My Father had couriered the package to me on 4th Jan 2017 and I still haven't received it. On following up, with the Professional couriers at Bhadravathi, they said that the package is delivered to Bangalore courier office, but they do not know it is in which Bangalore office. I want my package back if not return the amount of the package. Bill no# BDV1583845

I have recently sent an envelope containing my personal documents and pictures through professional Courier with reference no. GGN50265351. The envelope did not reached the destination and it took twenty days to return to me. Now, when I received the envelope, I found that the envelope is opened from bottom side and the pictures are missing. When asked for the reason, the courier office at Vyapar Kendra, Sushant Lok-1, Sector-43, Gurgaon-122002 said that, the delivery boy must have opened it. It is to be noted that the missing four (4) pictures are passport size pictures signed by me and my wife. In case in future, anybody misuses the pictures Professional Courier will be held responsible for the same.

I have a corportate tie up with the Bangalore branch. I had shipped plants to Samastipur on Feb 28th 2017. On 7th March, customer informed me that he got a call from Mr. Om Prakash Gupta -Bihar office asking him to collect the shipment from the courier office. When I called this gentleman, he was very rude and claimed that he has to spend money and take the shipment 7-8 kms from his office and what if the customer rejects the shipment. When I told him that he has the check te reason for damage internally with his team, he suddenly raised his voice and asked me to talk to Patna office.
This is most unprofessional behavior and not acceptable at all when we are paying for the package to be delivered safely. How can the courier company be so irresponsible and employ such people?? He is wrong person at this position and strict action ahs to be taken against him. uprofessional comp with nprofessional people.. worst service ever ???

From delhi to tanuku we had booked a document on[protected].
It was reached to destiny on 3rd of this but they didn't delivered our courier till now we had approached them through phone 5 time and 2 times directly we had approached, but they didn't gave response so please take immediate action with them as quick as possible thank u

I ve sent a courier from Karur to ooty and it's not delivered even after a week.Also there is no proper response when I enquired about courier in Karur.very very worst service and highly disappointed. And there is no security at all for our things.Is this the way you will treat your customers and no information about our missing product. Your are the only responsible for our loss

It's been more than 8 days, the packet hasn't been delivered within delhi. It had reached janakpuri, district centre centre 4 days back. Funnily my residence is just one metro station away from their centre & right on the main road. Still, when i contacted the manager, he started misbehaving & giving lame excuses & he even had the audacity to deny delivering the parcel today. Highly annoying service & more annoying staf[censored] Strictly not recommended!

My name is shanu sinha, my courier had dispatch from delhi on 22 feb and delivered to pune on 25 at professional courier office sanaswadi branch and have enqury regarding my courier will delivered or not on 27 feb2017, she replied that havent got the any courier, Now today i have enqury for my courier from professional courier, she replied me your courier has been return to delihi.

i ma not understanding that if other courier dispatched the courier on same address on same time on very easy conveyance, so why facing the problem the professional courier face the problem, i think all the professional courier employee did not work properly or may be employee is KAMCHOR.

Please dont trust them on professional courier.

I booked a parcel on 21.02.2017 from rudrapur to sivasagar, assam. It reached to delhi on 22.02.2017 and after that it shows on tracking site continuously that dispatched to guwahati till 28.02.2017, after waiting for 7 days, now your tracking site showing my consignment (Rdr[protected] is return back to origin city (I. E. Rudrapur).
What kind of service you are providing to customer? You keep consignment with you for 7 days and after that without informing the cause to customer you return it to source station.
I called a number of times to your delhi office contact no.[protected],[protected] but its comes busy all the time.
A courier company like you having such kind of practices is very shameful.
As a customer i again request you to kindly look into the matter.

Today i asked about the parcel one lady took the phone and spoke very harshly an d told we have to go to Kattapana and collect the material.so kin dly do the needful.

On 15.02.2017 one medical materials send from KCK dental to my Clinic Crystal Dental care at Vavvakkavu, Karunagappaly, Kollam, Kerala[protected], 00917 [protected] M ) which was delivered to Vavvakkavu Professional courier agent Mr. Manoharan[protected] on 16.02.2017. But unfortunately it is not delivered to my Clinic so far. Today on 25.02.
2017 at 4.30 pm Representatives of KCK dental came to my clinic and they inquired about this to aforesaid manoharan. His attitude was very arrogant and he refused to give that dental materials to the KCK Representatives. More over he abuse to that guys.It against the contract by the courier services to the customer, the same thing happens in the second time. So please take necessary action against this agent.

My parcel tracking id IDR[protected] is suppose to be delivered on 23rd february 2017 and the resson for delay is incomprehensible to me. The parcel is coming from Indore, M.P. to Tiruchirappallli, Tamil Nadu. Firstly, the Karumandapam office of Professional couriers gave me a delivery boy's number to contact him for the said delivery and the boy said that he will deliver it today first thing in the morning which he failed to do and then i called him again to which the reply came that the parcel will be delivered in half an hour which also didn't happen. Now I contacted the office and no hey said it will be delivered tomorrow. So my parcel is reaching 3 days after its in the same city! and secondly, none of the office member know English, which is difficult because not all o[censored]s here know Tamil. And this problem i have faced twice.

I am distressed to hear irresponsible absolute nonsense answer from Professional Courier that my consignment KDI762579 has been lost!!

I have been waiting since Feb 13th and they said today (Feb 20th) at 8 pm that its lost!

Also I dialed more than 20 times today. No response even from the branch manger.
This is ridiculous.
I am awaiting for a solution for this.

VPL[protected] packet booked from Saitech inc Mira road mumbai not yet delivered. On my earlier complaint you have promised that courier packets will not be accepted and you will inform all your pickup points. Now i have no other way except to move consumer court and claim damages.

The consignment was shipped from bellary to pune on 14 february 2016. I am yet to get the delivery till today (18-feb-2016). I called the pune (Bavdhan) office and was told that that it is out for delivery in the morning. I tried to reach the delivery personnel and told him to deliver it asap. He said he would do it in an hour at around 2pm. I tried calling him multiple times but he kept telling he would deliver. Last time when i called he lied saying he does not have the parcel. Then when i said it was confirmed by bavdhan office that its out for delivery he said yes it is with me.

It is really frustrating, unreliable, disgusting, service from professional couriers. Have experienced the same multiple times before. You are the most hope less courier service in india.

I reaceived my salary settlement from my company by courier but the person who taking incharge for distribute the things not giving to my home address instead of he gave some shop and ask me to collect from there. Im new to the town and i request him to gve to my adresa but he ignores and spoke harshly and put the phone.this is unacceptable and need to look in this isue to rectify in future

Sub:- Oneline shopping- Panasonic Eluga A2, Product not delivered. Order ID[protected] Book my packet Tracking No : 97767011.

I booked a moblile (Panasonic Eluga A2) on 12-1-17 through Shop Clue website and paid an amount of Rs.7499/- from my Mpesa wallet. As per the sale agreement and terms and condition, the delivery date was on or before 27th January 2017, however the product not delivered yet.

The shop clue booked that mobile through courier named "Book my Packet" tracking No.[protected] Kerala partner, Professional courier ). Book my packet courier tracking site shows the product delivered on 07-02-17, while Shop clule site shows various ststus, such as product delivery delayed, product return to origin, product sent by speed post, product delivered on 10-02-17. finally product delivered on 07.02.2017. Anyway I have not received the product. I have made several communication through mobile and e mail. There was no favourable reply for the delivery of the product or refund of the money.

So take this as my notice before the legal proceedings against you and your business partner, for the non compliance of the agreement.

There is no single communication about my parcel return . I havesent parcel to mumbai from tiruvallur main branch on 4.1.17. It was not reached to designation place. It was retirn on 5.1.17 but there is no communication to me. I my self only gone to branch on 17.1.17 then only they informed me. Then i complaint to branch manager Mr. sankaran and i gave compliant letter on 25.1.17. I was promised to solve my compliant with in one week. But he was not replying. Three times i went to branch not he is not there. And also not response my phone call also. Please reply against my compliant letter. I have lost rs.1200. UNDER your booking no-BLR[protected] DT 6-2-2017 AT 1400 PM FROM Bangalore.So far the envelop was not delivered and on contact over cell no the delivery office and booking office several times nobody gave proper reply.The lady incharge at delivery office UDUMALPET replied me the delivery boy went to the address and the gate was locked he came back not even tried to contact the person s cell no which was clearly written on the front space.The office lady at UDUMALPET replied me roughly that it is not their duty to call over cell number only address is their concerned.Because of their negligency and irresponsibility i incurred a loss of RS 10000/- as the document was meant for compensation for farmers drought relief from the state Govt.And moreover the lady at UDUMALPET office rudely answered and justified that they wont contact cell number written over the cover.Either you compensate the loss incurred or i will be constrained to take legal course of action against you for my, financial loss and mental agony suffered by your negligency and rude behavior.It would be useful for me if the article is delivered on or before 9-2-2017 AM.why the delivery boy dont

Dear Forum,

After waited for one day, I found professional courier office myself and asked about my package, Again they said delivery boy went with my package and told me to ask whoever committed to me that the package would get deliver, i have to go and find and ask. What a rude behavior from ashok nagar, Bangalore office professional courier service.We trust the service and sending a valuable items, their behaviors is like this only, nobody care about anybodys item, such prestigious organization with shameful workers.
