This is to inform you that i am lakshita I live in delhi I purchse two moble phones of karbon titanium S310 White Silver and dark blue on 20th feb 2015 Rs 14717/- (POS[protected] & POS[protected] from The Mobile Store (The Mobile Store LImited Plot No: 154, Block No: D, Fateh Nagar, Guru Nanak Pura, Jail Road, New Delhi-110018), We pay from my SBI Master card. but on 23 th feb 2015 they debit Rs 7360/- (SWPO [protected] 20/02/[protected] from my account. After few weeks i see my bank statement which show this statement. After Knowing this fact we went to the The Mobile Store to complaint about this matter but they didnot give us sufficient response till date. The Staff of this outlet is also very lazy they are not giving me a proper information regarding this matter. I also submitted a copy of my bank statement in the shop. So kindly look into the matter and reimbursed my exceed payment i.e. sum of Rs 7360/-

        i purchased recharge + power bank with my iphone 5s.. its till in warranty.. due to ios changes in apple that recharge + in unsupportive.. i had been to mobile store sriganganagar but they refused to change.. as an advocate i would like to file a suit against the company & dealer as its still in warranty.. its not working since last 6 months.. i am very disappointed with the service.. if company can handle the issue well & good.. otherwise will file a suit for a damage

          I bought my blackberry z10 from the mobile store outlet, my invoice number is 3215/13525. Order number 11301187. My concern is ‎that I have been miss sold by doing wrong commitments by your representative. Certain accessories which were told as complementary and free of cost like 1) SM BT BHM 1100( told as free) -rs.999, 2)RAINbow SP KB TITANIUM S5 Plus‎( sold with taking consent)-rs.149 3)strontium MSD 8 GB( told as free)-rs.375 4) tms extended warrenty ‎-rs.450( not communicated) 5) mobile secure 4- rs.450‎ ( not communicated) 4) processing fee : rs.400 taken in cash but only rs.353 has been deducted from the bill amount Total extra charges: rs.‎2467 I got my phone financed from aeon services. And your people added this extra charge of rs.2467 ‎To my mobile bill of rs.17999, I had to pay extra interest on loan amount also at the time for tax charges..Being a customer it decreses my faith in your company will never come back to your stop, nor will suggust some one to use. Its a breach of trust I had. Please refund the same as it was not communicated to be chargeable, was told as free complementry with the mobile phone.. Hope you will undrstand my concern

                I am Suviraj singh chauhan. THEMOBILESTORE has sold defective mobile to me. I purchased samsung note 3 neo form the 1st block, kormanagla, bangalore branch of MOBILESTORE on 26th feb 2015. After 5 days of my purchasse some major problem arises in the mobile – 1. back camera lens got hell lot of dust inside. 2. front camera clearity is also not that good when I compared it with another note 3 neo in other store. 3. for calling, i have to call 3-4 times to make a call, then only it connects 4. i use 3G of vodafone, and it works worse than 2G even. ( I had compared it with other cheaper samsung mobiles like grand2). the speed is very slow. 5. They said they will send the bill on mail id, which also they didn’t. Even for accidental cover and extended warranty also they didn’t provide even a single paper. Even these mobilestore guys make u sell open seal mobile as well. Though i didn’t took. I made them to get the fresh new mobile.                   I went to The Mbile Store for sim. Address is Shop No 12, D Wing, Kesar Building, Plot No 239, 95th Road, Charkop, Mumbai - 400067, Opposite Bhagwati Restaurant. The guy sitting outside the store is mis-selling your company Sim to the customer. He is selling three Sim for Rs.50 saying its an offer. If we ask for one sim the regret fully say that the price will be the same where as the was no such offer written on he Sim pack. So in this case the customer has to buy 3 Sim card and when the 2 sim are not used they throught thinking it as a pre-paid sim and so the sim is misused by someone. So If you see the problem with the above point of view the its a serious issue. This is only done to sell the sim and complete the selling target. Where in other shop the single Sim is sold but, I am writing this email to you to bring the the case in front of you to stop the mis-selling. I request you to check the case.

                        My Samsung mobile is damaged and not working. IMEI No. is [protected]. Invoice No and Date: 12391600I had opted for insurance certificate for Accidental Damage. Please replace my mobile set and let me know the procedure for the same.Looking for an early reply as this is new mobile bought just a month back. I had dropped some emails l after talking to mobile store representative that on intimating you guys would reply and ask for required documents for claiming insurance but there is no reply.If we buy mobile from any other Samsung store the insurance representative comes the same day to your house and collects the damaged device and deliver the repaired one to your place. The service mobile store is offering is very dissatisfying. There is no reply on intimating the same. Thre representor on phone asks to e mail and nobody replies to the mail. still no response...

                          HI team, I ordered HTC desire 820 Grey colour from online the mobile store. now came milkeywey grey colour. Now they are refusing to return. Not replying of mails . Giving reasons different daily asking to get higher authority to talk then refusing . & even on this telling the mistake is of customer, there is no grey colour & you ordered wrongly even i have purchase billed written as GREY colour only. Now, don't know where to go for help this is the service of a company telling biggest online seller of mobile in India. don't know where the market is going & where the customer feedback. Very disappointing experience with this online site. if company is looking this complain then please look into the issue. 23K is not less for a middle class family & if they don't get there choice of colour even selecting the right one then feels bad, , ..                             I had purchased a Micromax A54 phone on 27.04.2013 vide invoice No. 7720/8931600 from your store No. 3371 in Ghaziabad. At the time of purchase, the company had charged me an additional amount in the name of extended warranty. The wi-fi system of my phone stopped working a few months ago. I approached the same store No. 3371 on 29.01.2015 (please note it is 29th Jan. 2015) for getting the defect rectified. The store manager asked me to leave the phone as it would take around 7 days to get it repaired. When I visited the store after 10 days, they informed me that it is yet to come and asked me to visit again after 3 days. In this way, I kept visiting the store every 3-4 days and they kept uttering the same thing, "Sir, your phone has been sent to Ahmedabad for repair and is yet to be received back". However, every time they were unable to give me a concrete date when I could get my phone. Still patiently I kept on enquiring the store twice a week after a gap of every 3-4 days. Whenever I visit the store, the store employees would call their repairing centre to satisfy me but from their talking, I am sure they might have lost my phone as the people at repairing centre are unable to provide updates about my phone to the store people. In this way, I have visited the store in Ghaziabad almost 10 times in last 35 days but could not get a satisfactory answer from them about where my phone is, leave apart getting the phone back. A service which must not take more than 5-6 days has already taken 35 days and still you are not sure when you would be able to deliver me back the phone. Also, the people at the abovesaid store in Ghaziabad are also very cunning and non co-operatives. They are colluding with the repairing centre persons in causing me so much of harassment. Everytime, the store people would say that the matter is not in their hands and they assure me to update me with latest status over telephone and email. So, every time I provide them my phone number and email ID but never get updates from them on the issue. Even during my last visit on 28th Feb. I requested them to forward me the mail received from the repairing centre but they didn't. I wonder whether you have posted people at your stores to facilitate growth of the business or to get the company shut down by breaking relationships with valued customers. Now, my patience has left me and I am going to file a suit against the company in a local court in Ghaziabad. I have all the documentary proofs including the receipt given by the store to me on 29th Jan when I deposited the phone with them for repair. This mental harassment is not warranted in a civilized society from a company like yours. I am sure from this behaviour of the company, that I am not the only victim of deceit and forgery by your company. But I wish to remind you that everyone visiting your stores is not a fool that you can take undue advantage of. I will file suit for getting a fresh phone of the same model and at least Rs. 5 lacs in damage for mental harassment and wastage of so much of my precious time. I am a qualified Chartered Accountant and very well know how to deal with an unscrupulous company like yours that cheats on its customers. Ultimately, our country is not a lawless land. Till today I have not received any package and also all customer support numbers are wrong mentioned in their site. Help me getting my money back or getting my package.

                                Change the address of the delivery to below address. These people are making my dad run from one place to another like anything. In this age he is feeling sick of running behind all. If this is not delivered to below mentioned address then I will screw you guys and will file a court complaint. They will not even pick the call when my dad calls back and he has to wait for long time fo them.

                                One more thing if the phone delivered is not new and not in best condition please keep in mind this is going to take a very harsh turn and be ready for everything after that. I have very much good hold of best and approach. I have already mailed the complaint to the Ceo of your company and other partners.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, As per your last mail dated 24/10/2014, You were supposed to be arrange reverse pick up of the faulty product (HTC Desire 820 purchased on 17/01/2015) from our end within 3 – 4 working days but it's really strange that after 7 days of the mail neither any person came to reverse pickup the same nor my refund amount processed till date from your end. We already keep the faulty product packed with original DOA certificate from last 7 days. Request you to please do the needful as i need my money back on urgent basis. My mobile got stolen after some time. The mobile Store guys asked me provide a list of documents and I gave them all. But still my claim is pending since last 1 year. They do not revert on emails and do not answer my calls. now united india insurance has denied that i do not havce have policy under that policy number (Policy Number - THINS1336019). and moreover when I checked it on the mobile store's official website my policy shows no records found. The person is caught guilty and then when i tell him i'll report this, he tried to bribe me + when i declined his offer, he threats me that if i do that he will commit sucide.
