I sent my courier for my cousin in September from professional courier Hyderabad with tracking number HYD58323648 but first they sent my courier to another state in address it was mentioned Bilaspur Haryana but instead of it they sent it to bilaspur himachal pradesh.Then they sent my courier back to hyderabad from where it got lost now its been 4 months I have not received my package yet. Kindly look into this matter I am sick of going to office again and again.

Booked a small parcel in salem ( TN) on 23.1.17 to Bangalore .

In Tracking it shows still in transit. Is it require a week to deliver ? If some one walk also could reach Bangalore till date

    I got a courier from our client. The delivery boy asked our office seal. unfortunately we don't have seal. I asked him for some other option to collect it. he need to respond me properly but he grabbed the courier from my hand. Is this the professionalism. This is the work given to him and he need to answer the customer questions professionally. And finally their company name only has the word "Professional" not their staffs.

      I have a personally rectified the incorrect PIN over professional courier tracking site as well as to customer care. For such a silly mistake I am being harassed to get even an current update. CC lady says package is dispatched back to operations, mission road. If I wish can go and collect. Asked for full address...deathly silence since then. Please help me.

        I send a courier to chennai on last wednesday 17th jan, and was not delivered till saturday. I was not able to track the courier in site also. Hence i called them on sunday to ask about that. I got very bad response from the team. It was designed dress as per order i received from my clients. I already delayed the delivery which may affect my business. Today, 24th jan i came to know from that the courier packet is lost from them. It is not accounted in any of their branches and their response is very bad on this. My effort became useless in my business. Now i need to refund my customers also. Irresponsible and irritating courier service, i will never prefer or recommend professional courier in my lifetime.

          I had sent courier from the professional courier company from delhi to chennai on 27th dec'2016. I was informed by company after 3 weeks that my courier has been lost and they are not ready to take any liability for the package which contained leather bag worth 3800/- rs. The same case has happened with me on 2nd sep'2016 when i sent leather belt to a customer from delhi to indore and they lost my package which was worth 1600/- rs.

          There is no one responsible and no one listen to your issue and calls. I had reached out to leaders through e-mail several times but no one responds.
          There is no status of refund, call center people talk very rudely. Management doesn't listen to you they are literally stealing your stuff & money.

            I had couriered a set of documents from Mumbai to Chennai. It was promised to be delivered in two days. It's been five days the package had not been delivered. What's unprofessional is that the staff is totally unhelpful at the Mumbai office.
            The divert phone to customer care numbers which no one picks. The website customer care section even doesn't work.
            Totally unprofessional and inefficient service.

              This is with regard to a courier which I had send through The Professional Courier on 6th of January from Trivandrum to Bangalore (Tracking Id TVM4264223) . I had been constantly checking the tracking details on their website on a daily basis to know the status. On 10th of Jan when I made the query for tracking, the status was shown as "Out for delivery" and the date updated was showing as 9th of Jan. No such update was there on 9th Jan. On 11th when I re-checked, the status was showing as "No such person in the given address" .The consignment was a return item and was send to Aditya Birla warehouse and not to a specific person Again as per tracking site this update happened on 9th (Even on 10th I did not find this update).So the actual update was made on 11th with a backdate. On 12th Jan again when I checked the status it is shown as "NOT Delivered -Party refused " . When I contacted the Begur, Bangalore local courier office I was told that the courier person has to take gate pass to go to the warehouse & wait for sometime and that is not possible for them to do so. I was also told that the consignment is send to their main centre to be returned to my address. I had a word with Adithya Birla customer care centre and they assured me that there are other couriers who deliver it to the warehouse.

              If at all on 9th itself or early on 10th the actual status was updated in their tracking website, I could have arranged to get that consignment collected somehow . Now if someone checks the tracking details one would feel that everything was updated on 9th itself where as the proper updates were made on 11th & 12 th . Please find attached the screen shot of tracking query I made on 11th & 12th. You can very well see that the updates were not done properly and the dates are misleading . Now the money I had spend on this courier (Rs 150) is wasted and so is the time I took for follow-up making phone calls to Aditya Birla customer care & courier. I did register a complaint in The Professional courier website and I also wrote mail to their Bangalore regional office & Head office Mumbai. No response from any of them so far. They are least bothered about customer complaints .

                One our client sent one courier to below address on 11/1/2017 but still I haven’t received and I have been calling from 13/1/2017 to Tumkur branch and Bangalore branch but I haven’t got any confirmation till now and the way your team respond is pathetic and I have called below numbers [protected]/[protected]/05,[protected], [protected], 22110645. When ever called to these number I will have to explain each time and each time we have to try 20-30times they won't pick up the call [protected](Anjaline) each time should explain and every time they ask time 2to 3hours time and they never come back aftr never pick up the call. i never seen such type of customer care people to respond to customer is his real disappointed and it was very important document for me and due to this delay I have got a hit on my business.

                  My father received a parcel through professional courier.

                  When the parcel was opened, it was shocking to see the Mobile phone was missing. Only Headset and charger alone was in the box. He went to the courier office to register a complaint, But the booking people in your office didn't accept the complaint and instead asked him to come on next day and meet the manager. They have specifically taken the mobile phone inside the parcel.
                  Checked with the manager and he asked to register/sent a email to the booking station (Madurai). So I have sent email complaint to the courier office but till now not even a response from the booking station (Madurai). Very irresponsible.

                      It was booked on 6th Jan 2017' 12:00pm from Chennai to Hyderabad. The cover reached to nearest The Professional Couriers Counter (Hyderabad-Madhapur) on 7th Jan 2017' 12:29pm which is hardly 300 meters from my residence.

                      These HYDERABAD-MADHAPUR BLOCKHEAD employees kept the cover for 4 days and dispatched it back to the origin on 11th Jan 2017 21:44pm.

                      The next day on 12th Jan 2017 after enquiring over phone they didn't responded properly and when i visited their counter they simply said that the cover was returned to the origin with a LAME REASON as my phone was switched off. (REALLY!!!) My home is hardly 300 meters from their counter HOW DIFFICULT IT IS TO COME TO MY RESIDENCE FOR DELIVERY??? Delivery person excuse was your MOBILE was switched off.

                      I scolded them and asked them to give it back to me then they said, it will take 4 more days to get that back to my place as on 16th Jan 2017 due to holidays. WHAT TH HELL!!! THOSE WERE HIGHLY IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS

                      THESE MORONS KEPT THE DOCUMENT FOR 4 DAYS AND RETURNED IT BACK TO ORIGIN.

                      WORST COURIER SERVICE PROVIDER in HYDERABAD

                      I URGE EVERYONE NOT TO CHOOSE THIS SO CALLED "THE PROFESSIONAL COURIER" SERVICE PROVIDER.

                      HIGHLY IRRESPONSIBLE and PATHETIC service.

                        I ve couriered few from bangalore to mumbai. Consignment number is BLR38104914. Few stuffs got broken and one was missing. Also the behaviour of courier delivery guy at mumbai was so rude and collected extra money for delivering it. Really I didnt think the professional courier will behave this much unprofessionally. Manier time I have called customer care for registering compliant also. Nobody picked up also in the office I have couriered also I went and checked. They also told we can not do anything for this and they said its very common with professional courier. You guys are not shipping for free of cost. Even after getting the money from us and wanted to steal the items inside. Really very worst behaviour of you guys.

                          The subject courier POD is still not received.

                          It is booked on 5th Jan 2017 from chennai to Hosur. The cover reached Hosur on 6th Second half to your place and till now (7th, 7 pm) the courier not reacged

                          I spoke to your office in Hosur, they said the delivsry person is on the way from 7th morning, i need the cover, as i need to submit on Monday 9th to my office.

                          8th suppose to be Sunday and no deliveru from your end.

                            I have booked the courier from sriperumpudur to thiruppuvamam pudur on 4/jan/17 with number SPB1450042. Still i didn't receive courier to contact Madurai & sivagangai Branches but they are not lifting the call. Even I registered complaint professional courier website no one is contacted me after that. Today i received mail that item has been delivered yesterday. But I didn't receive. If track the courier (SPB1450042) its showing that item in madurai & JP sivagangai branches. No one is responding.

                              I have received a courier from my friend from Chennai today. When I open the box, I see that 3 Items are missing out of 4 items.

                              It is very upsetting and never expected from you guys.

                              Here's the Courier tracking number - MAA[protected]

                              In the Package, We have sent the below items:
                              1. Wireless mouse, 2, Chocolate, 3. 2017 Dairy and 4. 200 grams badam pocket. Out of 4 items, Only dairy i have received in the package. 1. Wireless mouse, 2, Chocolate, and 3. 200 grams badam pocket are missing.

                              Please explain why this happened and refund the content value as soon as possible.

                                  Booked a parcel in pro premium paying almost thrice the amount one is supposed to pay for the normal booking (160) coz i was told it will be delivered in one day from chennai to anantapur. it was an emergency so i did pay the charges and booked premium. now the parcel has not even been despatched from chennai and the staff is giving such irresponsible answers.

                                    I dispatched a courier from Gudivada (GDV65244) on 26th December 2016 and it was delivered to lucknow on 3rd Jan 2017. All the items were intact expect chocolate box which was completely torn and all imported chocolates from Switzerland were not present. It was worth 2500 INR that were missing. Not even one office is ready to take the complaints and just strolling to call this call that number. Poor service.

Asked to your representative but not get answer properly. Also your customer care no given by your representative, that person not piching up phone but some time it is engaged, that means that person using this Phone for his personal use & not for customer. If this type of risponce we are geting from your company/frenchise then shall we belive on you? Due to delay from you our person as well as work is held up. Who will be risponsible for this?                                         Professional courier.. Delivery boys always complain saying the have to register at security gate ..And most of the times they don't deliver .To apartment.always give some reasons and even they have fought with security head at my apartment..Saying they don't want to enter any name in guest register book.

                                        I have lost many couriers because of this.

                                        Requesting you to look into this issue.

                                        They delivery boys are very rude too.

                                        Hope this will be sliced..And they deliver couriers properly.
