This is regarding my courier with reference number VPM4053690, this courier was received at professional courier Kingsway Camp New Delhi on 4th may 2017 at 5pm. So I went to the courier office to directly pick it but the branch manager named Amit Verma literally harassed me telling that the courier is somewhere in the office but he can't search and give, as he was very busy, and made me run to that office for 3 day continuously and at the end he is telling that the courier is lost, I know for 100% sure that the courier is not lost as when I threatened him that I'll will escalate the complaint he said he would find the courier box and will give, hence I know for sure that these thieves at Kingsway Camp have stole my courier and they are not giving, it is of deep disappointment with professional couriers having such kind of thieves at an office and I request the concerned authorities to take necessary action against the branch manager and his aides at professional courier Kingsway Camp New Delhi and retrieve my courier back.

This is regarding my courier package which i expected to receive from bangalore. The same was sent on 5th of may and i have still not received it. This was sent on what they claimed as priority service with deliver time of 48 hrs to hyderabad. It is the 10th of may today and i am yet to receive it. The concerned people are being rude when i ask them and they keep giving ridiculous excuses.

the item video consignment numver DEL[protected] vast received at uppal Hyderabad on 07 May 2017. When approached the hub for non delivery even on 09 May 17, the rep recklessly informed that they deliver only once in a week. Is this the service you provide- from Delhi to Hyderabad a day and local after a week? Then why should have we opted for courier instead of postal services ?

Vide above referred Courier docket number, your delivery executive did not bother to deliver the Courier to me or my family members, simply thrown the cover at the ground floor portico of my house, although in the address '1st Floor' is clearly mentioned. This Courier cover also had the note 'Private and Confidential'. I seriously object and call for action in this regard immediately. I have called on ph no:[protected] but no proper response.. They r telling parcel is lost and speaking in a very rude manner. How can they b behaving in such a manner? Such ill mannered people shouldnt b employed. This professional courier z a big trash. Nobody should b using their services. Regarding their trash everyone should b made aware so that they won't become victims like me

I couriered books, dress, chair and table of my sister from chennai to bangalore. There were two boxes and a table, chair and hostel bed. All were in good condition when i delivered it to booking office. I couriered it on 30/4/17. And it was billed on 2 may 17. The consignment numbers are maa[protected], maa[protected], maa[protected], maa[protected]. Maa[protected].
It was promised to get delivered on 3rd may but it was delivered today (5th may). The delivery guy told he was keep calling me for past two days and i dint pick up. Which is a complete lie. He never even tried to call me.
Well late delivery is not a big issue but the boxes whatever i gave was completely damaged.
One box was opened and all the products were shifted some white sack. We took enormous effort and care to pack each and every item. Particularly this box contained a lot of precious books which my sister collected for the past two years. She is preparing for civil service exam and all those books are now in very bad condition.
While the other box was damaged completely and not in a condition to touch even. I dont know what are the things fell down thorugh the holes.
I took more care while packing the table and chair. I packed it in such a way that no corners are damaged during the transist. I even paid more unnecessarily the extra kgs of cardboard boxes which covered the table and chairs. When finally it delivered all the tapes were removed deliberately and of course one side of the table is left open and it was damaged. I actually tied table and chair with rope. There is no such thing during the delivery.

I paid 2500 rs for this worst transist.
Now i dont know what is lost and what is on what condition.

Months back i shifted cot, bed, dining table and vessels through another courier company, which costed me just 2300 which was lesser than this and more products. That was delivered very neat and clean

Now i dont know who should bear the loss. It all very precious things it all damaged very very badly even after paying huge amount.

Courier sent from axis bank koramangala branch through professional courier was received in begur branch and held for 15 days without informing customer.

When customer enquired about the same with begur branch, the person incharge of begur branch used abusive language to customer and did not deliver the package till 4th may 2017

Both these person are not fit for holding a franchisee of professional courier and should be immediately sacked from the office.

Such practice will spoil the name of professional courier and will jeopardize the name in the market!!!

My consignment number is srt57117663 had reached on 29/04/17 at bangalore hub (Yelahanka new town) from gujarat and till today (03/05/17) i have not received the same.

Also after making several follow ups and calls to malleshwaram branch, mission road and gm - mr jagadish ([protected]) is of no use.

This has been repeated every month and even though conveying to them that it contains medicine they do not bother and just say it will be delivered with no confirm date and time.

From gujarat to bangalore it reached in 2 days but within bangalore it takes more then 5 days everytime

I have handed over one letter to be sent to delhi on 28th April 2017 to Tirumala enterprises vidyaranapura bangalore. They told me that they do not have the way bill book for professional couriers and gave a receipt in a piece of paper. I enquired many times to get the way bill No so that i can track. No proper response from them. The name of the person is Purushotam and his mob no is[protected] It has not reached till 1st evening. It is an important document to be handed over to some organisation. kindly let us know the exact position and where is the letter now.

Courier was supposed to be delivered and was returned without verifying address with me. No phone calls received either.

Playing with people carrier, not delivering right courier at right time to right place.

Instead of delivering to kolkata (To address), courier getting delivered to "from" address, do you employ people who knows english.

Moreover : from & to addresses are in printed sheet (Pasted) - that too you people dont understand.

& customer care officer nos in bangalore: [protected], 459 not giving required information just disconnecting calls [called them on 29.04.2017 @09:50, 10:00]. On asking why courier wrongly delivered to "from" address - they are saying it is not their scope, they are rediverting. They are giving 2 nos of their manager pavithra ([protected], [protected]) & other nos [protected]/07/08/09/10-which is not at all reachable. (Ringing but not picking)

At booking office they are asking why did you mention from address very big, then she is saying i booked correctly at depatch office they might have made a mistake.

I have given two parcel to proffesional couriers, but very much dissappointed 1st courier was to banglore and second to nasik but they provided me with the worst service, should never trust on such courier companys where costumer has to run after the delivery services and they do not respond you properly and don't care about costumers.
They did not reply to my cal properly and i called nasik as well as banglore office several times, its been a week and they are not delivering my product.
Plz if this forum can help me then i request plz help me as get me solution out of it.

I had booked a Professional PRO courier from CBE to TIRUVALLA Docket no PRO 5193290 on 25th April 2017 and paid Rs.860 for 3.35 Kgs of documents which needs to reach on time where they promised it will be delivered on 26/4/2017 as money back guarantee.

Till now 28th morning it was not reached. To follow on the same I found the following phone nos. [protected] where a lady took and kept the phone for 5 mins after which she hung the phone. Spoke to [protected] customer care cell where a gentlemen says please call some other number. Tried [protected] for more than 5 times no response.

I do not under stand why these courier companies are giving false promises and cheating the customers. Is there any way these people can be taken to task thru consumer courts??? God bless India

Hi sir my name is murugesh. My brother in law send one parcel to me on[protected]. My consignment number is 5441212. They informed to them it will delivered 2 to 3 days but still now material not received. Whenever i asked they told me tomorrow it will received. But so many tomorrow crossed but i didn't get the material still now. One of the worst courier in my life.

I have not received the package of the mentioned reference numbers and the status is displaying as delivered. How can the item be shown as delivered when it was not handed to the consignor?

Even I have made several attempts to the concern branch but none of the phone numbers were answered and rejected to answer the call.

I had a very bad experience today on one of the parcel which is addressed to me which I never expected from professional couriers.

My parcel arrived to Infosys office at Mysore. I got sms asking me to collect the parcel with in 6.00PM. I went to collect the parcel almost at the same time and to my surprise professional courier distributor already left the office.

since the parcel was very urgently needed today I called him and requested him to handover to me today itself. that delivery person picked the call after long time and asked me to come to Wipro gate (2 kms from my place) to collect the parcel. As told by him it is big shock that he is not there and his phone is switched off.

Also to enquire about hottagalli professional courier address I called office many times and no one picked the call. That parcel is very urgently needed today.

Professional courier team did not delivery the service as per the expectation set. As per the pro premium delivery, it should be delivered with in one business day and tracking status still shows in transit which is not acceptable

I crosschecked with delivery team that document would be delivered in one business day. Now i have no scope even to track this device. What kind of a support is this. Very Un professional service.

My Consignment number is GGN90932157 and if i call Gurgaon customer care there is no proper response on my product. It's been more than a month and still not received yet.
