It was booked on 6th Jan 2017' 12:00pm from Chennai to Hyderabad. The cover reached to nearest The Professional Couriers Counter (Hyderabad-Madhapur) on 7th Jan 2017' 12:29pm which is hardly 300 meters from my residence.

These HYDERABAD-MADHAPUR BLOCKHEAD employees kept the cover for 4 days and dispatched it back to the origin on 11th Jan 2017 21:44pm.

The next day on 12th Jan 2017 after enquiring over phone they didn't responded properly and when i visited their counter they simply said that the cover was returned to the origin with a LAME REASON as my phone was switched off. (REALLY!!!) My home is hardly 300 meters from their counter HOW DIFFICULT IT IS TO COME TO MY RESIDENCE FOR DELIVERY??? Delivery person excuse was your MOBILE was switched off.

I scolded them and asked them to give it back to me then they said, it will take 4 more days to get that back to my place as on 16th Jan 2017 due to holidays. WHAT TH HELL!!! THOSE WERE HIGHLY IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS

THESE MORONS KEPT THE DOCUMENT FOR 4 DAYS AND RETURNED IT BACK TO ORIGIN.

I URGE EVERYONE NOT TO CHOOSE THIS SO CALLED "THE PROFESSIONAL COURIER" SERVICE PROVIDER.

I ve couriered few from bangalore to mumbai. Consignment number is BLR38104914. Few stuffs got broken and one was missing. Also the behaviour of courier delivery guy at mumbai was so rude and collected extra money for delivering it. Really I didnt think the professional courier will behave this much unprofessionally. Manier time I have called customer care for registering compliant also. Nobody picked up also in the office I have couriered also I went and checked. They also told we can not do anything for this and they said its very common with professional courier. You guys are not shipping for free of cost. Even after getting the money from us and wanted to steal the items inside. Really very worst behaviour of you guys.

The subject courier POD is still not received.

It is booked on 5th Jan 2017 from chennai to Hosur. The cover reached Hosur on 6th Second half to your place and till now (7th, 7 pm) the courier not reacged

I spoke to your office in Hosur, they said the delivsry person is on the way from 7th morning, i need the cover, as i need to submit on Monday 9th to my office.

8th suppose to be Sunday and no deliveru from your end.

Highly irresponsible and paethetic service

I have booked the courier from sriperumpudur to thiruppuvamam pudur on 4/jan/17 with number SPB1450042. Still i didn't receive courier to contact Madurai & sivagangai Branches but they are not lifting the call. Even I registered complaint professional courier website no one is contacted me after that. Today i received mail that item has been delivered yesterday. But I didn't receive. If track the courier (SPB1450042) its showing that item in madurai & JP sivagangai branches. No one is responding.

I have received a courier from my friend from Chennai today. When I open the box, I see that 3 Items are missing out of 4 items.

It is very upsetting and never expected from you guys.

Please explain why this happened and refund the content value as soon as possible.

The wrong address *intentionally.*

Already there is a problem between us and the delivery boy, who compelled

(Mr. Rajendran). But he is not taking any action against this.

Booked a parcel in pro premium paying almost thrice the amount one is supposed to pay for the normal booking (160) coz i was told it will be delivered in one day from chennai to anantapur. it was an emergency so i did pay the charges and booked premium. now the parcel has not even been despatched from chennai and the staff is giving such irresponsible answers.

I dispatched a courier from Gudivada (GDV65244) on 26th December 2016 and it was delivered to lucknow on 3rd Jan 2017. All the items were intact expect chocolate box which was completely torn and all imported chocolates from Switzerland were not present. It was worth 2500 INR that were missing. Not even one office is ready to take the complaints and just strolling to call this call that number. Poor service.

Materil dispatched on 27/12/2016 from Pune Karvenagar branch but till today it is not reached at Raipur. Asked to your representative but not get answer properly. Also your customer care no given by your representative, that person not piching up phone but some time it is engaged, that means that person using this Phone for his personal use & not for customer. If this type of risponce we are geting from your company/frenchise then shall we belive on you? Due to delay from you our person as well as work is held up. Who will be risponsible for this? Do you give us compensation for this? what about your tracking updates? it is updated till 31/12/2016 now tday is 3/1/2017. Docket No. for your reference is PNQ[protected] . Professional courier.. Delivery boys always complain saying the have to register at security gate ..And most of the times they don't deliver .To apartment.always give some reasons and even they have fought with security head at my apartment..Saying they don't want to enter any name in guest register book.

I have lost many couriers because of this.

Requesting you to look into this issue.

They delivery boys are very rude too.

Hope this will be sliced..And they deliver couriers properly.

We courier parcel from madurai to bangalore on 21.12.16, parcel sent to white field courier office but they didnot deliver my parcel . we track the parcel it shows "please contact courier office" . With out intimation they left that parcel in white field office. we tried to call them they wont pick up. Even though office located near to delivery address(DSR sun rise tower, channashandra main road) they are not ready to service.

This is to inform you that we have handover 2 parcels to professional courier guy, but only 1 got delivered to the particular address, here am attaching the doc no.[protected]. Contenets in the parcel: biometric device Iphase 302please follow-up the above and resolve it. Handover 2 parcels to Manager Mr.Mohan (bhanshnakari 2nd stage bangalore), his contact details:[protected].Now he is not responding properly, not picking the calls, no response from him.

Dear sir, consignment no nlr765529 of professional courier missing. An important product booked on urgent basis on 11/12/2016 by professional courier from nellore (A. P) to puri (Odisha). 10 days passed but not yet delivered and no transition status of the product.
This seems product missing or theft by the courier company. Every time this courier used to such type of nonsense activities.

It's humble request to take proper action against the company aswell as ban the company and deliver the product at the earliest.

Dear sir, Consignment no NLR765529 of Professional courier missing. Product booked on 11/12/2016. 10 days passed but not yet delivered and no transition status of the product.
This seems product missing or theft by the courier company.Every time this courier used to such type of activities.

I am writing today to complain of the poor service still not yet rectified.

8-dec-16 from vellore despatched to bangalore

After a long wait when i called the sultanpet branch they confirmed “yes” they have received the courier. When i asked the why the courier was not delivered. The answer sounds very silly “the courier boy is on vacation” hence delay. The delay caused my business a lot.

I trust this is not the way professional wishes to conduct business with valued customers — i have been with you since the company was founded in india and have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you.

I had booked a package from new delhi to tanuku, andhra pradesh on 5th dec 2016, it's been a week (13th dec) today it hasn't been delivered yet. As per the tracking details, it has been received at the destination city but still not been delivered to the concerned person (Consignee). Its a business package that carries a money value. I'm stuck & helpless, seems it's a loss to be borne by me & loss of faith in my customer's eye. The parcel from Tanjore to chennai which has to be delivered on 9.12.16 within one business day is not delivered till 10.12.16..when asked the customer care turned up with a very rude response.. professional couriers has got a worst service and staffing...i want the customer service man who spoke to me to apologise with me..the number to which I spoke was[protected]..if not I will have no second thoughts to file a case against the courier service under consumer law

Our important document which has been sent from Trichy with your docet no, TRZ[protected] while inquiring your Kasaragod office the informed us that it has been delivered to your Kaikamba, Uppala branch on 29.11.2016 ad we personally went to your kaikamba branch for inquiring about the courier at the time they told us the courier has not yet reached today also we went personally then also they told us the same thing. When we called the sender of the courier and got the docet number that time they told us that the courier has reached your Kasaragod office on 29.11.2016 and when i called Kasaragod office they told me that it is laying at Kaikamba, uppala office and this fellows dint even inform us about the courier. Hence in this regard you are layable for the compensation for the delay though it was a important document on our behalf.

Hope you will takeup this matter most serious and do us the needfull.

I made an order on 1st june 2016 on this http://www.Brittindia.Com . after made my order i have called them so many times to enquiry my order status but they just ignore my call by saying "we will call u back".Now their representative saying product already gone to professional courier but i have not received my order yet. They just gave me a docket number and told me to track at your side. now the courier service has lotof tollfree numbers and every number owner giving another number to track. now i am just running one door to another door for my product.
So please help...
