I had couriered a document (dd) on 31 st August, 2016 from Kariapatti, Madurai professional couriers to Bengaluru. the same is untraceable. all the customer care nos are continously busy, no proper response fromantic their office, unable to register complaint on their website, says server down all the time. kindly resolve the same at the earliest....

Every time I receive a parcel through professional courier my pieces are missing.

First I received a parcel from Ahmedadbad.I had ordered 6 pcs but I received only 5. AWB no.AMD8963655.

This time I ordered 10 sets of Patiala salwars but I received only 7 sets. 3 sets were missing.A WB no.BLR32204852.

Both the times it is happened through professional courier only. Vajrahalli branch....

The Courier booked from Pune-Deccan Gymkhana for Sant Tukaram Nagar, Pimpri, Pune-411018-on 03.10.2016, Docket No. PNU[protected], despite daily enquiries, at your Sant Tukaram Nagar, Pune-18 office was still not traceable, till today, 14th October, 2016, afternoon.
We have visited your STNagar Delivery Office at least 4-5 times during the last one week, without any response from the delivery office. The address was correct, with contact...

Dont go for this courier even if they are giving service for free. Delivery is delayed by 15 days & their service area is limited. Speed post delivers much quicker and to farther places. They collect docs to non service areas also

Check these tracking nos on their website. they collected these docs although there is no service to that area. When asked they are rude in their behaviour.

Its been 10 days but still i didn't receive the courier which was initially requested on 29th september (from tenali, andhra pradesh - should reach bangalore, karnataka).

Actually one parcel came to me from sathyamangalam on 4/10/2016 tuesday on second delivery to hosur branch. But your employee did not inform me.
That is very important parcel. i went to asked about that parcel to your employee in hosur branch. She was shouting me and handover that parcel.

I had sent a courier packet (medicine) from Mumbai(Churchgate) on 26.9.2016 to Greater Noida. The consignment No. of professional courier is PRO4223081. I trusted the company and handed over all my things to them for professional packing. After receiving the luggage, my clothes are missing. The company has cheated and spoiled the trust which the customer has. I am ready to raise this complaint to the higher tables unless and until i get back my things in proper and good condition. The remaining things of mine which i received were also damaged and the company has to bear me for this unexpected...

Its Just to bring in notice that i have sent an courier dated on 14th Sep 2016 .Its been more than 15 days still the courier has not been delivered, tried calling to customer care in Bangalore but all the lines are busy from two days please find the reference number -BLR[protected]. Kindly look into it on priority wise before it gets escalate it to next level .

On 15th september 2016, postal has sent from rajapalayam to nagaram. hub is puliyangudi. the distance between these two areas are around 50 km. hopefully it will take 1 - 2 days time to delivery. till date not even get a call from puliyangudi office and postal also not delivered. when i checking rajapalayam office postal status mentioned as "door locked", i am sure because of man power sortage they did like that. this is a village not a city,...

One of the giant parcel firm of India with such a horrible customer care and no communication channel at all. We have sent a courier to M.P. which was 2 weeks back and didn't reach yet. issues we faced yet:
1- Tracking is showing that parcel is in 'Jabalpur' from more than a week and suppose to reach 'Rewa' which no more far than 4 hour drive.

On 4th September Lt. Colonel Sandhya V Nair made a shipment from Delhi to Alleppey Kerala for Onam. Till this time we are getting false commitments on delivery of shipment. I sent a parcel via this Professional courier service on 03 Sep with AWB # BLR75809881. Parcel is still not delivered to the consignee. It was sent from Bangalore ( HSR Layout) to Dindigul. I called the customer care / Courier office several times to inquire about the status. So far no positive response from them. In Courier office they are saying, Manager is out of station so I need wait till Monday. I am really not able...

The most unprofessional couriers.

None of their customer care numbers work.
their employees have not ethics. they have no respect for their job as well as very irresponsible. they showcase no accountability. they also have no way to track a package. i wont be surprised to know that they sell these pacakges and not deliver them

they should be banned in India for betraying others....
