Sir my consignment has been booked from Bangalore on 29th Nov 2016 and as of now no tracking clue is available.

I have tried all possible Nos of Professional courier Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Surat offices as available on your website. No response at all.

Even when I called Surat Main branch, the ring kept on going for 18 times since 8 am today.

When I called Ring road branch, one lousy attendant answered in a very rough tone that he has no clue of the docket.

As per the name of the company, where is the professionalism ???

If this is the service, then why should we do business with your company ???

Pl let me know the status of my consignment BLR[protected].

Two weeks back(12 November 2016) i sent one item(Dophin AF012 LCD Automatic Food Timer) to Jaipur through this Professional Couriers. On 16th November 2016 it reached Jaipur but yet to date(I am writing this on 28 November 2016) it is not delivered to the receiver. I raised a complaint in Professional couriers but my request was in vain. Still no response for my complaint. I even made a call to their customer care in Chennai and came to know that they don't have a interlinked network and i need to call Jaipur Customer care on my own. When i called their Jaipur customer care it seems like it doesn't have any incoming facility. I could not connect to them. If they cannot send or reach the receiver they can simply send it back to me. But till date i dint get any news about the item i sent.

I paid Rs.140 for their "customer satisfactory service". Their website motto of "We care for your valuables" is simply not true.

I kindly request you to take the necessary actions and guide me to get my item or money back.

The consignment cjb8661538 was to be delivered to me day before yesterday as it reached on 24th November 2016 . i have been chasing and requesting the Delhi professional courier people but the are saying that the parcel did come but they are not aware of the where about of the parcel, its seems it has been lost .. today when i called on number [protected], the person who picked up the call literally abused me and said u wont get the parcel and u complain to whomsoever u wish, we don't care ..i was shocked to here these words ..

I was sent a Courier from Mumbai office.

Tried calling them but they seemed least interested in helping out. They wanted to know - which office was the courier sent from and wanted me to call that branch office.

The courier had a Panchang book in it which has religious value and getting it was really very important for me but was sent to me via The Professional Couriers Mumbai.

Worst Courier service.

Sent urgent and important cover to bank sent from Bangalore to Chennai. Pod no. BLR34587899 still not delivered even after 4 days. Suppose to deliver in one day. Not responded to complaint no. CRM 150674 and no. 304436. Very worst service west mambalam branch and attitude. Professional courier service. I expect to punish the branch for deficiency in service. Pl react immediate ly and reply action taken.

I've Important courier but without contacting me, they have ready to return and one time returned also. They said Cyber Towers address don't know in hyderabad. Except all these, today afternoon I've inquired regarding my courier so that time one of the courier member said please come at courier office and take your courier.

I've asked to courier members why even not contacting me and said address is not available. They said we already contacted ur number but it's not reachble. But it's completely wrong because they not contacted me and also somebody on courier office on my courier cover mobile number scrubbed.

They finally agree it's their issue.

But, why it's happens i want to know reason and answer. I've attached two photos of my courier cover one is...before sending courier and after courier receive.

I had sent a product worth rs 11, 000 through professional courier 3 months back to rajasthan. There is still no status update, no tracking and the product has not been delivered. They are not even returning the product back to me and expect me to do all the work of tracking through calling 10-15 different customer care numbers, delivery boys etc and after doing all this also i have not got a resolution or response from anyone in the company/ head office/ customer care despite many calls and emails. Very irresponsible, unprofessional courier service with no regard for the customer. This company should be shut down as fraud.

Please ensure that it is delivered tomorrow (17.11.2016) to lenskart. But i am really astonished to see that you are making updates not on real time basis, at least in the case like 'out for delivery' status. Till 4 pm today (16.11.2016) the last update was of yesterday (15.11.2016 - lunch time okhla at around 2pm yesterday) whose evidence are with me, and all of a sudden i can see an update made at around 11. 23 am today (16.11.2016) stating the packet is 'out for delivery' (Which is the last update till now when the time is 9.15pm on 16.11.2016), hence i understand that there is the scope of manual manipulation of record. And hence i am sure the creditability issue exists.

Anyways again be requested to ensure the prompt delivery of the item.

Please be requested to take this matter as a very serious issue.

Recently i've faced the problem in professional courier services which is located on urapakkam. We had waited around 2-3 hours for shop to be opened. And around 11.30 am they've opened. Even before me couple of senior citizens were waiting for the same. And specially they interacting/responding to the customers is not at all in a desired manner.
Please do necessary action on this.

I ordered a parcel with a set of clothing materials from chennai, it was couriered from chennai to hyderabad on saturday 12/11. I got the parcel on monday 11/14 with rat bites all the materials got damaged with rat bites. Professional courier both hyd and chennai are irresponsible and careless and didnt bother to take care of the parcel. They are the worst courier service which i have never seen. They didn’t even bother to inform about the damages. Who is going to cover the damage? Dont use this courier for valuable products. They are so irresponsible dont give value to your money, time and valuables.

On friday, 4th november 2016, i availed the services of the professional couriers ltd. Situated on bada bazaar marg, old rajendra nagar, new delhi 110060. I was supposed to mail some important documents to an address in greater noida. The representative from professional couriers promised that the documents would be delivered within the next two days (That is, by 6th november 2016). I was charged with 50 rupees for the same. Today, the date is 14th november 2016 and the documents have still not been received at the delivery address.

I have tried everything. I tried tracking the shipment and it shows that it is lying somewhere noida. I also tried calling their head office in naraina industrial area, phase i, new delhi but no one received the phone. I ultimately had to visit their office from where i mailed the documents. The representative there gave me a contact number for a person (The delivery person) and asked me to call him the next day and gave the excuse that the delivery person had some important work because of which he wasn't able to deliver the shipment on time. When i called the delivery person the next day, he said that he has no idea of the shipment and gave me the contact number of another delivery person. When i called the 2nd delivery person, he said that he has lost the shipment that was supposed to be delivered.

The mail i sent had some very important documents and the professional couriers ltd is now not taking any responsibility for mismanagement on their part and neither are they addressing to my complaint. Serious action must be taken against them.

This is Tharun i had a courier from Bangalore to Delhi, courier number-BLR35582388 this was sent on 05/11/2016 and it reached sakarpur branch on 07/11/2016 but still not delivered to my location which is to address: #347, flat no.19, dallupura village, near dharamshila hospital, Delhi-96 and my both contact numbers are mentioned on it which are [protected]/[protected] but nobody contacted me and when I called your branch there response is, you can come and collect your courier from our branch as our delivery guy is on leave, if that is the case I don't think there is need of any courier service instead I can ask a person to come and deliver physically.

Plz pay attention and give a response on this because its important for me.

A courier was sent from Coimbatore on 10.11.2016 to pg apartments in rajarajeswari medical college, kengeri, Bangalore. It is supposed to be delivered today. As I dint receive I contacted the Coimbatore office and I was told dat it has reached kengeri. When I contacted the kengeri office they refused to deliver told me to come and collect it. And your employee was too rude. He claims dat our institution office is closed today. But that is a personal courier addressed to my name and residence in the campus. Kindly take appropriate action and make sure it is delivered today. Fyki other couriers and parcel services deliver it to the residence not the office. Worst experience ever.

I have send infocus m260 mobile and its charger with one intex power bank to assam from pune by professional courier service on 4th november 2016. And it was delivered on 10th november. But when i opened my courier box, i am shocked, because the box is empty and there is no item in the box, and the sealed is also broken. And they send a empty box.

We had booked courier on 7-Nov-2016 with the docket number MAA53257272 from Chennai to Bangalore but even after 3 days we are not able to track it in the Professional Courier website and when called to their Customer care I have been informed that there is no docket number available in their system.

We request the courier company either to deliver the courier or return it back to the sender at Chennai.

I had sent my insurance details from Coimbatore to Cochin. When package reached in the Hub (Thripunithura), Courier guy called me and asked to come and collect it from the HUB. They told me that, they won't do a Door to Door delivery. They returned the package back to Coimbatore without notifying me. I had escalated their triviality to their senior managers, None of them care about what exactly happened. Due to their irresponsibility, I was failed to submit the document to my lawyer on time. If you are not able to deliver the packet to Doorstep, then why need to pay money for this. They were very rude to me when I asked him to deliver the packet to my home. HUB is just 8 Km away from their office.

I have couriered from bangalore to tamilnadu on 26th Oct 2016. The courier return back to me on 09th Nov 2016. I have asked for reason. They are not telling reason. Courier person gave his senior officer number. He listened my complaint but not picking my call from then onwards.
