Totally fraud people and store, don't buy any product from the mobile store. I have purchased a mobile in the mobile store. And paid money for extended warranty which is provided by the mobile store. And i have problems with phone mother board issue. I went to outlet, they told me its not cover by warranty because it costs9000/-rupees, and it is damaged for other reason, and i wisited htc service center and got an issue is with product only. Once again wisited store and given them them proof but they are not considering my issue. So, plese dont buy any products from the mobile store

    I gave my Karbonn Bahubali phone under warranry for fixing of my screen related issue on 7th September at Dobson Road store in Howrah. They said they'll take it to the service centre. I then visited the store about 5 times and each time they reply saying that the phone hasn't come back yet. It's been 16 days now and on my every visit, they give excuses that the person responsible is out for lunch. This is pathetic service.

      Same day mobile was not charging so i gave the mobile at same store to repair. and tried so many times at same out let. today after one month i have not get mobile back. then i am making such complaint.

        I have purchased a mobile set of INTEX Company from your Baruipur branch kolkata 700144 on 15th jun 2016, INVOICE NO 25629/13720278. But due to disorder of the set i have surrendered the set at this shop on 30th aug.The Mobile store sent the set to INTEX Service center. But it is matter of sorrow that The Mobile store did not returned my set so far. Only they indifferntly that the set is not repaired .They have no efforts to return my set.
        I, therefore request you to take care so as your store of Baruipur branch can return my set as good as possible.

          RE: Deficiency in Services and Sales with incorrect commitments

          Dear Store Manager,
          Your immediate attention is drawn on following points:
          a. On 04th SEPT. 2016 we purchased a new LYF Phone from your shop on assurance of your Sales Staff, that normally JIO sim gets activated in 3-5 days, however rest assured in 7 days this will get activated.
          b. I did check bout his commitment twice and basis his commitment I purchased this cell phone and hoped that in 7 days activation will happen.
          c. We took two sims from you bearing Cell no. as [protected] & 95.
          d. You just made us to give you documents and you did all filling of forms including the signatures yourself and I was told that RELIANCE JIO has advised this to prevent rejection of form due to any mistake in form filling.
          e. After three days we got a sms saying there was document mismatch and we resubmitted you the documents, here your personnel defaulted and entered data incorrectly.
          f. I did remind you for activation and again I was assured by your team/you that with in 7days i.e.by 10th SEPT, this will get activated.
          g. On 13th, 2016 when I visited your store @8:30 PM or so again was the same story that Reliance is taking time and I wanted to return the cell phone back to you and collect my money upon which you made me to call your customer service, which since could not answer me nor gave any satisfactory help, referred me to your Area Manager and I spoke to that gentleman as well.
          h. On 13th SEPT., 2016 before my family your staff accepted that he made the claim and commitment for 3-5 days and had given us the time for activation in 7 days.
          i. On 13th itself, upon advice of your area manager, I submitted the cell phone to you so that you can check the same for usage as this has not been used at all with any other sim card. I was assured by your area manager and you, that if this phone does not get activated tomorrow, the same shall be taken back and I will be given my money back.
          j. On 14th SEPT. 2016, around 16:00 Hours someone called me from[protected] (ANIL KUMAR), claiming to be a JIO employee and said this will take 2-3 more days as again the form had some gaps. It’s surprising how people at THE MOBILE STORES fill the form and how can they sign in name of someone else, which is fully illegal. I absolutely refute to accept this and would like to see all incorrect and correct forms to see if your versions are correct.
          k. To me it looks like that just to cover up their misdeeds and prevent me from highlighting this issue, the local employees of this THE MOBILE STORES SEC 6 DRAWKA are busy in selling mobile phones on false commitment with misdeeds.
          l. The manager and person who had sold me this cell phone on false promise was not available and several telecalls I had to make to their Customer Service, which however has been of ZER USAGE as simply CS refused to help all all. Finally I did get cell No. of Area Head Mr. NITIN VERMA, which whom I did speak on 14th Late evening.
          m. Mr. Verma has been nice enough to listen to my pain and agony and I appreciate his real concern, infact he offered that if I wish to return the cell, he is willing to accept this and close, however basis soft discussions, I agreed to wait till 17th SEPT 2016.
          n. Today again Mr. Verma Called me of his own and confirmed that he has given the case to his team members who would call me and confirm back, which they did.
          o. I appreciate Mr. Verma for his personal involvement for the customer services and this needs to be learned by their shop floor members and customer services too.
          p. Since this has not got activated as of 17th SEPT 2016 till 20:03 Hrs, , and because of the mobile stores and its employees we have under tremendous trauma and feel harassed we need to be compensated adequately, though no money can fully compensate, but to ensure that other customers are not given false hopes and commitment just to cell mobile phones by the mobilestores.
          q. I feel that a compensation of INR Twenty five thousand shall be adequate.

          It’s therefore requested that:
          1. Accept the cell phone back and credit back 100% of the funds along with due interest for the period between 04th SEPT till date of funds transfers into my Credit Card.
          2. Pay us the compensation of INR Twenty Five Thousands only towards mental agony, harassment and trauma caused to me due to your act of false promise, incorrect form filing and selling the mobile phone on wrong commitment.

          In case this is not closed in this week, I shall be free to approach competent authority for justice and compensation.

          What a coincidence, I was about to file a complaint against "The Mobile Store" here in Mumbai but I will wait till I get initial formal response from the Mobile Store. I had an issue related to misinformation / misleading (Hiding of important information) when purchasing an Insurance Plan for a mobile worth 50k.
          Please do update me separately on how this goes.

            On 04th sept. 2016, i purchased a lyf mobile with jio sim and i was committed that in 3-5 days this will be activated. The sales man said that max in 7 days this will be activated. From 7th day till today i have been calling them and every day they say in one or two days this will be activated.

            They just made a false commitment, cheated me and it was a gross misselling by the mobile stores and i need my money back immediatley along with cost of mental harassment.

            The area manager was very rude to talk and even customer services was poorest of poor. No one in india should purchase from them they are just useless and services are too poor.

              I had purchased my HTC desire 820 from your store at CP lounge 2 New Delhi. It has 2 years full damage protection insurance and 1 year extended warranty. Last month my phone automatically stopped working without any reason and it was not even switching ON.I visited your store and submitted it for repair on 4 th of this month.I have received a SMS from your service centre that they will not repair it and returning it back saying it is a case of liquid damage.This is a fully wrong statement on your part and I claim that nothing such happened. It is a plot from your side to make it appear as it is a case of liquid damage.Even something like that is there I am not responsible for any such thing.This phone is fully insured from your side for 2 years from your store. If you are nit entertaining me in right manner asap then I shall be filling a case against you in Delhi consumer forum for false promise and fraud.

                Not setsfy your services. I complain the mobile store for decline my insurance. I m your reguler custumber. But your services is not me. I send all ducuments send insurance company for guidaence of the mobile store. Now insurance company told me your handset is replaced. Not match imei no. How this creat. I dont know. Beacause i buy mobile on 28.05.2016. And not replace no replace handset then how change imei no. Please help.

                      I had puchased my htc 820 desire handset from the mobile store in nov 2014 & had opted for the extended warranty scheme by paying an extra fee. Since jan 2016 i had a display issue with my phone for which i was asked to submit my phone to them as their service center is in ahmadabad. I was surprised to see that i received my phone back after 25 days in the same condition. The issue persisted & reoccurred again & i had to go through the entire ordeal again. The engineers didn't do anything about it again. This went on & on. I have eventually submitted my phone 5 times since jan 2016 & have been without the phone most of the times. This is pure customer harassment. I have literally taken leaves from office to address this issue. Moreover the customer care does not work on sundays and emails bounce. Now for the 6th time again my phone is giving issues & they want me to again submit my phone to the store. Are they playing a game with me. Is this going to continue until my extended warranty expires in november. I cannot keep doing this & wasting my time. Their customer care keeps calling me with the same mention to submit my phone. Where is customer service?

                      They acting extremely innocent & are not at all interested in resolving the issue.

                      I have submitted my handset now for the 7th time. after I received my phone in June, it has now been giving me battery issues.
                      Will anyone help me resolve this issue? Service is pathetic. They are just not interested.

                          Dear sir/madam
                          I had purchased mobile oppo fi from mobile store jallahalli cross 3 months back while purchasing they assured me that selfie stick will be provided in a weeks time based on the same I purchased. After the same I used to go frequently visit they draged on wherein based on trust I purchased one more mobile F1 . while purchasing they informed me that selfie stick will be provided and I used to visit the store regularly but they used to drag on one other pretext.
                          It makes me pain for the service rendered by mobile store as they just sell the phone and will never oblige for any customer asdistance. as they only require customer only once as they are interested to retain a customer

                            I bought Lyf Flame 1 handset from The Mobile Store via paytm, themobilestore being the authorised reseller.

                            Order date:1st Aug
                            Bill date: 2nd Aug
                            Delivery date: 2nd Aug
                            Problem reported on 3rd August
                            Invoice number: 1412/31290

                            The handset was delivered on 2nd Aug and I was told by the mobile store that they provide 3 days replacement in case of any problems in the handset but when faced display flickering issues and reported to mobile store on 2nd day thats 3rd August then i was asked to visit Lyf service center and they rejected replacement!!

                            When you guys dont have intention to replace then why lie just for the sake of selling and fooling customers

                            I will surely visit Consumer Court and complain about this fraud practice being carried out by The mobile Store and make sure you are imposed a heavy penalty .. I spoke to Mr Ali (supervisor), Mr Pradip(supervisor), Sobha(executive), Vishaka(executive)

                            And I do have the call recordings where they are saying they will call back but they never do .. called 3 times only to hear we will call you back, our supervisor is on break !

                            Will also forward all details to paytm and also post everything on Facebook, Twitter and all online forums !!

                              I bought mobile hand set from the mobile store, rajinder nagar, new delhi - 110060 on 21.02.2016 (Executive mr. Deepak, m-[protected]). I made the payment through credit card wherein i was to get rs.3000/- cash back after 90 days as assured by the executive by the bank. But even after more than 120 days, i have yet to receive the same. Upon checking with the bank, they say this cash back is to be provided by the merchant and not by the bank. But the executive of mobile store says that cash back will be given by the bank.In this game of passing the bucks, i am being sandwiched. Request to please resolve the matter and give me cash back of rs.3000/- without any further delay.

                              Cash back for exchange of old mobile is denied after new mobile is purchanged and payment is made.

                                  Mobile store is a very bad place 4 purchasing phone...my experience was not gud as their staffs r giving wrong information 4 selling phone...they told me that mobile which I have purchased is in offer which includes memory card and extended one year warranty but it was totally fake they calculated all total and told me the wrong value of the phone. ...
                                  And told me that bill will be given to me after 24 hours as Mobile store is a brand so I trust the guy and took the phone...nxt day when he handed me a bill I will shocked that he sold me every thing memory card and extended warranty. ..nothing was in offer..phone actual value was 5699 but he told us that phone is for 6489... hw fool of me trust fake company..mobile store shame on ur staffs

                                    I would like to highlight my concern with the mobile store in "G- 35 Aggrawal Millinnum Tower Pitampura Delhi" it was sold to me by sales associate - Rahul Sharma and he sold me a Blackberry mobile model Z3 and gave me the warranty of one year as per my invoice date warranty starts from the date of puchase which was "7/September/15" and then i got a fault in my mobile now so as per the invoice I should have the warranty till "7/September/16" so I went to Blackberry mobile service centre in Janak Puri, and they said that my mobile was already out of warranty in "19/September/15", that means it will be chargeable if we'll fix or check the mobile and they gave the print out of their system information mentioned about the out of warranty status of my mobile so then I went to the mobile store then they said that I cant help you and simply denial to help me and not accepting their mistake and also asking me what is the prof of it I shown the Invoice but still he didn't agree to help me out. so kindly help me out because no one is helping me now taking the ownership. so please help me out in this situation because now its getting very stressed and disturbing for me now so i'll be waiting for your response.

                                      I am purnima ghorai. I am a ezone staff, 29years old. On 30th march, 2016, i have visited the mobile store situated at kalakar street the mobile store at 8 : 30p. M but the staffs of that store misbehaved with me and made some abuse. The store maneger and the staff indrajit das day was also made that things. They were total 4 in members. They drop down the store shutter and tease me and used slung languages. I attacked them to save me. I fled away from that store almost 10:30p. M. The next day i made a general diary to the local police station. I am getting infromed that every day the staffs and the store manager were getting drunk and made this things to others girls. The same things was happened to a vodafone isd of that's store.
                                      Therefore, i request you to take me necessary steps against those staff's as soon as possible. Your cooperation highly solicited.

                                        We are in extreme disappointment with the The Mobile Store shop at Keelkatalai. I purchased Intex Ace today only because the salesman promised it will have all the features as per oppo neo7.
                                        I repeatedly asked the salesman for the camera features and he confirmed it would be good. He didn't have any demo piece with him and hence I Had to BELIEVE him. Only after paying the bill, we opened the box and to my worst disappointment the phone sucks. The camera quality is desperately low.We argued with him but he didnt listen to our concerns . THe mannerism in which he treated the customers was so very bad.
                                        Besides when I looked up the website, it is clearly noted that he has cheated us. He informed us that the fitwrist comes in offer price of 1199rs but in website it is mentioned as a FREEE gift aong with phone.
                                        Besides he made us add powerbank as well for 399rs stating that also comes with the mobile set. What is this?

                                        Do you think we are fools?? The way he spoke to us was very unethical.
