The Professional Couriers Complaints & Reviews

Sent package on[protected] through The Professional Couriers(TPC), Sultanpet branch. Parcel never did reach the customer even after 2 weeks. On enquiry([protected]) they said the service is not viable & that my money & parcel will be returned. They have previously delivered packages on that address though. After repeatedly calling him, he kept saying he will check the status & call back. No calls at all. So I decided to email them. After 1 reply there has been no action at all. the call centre took a complaint but no action was taken. Again mailed, called them, absolutely no response. Besides mental anxiety this has hurt my brand name with my customers. It is not a question of Rs. 30/- but of commitments, professionalism & ethics, which clearly this company lacks.

My relative posted me the courier on 22 march 2016.
It is delivered but i not received my courier .
Some other third person taken my courier.
this is too bad...professional courier service is bad.
How they can issue my courier to some other person.
NOTE:
Whatever address in my courier is right address.
professional courier service is not delivering to the right person.
They are misusing the couriers.

HI my friend has sent me the package from new delhi on 23/03/2016 and today its 29/03/2016 and i have no clue about my consignment if i call the professional courier office guys some girls picks up the call and gives random reason saying package is heavy so it will take time when the package is only below 3KG and cuts the call without any proper response, my package number is DEL[protected] my contact number is [protected]

i have gone for the service of the courier and the consignment has been not delivered to the concern party from 17/03/2016-26/03/2016 and after taking the inquiry about the consignment the courier service is not giving us the proper info and also giving bad words to the customer after calling to the customer care of the company they are also not answering the call and now telling do what you want to do.In this case i need a dreadful help from the government to give my rights.

I bought a package from Amazon with shipping charge. The local Professional courier office person at Angamaly (above Triveni Super Market) arrogantly said that that they cannot ship any package to individuals (houses) and can only give it to shops. My house is within 0.75 km from that office and 0.5 km away from center of town.
This is not the first incident, I had the similar experiences in the past as well. In the last 7 years of experience with this Courier team only twice I got my package delivered to my home. The website offers door delivery and that is the main reason why we buy things online. This office is not even agreeing that they are supposed to do home delivery. People will have to take leaves or excuses from offices to get items which they bout online. This is unacceptable.

I have not received by consignment till date which is sent on 09th Mar 2016 from Basvakalyan (BSK) to Pune (PNQ), please find below details for the same.

I am following with the authorities from various location from last 15 days, still I have not received any proper information about said consignment status… request you to please look into the same and help me receive my consignment. As the same is very important document (Government).

· Called to Mumbai Regional office – (022 –[protected] – told that said Consignment has been dispatched on 10th Mar 2016 to respective Branch & given Pune office number[protected]/608/610) not at all working.
· Called to Karvenagar Pune office - [protected],[protected], got number for Warje Pune office Mr. Shelly – [protected].
Mr. Shelly told come & collect your document as we don’t have delivery boy, but when I went to office he told me that he has not received any Consignment & he committed that he will call me next day, but till date I have not received any call from him.
2) 17th Mar 2016 :
· Called to Mr. Shelly (Warje Pune) – he told me that we have not received any Consignment.
· Called to Mumbai Corporate office – Not Answering at all
· Called to Pune office – Not Answering at all

3) 18th Mar 2016:
· Again called to Mr Shelly (Warje Pune) – he told that he has not received any Consignment.
· Then I called again to Mumbai corporate office - (022 –[protected] _ Not given any information about Consignment & gave Pune office Customer Care No. Ms. Sunanda ([protected]) & Mr. Bijus ([protected]), when I called Ms. Sunanda’s (Very rude with customer) number she did not give any information about said Consignment number even she dint give my call to Mr. Biju. And given Pune Pimpri Branch No. ([protected] – no response, 020 –[protected] – they told that the Consignment is in transit & not having further information about said Consignment and given one more contact number of Mr. Ajish _ Operation Manager – [protected], 66048851 – He also told that said Consignment is in transit, from Mumbai Kurla to Pune office & he was not having further information about Consignment.
· Try to find more numbers & get number of Mr. Ahamed Meeran off. number (Chittoor) – [protected] – someone told that send Address & Consignment number I will check & arrange Consignment delivery, after some time he has given me again new contact number of Mr. Varghese Head – Pune – [protected] _ I have forwarded details to given number as discussed on earlier person. Mr. Varghese told that he will check revert.
4) 19th Mar 2016:
· Called to Mr. Varghese – he told that said Consignment in transit & we don’t know further information for the same.
· Again I called to Chitoor office ([protected]) & he gave new contact number for further follow up – Mr. Ismail (Sr. Manager) MD office – [protected] – gave all details (Consignment details, name & about mentioned details) still not got any information.

All mentioned Managers, Customer care executives, various dept. Heads are very rude to the customer & not able to provide any information regarding the same.

Sir, I am very disappointed with your commitment & your services as your company name “THE PROFESSIONAL courier services”.

It’s a time to check your web portal (in About us tab) statement : “At Professional the sophisticated Hub-and-spoke system with ware housing and storage facilities, modern communication network and large fleet of transportation vehicles backed by dedicated team of professionals truly proves that their claim “We care…. for your valuables” is the quintessence of their business philosophy.”

Even their Chairman - Thomas John & MD - S. Ahamed Meeran not bothered to revert on customer complaint.

I used professionl courier for sending few books to my brother for an exam to UAE and its been 20 days and yet there is no response from those guys when I called them up they are nt responding properly and I paid gud amount for the courier
now my money is gone books are gone and no one to respond about it

he promised 5days the books will be delivered

Now I want the refund of the complete amount I paid for the delivery and the books back
along with what ever compensation, not to me but take it from that company and give it to some needy
this company doesn't deserve to be in the market when they cannt take care of small products

Consignment tvm-4931390 was booked in professional couriers on 02/03/2016 & received today afternoon ( 05/03/2016).First we remove the stickers on top of professional courier & we shocked to see the packet.
Packet fully damaged. Found holes in the packet and the holes were covered by the sticker of professional couriers so that nobody can find the damage at first instance. Once we removed the sticker of professional courier we found 3 big holes in the packet and even the food items inside were opened and spilling out
Holes almost looking like made by rat.
We were using your service of professional courier for so many times & this is the first instance we shocked to see how careless your company is managing the customer packets.
The packet is still not opened. I am keeping this package for your ready reference so that anybody from your company will visit my house & understand the nature of the packet with their own eyes. Even i want to keep the packet for one year i will keep the same as it is till i get compensation for my total loss.
No body responded after several calls & my mails with photographs for the actual nature of the packet

i just palaced a couriers at the professional couriers in pro premium in which they had promised to delivery within 24 hours but they fail to delivey and no proper response about the delivery ... when we asked at courior point in proddatur about that they r behaving rashly and no proper respone ...pls help

Unprofessional And cheaters. Our courier sent hasn't reached the destination after regular follow up they are telling it’s got misplaced and they have least bother to respond its now 4months still am following it up and worst part is that I have visited Bangalore head office at Malleshwaram there I met one Mr. Manjunath ( [protected])and he has assure that within 1week he will get back to me with solution now its 2months till now am waiting for their response, today I have called and now he is telling that I should speak to local office where I have given my consignment for clearing the issue, I don’t want go there after my force he has given Bangalore GM number Mr. Machaiya ( [protected] ) called him more than 6times he has least bother to attend the call and even messaged for that also no revert.

EXPECTING POSITIVE REVERT,

My family from trivandrum had sent valuable gifts to me in Bangalore through professional courier services. The package was received on 2nd march 2016. My I'd number was Tvm 13628581.
Later on opening the packaging some items were found missing and several were tampered with. This is evident from the fact that Inspite of extensive packing with tape, only one single tape had to be removed to open the packet. Also this single tape alone was of a different colour.
We suffered extensive emotional and economic damages, of around 5000 rupees worth.
On trying to register our complaint the website was found to show error inspire of several attempts. Their 24*7 customer care number was also found to be not functioning. All this led me to no other choice other than to register a complaint here to seek justice.

WORST COURIER SERVICE, TAKING FULL AMOUNT FOR THE DISPATCH BUT AFTER TAKING MONEY REFUSING TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT.
Taken my parcel and said that home delivery will be done, but the courier didnt came to pune even after one week and later i received a call that delivery cant be done at the corresponding address.
And you have to come and pick the courier.
Even after calling them many times they didn't picked my call and even at the dispatch end delivery end.
At the dispatch end they told they are trying to contact them but they are not getting any response.
Courier came after 1 week after shipping.
Response was very rude when i went to take the delivery.

The address to which the packet was to be couriered was Vserve, 27/2, LIC Colony wali road, Jhilmil Industrial Area, Dilshad Garden, Delhi - 110 095. However, it has been over 3 weeks and the packet has neither been delivered to the designated address nor has been returned to me. Today is[protected] and i not received the item.The seller told me to contact nearest professional courier, but the parcel is not there till now.

Third class service by professional courier..1 of my parcel they kept with self for 6 days at Lonavla division and after that without intimating me by phone or message they returned it back to Mumbai. When i inquired about same Lonavla division executive told me that Sorry we wont deliver your parcel to your home, you have to take it from our office..what a BS is this..i am paying for home delivery and they are saying to take your parcel from office. And before sending it back they should atleast ask me to pick it up..what a nonsense service..please suggesting all to never order single parcel from such a arrogant service provider.

Pro3425283 courier not reached on said date instead of sending normal courier they ask me to send through pro but till not reached

I've booked a courier on 6/02/2016 from Sadsivpet to Singapore through Chennai-PIC. All went good when package was in India except late updation in the website. My package reached Singapore hub on12/02/2016 by 09:31 AM IST. It hasn't delivered to the person yet till now i.e, 16/02/2016, 2:35 PM IST. When i called the Singapore Centre, they saying all the stories they can. Really pissed off with this useless PROFESSIONAL COURIERS Service.

This is to inform you that. I have ordered a product (Order No[protected] through Shopclues. which was suppose to deliver on 23rd Jan. I received a call from professional courier number[protected] on 21st Jan and was informed to me that there are no delivery boys and the shipment will be delivered on 22nd and asked for the landmark. After that he said he will not do door delivery and he asked us to come and collect the product to nearest landmark. He was rude.As my mother is old and no one is available at home apart from her she cant come and collect the parcel. On 27th i got a message to my number saying that the product is delivered. Wherein i did not receive my product still. I don't think the person is delivered the product. . If really the product is delivered they should have the customer signed copy. So that that we can track if the courier guy is really delivered if yes then to which address and to whom.
