I couriered one package on 26th march 2016 through the professional couriers service. When i gave the package to courier agent, it consisted of 3 items (1 pair of shoes & 2 dresses), but only 1 item was delivered to recipient, 2 items (2 dresses) are missing from package. I contacted the professional couriers service on customer care number, they asked me to send an email regarding the issue. I sent the email to the email id provided by them, but even after repeated reminders, i have got no response from them. Please offer me solution as i am not getting any response from them.
