I have shipped a courier on dated 25.06.2016 from delhi to Ghaziabad. But till now (in 16 days) it is not delivered. It is an urgent electronics item related to metro train maintenance and it is required to deliver urgently. I have called many times at your customer care number but satisfactory answer is not given by your executive. So kindly look into the matter and let me know what is the status of my shipment.

    Sir,
    The consignment no bu1oo9633 dated[protected] containing four sarees were dispatched through professional courier service from doddaballapur to dharwad. The consignment weighed 2.250kg. On opening the consignment, two sarees (Yellow and sea green coloured ones) were missing out of four sarees and the weight was1.51kgs. On enquiring at doddaballapur office. They said they would trace but in vain. Repeated requests were made through emails addressed to [protected]@tpcblr.In (Head office of the professional couriers) to kindly trace the missing items to retain credibility of their services whom we have been trusting since ages. None of them, neither the doddaballapur branch (Naveen: phone no [protected]) nor the ro office staff (Machayya phone no :[protected] are co operating please help me out. From 4th july iam communicating with them, they go on passing the buck but no solution. Kindly give justice.

      This has reference to my complaint to you regarding refund of cancellation. IRCTC has given a vogue reply for replys shake. As per their instruction I contacted railway counters who denied how can we pay?? you will contact customer care who can refund by electronic transfer.

      I don't know how to solve this problem.. Customer care never attends the phone and I sent several reminders daily, but no response. Pl hel p me.

      I send a cell phone through Professional Couriers from Bodinayakanur to Talikot, Muddebihal. I was simply given a receipt. But the tracking ID was not given. I need the tracking id of my parcel. From address is pandiyaraj assistant professor Bodinayakanur.

          I have been couriered my icici lombard two wheeler policy by icici on 21st june 2016. however, i have not yet received it. the consignment id is vpl[protected]. tracking with this id on profession courier's website http://www.tpcindia.com/ always display status as "dispatched to pune city". upon contacting their vile parle mumbai office ([protected]), they reject the responsibility saying that they have dispatched the courier and i have to contact pune office. after contacting pune office ([protected]) they are saying that it has not yet received to them and i should contact mumbai office again. i dropped a complaint to their customer care, after few email communications with them, they have also stopped replying now. the courier is important to me as it contains original papers of insurance. whatever may be the importance level of my courier, but if courier is sent then it is the sole responsibility of a courier company to handover it within stipulated time period.

          Please help me resolve this matter.

            I send courier through professional courier on 4th july 2016 to bangalore. Normally it should reach by any courier or postage on next day, but till 7th july the packet is not received at the destination. I booked it from tirupur, booking nomber trp 6613974, when i contacted them several times, they said they will be delivering it by 7th evening itself. Around 7.30pm again contacted them they said it is a holiday in bangalore, imagine from afternoon trying to find out a courier and by late evening some one say it is a holiday!!. At last they agree to take my complaint and not so sure about whether it will be delivered tomorrow also. This is the second time it is happening with professional courier. Once an important medical prescription send from ettumanoor in kerala to tirupur took 7 days!!! I contacted till bombay office of professional courier to find it. What a professionalism they keep.

            I also tried to raise a complaint through their web site on both times, but it is really cheating people, once you enter your complaint it never moves to next level at all. Try it.

            If any one wants to send important documents please do not use professional courier, look something like blue dart etc when you send courier next time at least some will answer your call.

              Let me know why there is a delayed.

              Also after several follow up with kurla office they failed to provide me the reason for delayed.

                    Bad experience with professional courrier, domestic @ international, courier & cargo, bangalore.
                    I have booked a courier from bangalore-560043 to bankapur-581202 with professional courier booking office at kammanahalli, bangalore under docket no. Blr[protected] on 20/06/2016 and i paid rs. 45/-. On tracking on 22/06/2016 i found that the courier reached shiggon, haveri district, karnataka. There started the problem. The courier is kept in shiggon till today. It has not been delivered to the destination bankapur till today on 28/06/2016 at 1800 hrs.
                    In between i tried to contact the local office at bangalore several times on 25/06/2016, no body lifted the telephone ([protected]), but on 27/06/2016, i could contact them, they told that it has been sent to shiggon and they cannot take further action. I also lodged complaint in professional courier web site. Here also there is no response from them. Finally i took mobile number of shiggon professional office on 27/6/2016 ([protected]) from bangalore, professional courier office and contacted the concerned person, mr. Siddu busetti and requested him to deliver the courier urgently to bankapur as it contains marriage matters. But the person also not taken care to deliver the courier. Till today on 28/06/2016 it has not been delivered.
                    Earlier also i booked a courier to the same address, bankapur-581202 (Karnataka) from bangalore-560043 (Karnataka) under docked no. Blr[protected] on 07/03/2016. Here also the courier not reached in time. Bangalore office had sent the courier to gokarna (Karnataka) instead of savanur (Karnataka) and from gokarna it was sent to savanur after two days. The courier reached bankapur on 12/03/2016. That time also i made several complaints to professional courier head office.
                    Who is responsible for this my precious time has been lost by booking my courier with m/s professional courier, domestic & international, courier & cargo, bangalore. Even i paid rs. 45/- to book the courier. To whom i have to complain. Who will compensate for my loss.

                      I sent a packet via professional couriers in kottayam kajikuzhy to trivandrum on 24th august 2015.[protected]. It has't reached its destination even after 8 months, nor have they compensated for it. They are irresponsible. I wouldn't use their service any more, nor would i recommend it to anyone.
                      I contacted the agency several times, but they sent me away with some lame excuses. This is nothing but irresposibility!

                        Sir/madam,
                        This is for your kind information that the service given from your side was very much neglected way. On 18th june 2016 our courier (Pro3928259) was delivered by your mission road branch and today ie 25th june 2016 we didn't receive yet. Since its an urgent courier from the govt of tripura on regarding the students educational matter from june 18th we are contacting them daily and everyday they told us that they will deliver. Finally when we contacted on [protected] the person who is attended the call behaves very neglected way and didn't have manners to intimate the customer back i ever seen such a worst service and the staffs. Kindly close your worst courier service and no hope for any action will be taken from the higher official coz if the higher officials are in a genuine way means the service will be in a fair way.

                          Professional courier manapparai is not calling their customer and dispatching the courier properly this is not the first time ...they are not calling any customer and also not intimating them...thy are sending the courier back to the sender without calling us...i think professional courier is not having enough money to pay phone bill...pls provide them sum fund...don't play on our impotent documents

                            1. We send vellore courier but track signal reach in thirupur.

                            2. And send coimbatore courier but track signal reach in vellore.
                            Not reach in correct and current time so customer complaint for me (Quality incharge)

                              Package delivered at doddakalasandra branch on 7/06/2016.
                              Today is already 14/06/2016. But the package is not yet delivered to my address.
                              I have been calling the branch since a week. They have taken my phone number and have promised that they would call back. But this has not happened. Since today branch people have been avoiding my calls.
                              This is not the first time they are such incompetency in delivering a package

                                I have done a courier from bangalore to hyderabad on friday (3rd june, 16). It was a dealer who receives courier. The guy said the courier will be max delivered on monday. It was very important document and hence i decided to follow up on it couple of times. The local guy on sunday said it will be delivered on monday. I thought let me follow up on their website where i found no traces. The shop is closed now since 2-3 days (Its tuesday). When i called mr. Prakash who is head of this area, he is saying those guys are having internal issues and not giving us courier. I have damm official receipt of their and he is saying me you go and get the courier back from them. I am now stuck from both the end and not able to get my parcel back. It must be the responsibility of tpc to make sure the courier is picked and delivereed and they left it on me. Its very important document and not understanding what to do now.

                                  I have tried calling them so many times. Pathetic service, all the contact numbers given on Internet are either switched off or not in service.

                                  People, please Do NOT use the Professional courier - they are most unprofessional service providers.

                                    I have booked a shipment on 16th may (Vja0849695), but the product is completely damaged in the transit. This was my second shipment of the same product to the same destination and both the products damaged. First one (Vja0848741) the consignee accepted the shipment and later realized that the product is damaged, second one he didnot even took the delivery of the product as it was damaged again. Even i didn't accept the delivery of the damaged return product as it is of no use for me. The same product i have sent by transport the next day and it got delivered in proper condition. If such is the case then what the point in spending so much for courier and waste money.

                                    Now even after repeated reminders they are not even replying. Please help me in getting my money back.

                                      I got a courier from chennai (Maa[protected], which was posted on 31st may. Today it is 8th june. The statis is still in transite.. Since 1st of june it is stilling in mahadevapur center. I have rasied a complian (87199) stil no response. The courier contains some medicines which are urgent.. This is the worst possible courier service i have ever encounters.. Pls help to get my mediceines.

                                        On 24th may i sent a courier to indore from bangalore which was a return shipment to ebay;the tracking code - pro3879501. On 28th it was confiscated by government (In airport or in a raid, not sure). They asked professional courier to pay a penalty of about 9000rs to release the courier. The courier company in turn asked me to pay the extra 9000rs. The courier was confiscated because a form (4a or somthing.. I wasnt given more info) was not present with my courier. I contacted the manager of their bangalore branch, she admitted it was branch fault. But they are not paying the fine, i have to. They even admitted it as their fault but is not delivering the order by payin the penalty themself. Please advice what i shoud do.
