I ordered the sweet from Halwakadai.com on april 12th. It was dispatched on april 13th and i was told that i would receive it in Pune on 17th april. Today when i called the professional couriers pune branch they were very lethargic and carelessly replied saying that there is no delivery guy hence you will receive it tomorrow! I booked a courier for Bangalore on 8th April 2017 from Bhilai via The Professional Couriers. Their tracker says it is dispatched to Chennai but no further update on where it has reached. It has been 7 days.
We contacted the Chennai office but they said it has not reached them. We contacted Bangalore office but they also said it has not reached them.
We contacted Durg office but they said the consignment may have reached Chennai....

I have sent a consignment through Professional courier, V V Mohalla, Mysore, Karnataka, 570002 on 1st April, 2017 for Lucknow. The same is yet to reach it's destination.
