Edelweiss team for updating correct
                            name on portal because it takes maximum 10 working days, once it
                            is done we shall share the policy certificate with updated name
                            with you."

                            Now its like 11 days past and i am not even getting any response neither from the mobile store nor from the Edelweiss care ..
                            Its like 2 months have already passed to find any resolution for this problem.
                            totally confused what to do and pissed off ..!!

                              I bought a Sony Xperia Z2 from The Mobile Store, GIP Noida. At the time of purchasing I was told that 6.67%(or so) vendor cash back would be transferred after 3 months. Now 9 months have passed, but no money is transferred back. I contacted to Store person but all in vain. Mr. Sam so called manager told me that concerned persons are not interested in my case.                                     I intimated mobile store regarding my damaged mobile for which accidental insurance was taken. These guys are just too slow. I am always following up and it has been 2 months now.I visited their store, followed up on mails and calls but reponse is very irritating. It is very frustrating and irritating. Will never recommend anyone to go to mobile store for sure. They are just asking for documents which are already sent to them. The claim status is not able to move from documents awaited to further even in two months.
