I got a courier from chennai (Maa[protected], which was posted on 31st may. Today it is 8th june. The statis is still in transite.. Since 1st of june it is stilling in mahadevapur center. I have rasied a complian (87199) stil no response. The courier contains some medicines which are urgent.. This is the worst possible courier service i have ever encounters.. Pls help to get my mediceines.

On 24th may i sent a courier to indore from bangalore which was a return shipment to ebay;the tracking code - pro3879501. On 28th it was confiscated by government (In airport or in a raid, not sure). They asked professional courier to pay a penalty of about 9000rs to release the courier. The courier company in turn asked me to pay the extra 9000rs. The courier was confiscated because a form (4a or somthing.. I wasnt given more info) was not present with my courier. I contacted the manager of their bangalore branch, she admitted it was branch fault. But they are not paying the fine, i have to. They even admitted it as their fault but is not delivering the order by payin the penalty themself. Please advice what i shoud do.

The couriers sent to ford india pvt ltd, marai malai nagar by professional courier / new no : 19 & 2, mooker nalla? Muthu street, parrys, chenani -600001. Was delivered in damage condition

Also we are receiving complaints from other customers that the couriers were not delivered in time at the destination

My uncle mr. Rajani kanth posted medicines worth of 1500 to me via professional courier services.
I haven't received the courier. But the status is showing medicines are delivered to me on 25th may 2016.
I called professional customer care center, they are not responding properly. Mistreating the customers. They just ignoring my calls. I nearly called 7 times. They not even responding to my complaint.

I need to know the status of the courier.

My family has sent a courier from Tamilnadu to bangalore on 11th may 2016, The consignment was delivered to a wrong address by the courier boy, Though i have provided my company address, he has delivered to some other company.First place it was courier guys mistake who does not even know where he is delivering which courier. instead of Yodlee infotech in prestige tech park, Marathalli, He delivered it to Praxair in Prestige tech park.And these courier company people have no track of where the courier is delivered to and they are showing a half clear seal of Praxair company in the receipt. I then had to go to Praxair to check if they have my courier and they are saying it is not with them and they returned it to courier guy, I'm not sure where is my courier now and when i call the courier company they are playing the fool saying we are checking, Its been more than 12 days now and my courier is missing.Kindly help, I'm even ready to file a complaint a consumer court if my documents and Wallet which was couriered goes missing.The status of courier is delivered where as they have not even come to my company Yodlee infotech to deliver it.

I have requested them many times to connect me to the manager and they adruptly disconnect my call.Any help on this would be highly appreciated.

after few days I have tracked the courier and got yo know the parcel is not delivered in destination. It returned to hyd.
When I call to hyd professional courier office they are not given any reason why its not delivered to the destinated place.

Please provide the status of mol531783 dispatched from mudhol to virajpet.
Status show up as dispatched to virajpet but here at virajpet office they claim that they did not receive. So where is my parcel? When usually it takes 1 day does ur service take 4-5 days to dispatch from banglore to virajpet?

Professional couriers are not delivering the documents at the address mentioned on the envelope. This is happened several times with me. Whenever there is a documents coming in my names (in this case, sent by ICICI Bank) they just calling from their office, which is more than 6 KM away from house, & asked me to come & collect the documents from their office as they don't have service. If they dont have the service then why they accept the packet from the customers? Why should I travel from my house, which is 12 KM up & down? Professional Couriers are not doing the services in a professional way.

Earlier several times the documents are sending through professional couirers by ICICI banks are not delivered to me &Y they just send all these documents back to ICICI Bank.

Today morning (13th May 2016) I recd a call from Professional Courier's Service Office, Kizhakkambalam and asked me to come & collect a documents which is recd from ICICI Bank. I requested them to deliver the same as per the address mentioned on the envelope, the person told me that they will not deliver at my home & they will send back the documents to ICICI Bank if I not collect the same from their office. I had sent some urgent, extremely important and highly confidential stuff from Bangalore to Noida through professional courier via consignment no.Consignment No. BLR[protected] on 7th May, 2016 and i was told that the same will be delivered by 9th May, 2016 to Noida on the given address to the recipient. Considering the urgency and importance of the stuff i had chosen and trusted professional courier. Than I was egarly checking on the delivery status of my courier as it was extremely important. Then to my surprise i found out on 10th May, 2016 that the status of the courier shows as delivered at noida and acknowledged with signature. I was surprised and to confirm this i called the recipient ( whose more than 1 contact no. was very clearly mentioned on the courier along with very clear address) and was told that she has no clue about this delivery. Still on insisting she checked again with the security and other related people despite of being sure that the courier has not reached. I was a great panic for me as a sender and to the receiver as well. Then i tried reaching the customer care etc but any where in the whole India almost either the customer care was not picking or was busy and so there was no mechanism to even communicate after the customer is being put in the critical situation like this. Then i was extremely fortunate( and must say thankful to God) that by chance my call got throughj to Noida office at a mobile no. (+91 [protected]) provided on the website for noida professional courier and the person told his or the delivery boy's name as Santosh ( who took the consignemnt no. and told that yes this courier had come and of tis weight for noida etc). This person behaved extremely unprofessional towards the customer and was giving extremely lame stories, extremly intolrable and irritating ones saying that they simply give the courier and wash off their hands ( no matter to whomsover it is delivered to), he had no courtesy to talk properly even and thats to when a customer is being harassed to the intolerant level. He alled his delivery guy who told that courier is delivered by him at 3rd floor of the building while the building has only ground and 1st floor. And the way this Noida person treated the customer and thats too when they are at mistake and customer is at huge severity and gravity if the courier doesnt get delivered on time was not acceptable at all. This guy asked that he will call back but then forget that he stopped picking my call even.
This is too very much to tolerate by a customer and especially when if something is on stake due to that courier. These rediculous fellows will take any courier it seems then they will give it to any place( not even the address mentioned) nad take signature of any person without his phone no. and name or they keep it with themselves and make a random signature of acknowledgement. Well in the eyes of law it is misappropriation, undue advantage, confidentiality breach, misuse and theft by the person who acted on behalf of professional courier or representative of professional courier.
Therefore, kindly retrieve my courier and get it delivered to the right recipient and please contact me on +91 [protected] . Kindly treat this matter as extremely urgent considering the severity otherwise soon people will start loosing there trust on professional courier.

Sir, my name is lekha. L, kollam (Mob-[protected]) had given a courier addressed to the secretary, the paravoor regional co-op bank, paravoor, kollam, kerala from your branch office at kadappakkada, kollam (Phone[protected] on[protected] vide docket no-klm1048780. The courier contains an important document in connection with the said bank. Unfortunately the courier is not delivered to the concerned addressee till this time. The distance of the two places are only 20 kilometers maximum. It is a very irresponsible thing from your concerned staff. I need a proper explanation and the reason for the non delivery of the courier in right time. Other wise i will forced to take legal actions against your company.

Sir this is to bring to notice of all wishing to transport goods .
My son going abroad had transported his household goods Anurag (Citi bank) from Bombay to Bangalore.
To our horror we found
* Most of Crockery and glass ware, decoration pieces broken.
* Compact computer 17 inch screen beyond repairs.
* Refrigerator damaged.
* Costly Clothes packed as bundles are now with wrinkles beyond put on regular shape.
* New cupboard costing 40K damaged beyond repairs.

To make matters worst the local office in Bangalore did not accept my calls for over one month.
After calling them and there head office again and again daily, they sent their one member for survey. They there after did nothing and never responded positively to my calls. After three months they say that they can do nothing now that three months have lapsed.

My friend has sent one courier to me from kumli. he couriered on 17 April 2016 and it is not delivered to me. after calling them multiple time they are not able to locate the package and they are giving me various contact nos. to track the package. As it was almost 21 days so i want to launch a compliant against them to deliver the package or provide me the package cost which is 2200 Rs.

I suppose to receive the PIN of the credit card, which I haven't got after 2 attempts. I had tried to contact their customer care no: which is always "Not in use", even mailed their customer care mail id's (I had 8 mails, out of which I got the reply for 2, that too was some random answers and then they stopped replying. Really pathetic service. Now I had requested my bank not to send the PIN by the courier, at least for me. Let's wait till.

I was suppose to get courier from bangalore to pune. I have consignee number when i track it says it is in hinjewadi were i stay but its almost 3 days till now it has not delivered.
I checked to contact to customer care it says as invalid (I tried, my friend tried but no use(Manager:ranjith pillai, phone :[protected], mobile : [protected]/[protected])
So we found a link on site to "raise a complaint" after filling there also end of that it says error since 2 days i am trying same result.
What kind of customer support they provide.Cant even dial a proper number nor i cant even raise a complaint for checking on my consignent delivery so irritating and so stupid support.

This is to inform you that i am badly affected by your service. The details go like this: consignment no- vsp 5120968, dated 22/04/2016.
I sent an envelope to payakraopeta, andhrapradesh. It's only 100 kms from visakhapatnam. At your front office they assured me about it's delivery within next day, i.E on 23/04/2016. But upon tracking it on 25/04/2016 it shows it is transit to vijayawada.
How can it be? Response from you is very rude and irresponsible. It was very very urgent for to be reached within 25/04/2016.
But it is still in se other location, very far from destination point.
I am not going to leave you. Prepare to face it legally.

I have never seen the parcel service is so worst like professional couriers. We have booked one parcel 1 week back in villapuram, madurai to bangalore. But no one has contacted me even we have given clear address and contact number. If we try to contact them or trace the booking they will not help you out to deliver the parcel. Simply Waste of time and money. Never ever prefer professional courier.
