I've booked a courier on 6/02/2016 from Sadsivpet to Singapore through Chennai-PIC. All went good when package was in India except late updation in the website. My package reached Singapore hub on12/02/2016 by 09:31 AM IST. It hasn't delivered to the person yet till now i.e, 16/02/2016, 2:35 PM IST. When i called the Singapore Centre, they saying all the stories they can. Really pissed off with this useless PROFESSIONAL COURIERS Service.

This is to inform you that. I have ordered a product (Order No[protected] through Shopclues. which was suppose to deliver on 23rd Jan. I received a call from professional courier number[protected] on 21st Jan and was informed to me that there are no delivery boys and the shipment will be delivered on 22nd and asked for the landmark. After that he said he will not do door delivery and he asked us to come and collect the product to nearest landmark. He was rude.As my mother is old and no one is available at home apart from her she cant come and collect the parcel. On 27th i got a message to my number saying that the product is delivered. Wherein i did not receive my product still. I don't think the person is delivered the product. . If really the product is delivered they should have the customer signed copy. So that that we can track if the courier guy is really delivered if yes then to which address and to whom.

I was sent the medicines to Bangalore on[protected] from kurnool, Andhrapradesh.Still the consignment is not delivered or returned.
I sent number of mails to Bangalore office, head offices also.But I did not get
Any solution from them.

Today morning i received a call from [protected] number describing me that i had received a courier from chennai and enquired for my exact location as of now.But even after 2 hours i did n't rfeceived any courier then i calld to the same number for the delivery.But she/he i didn't recognise the voice exactly, she forcely disconnected my call by replying that the courier will get u by the evening. As we r working and the address is of my office i tried her to ask about the exact time the irresponsible behaviour made me to complaint the bad and worse customer satisfaction.
My sincere request to all the indians is better to utilize the services by poastal department so that we can question them.These private courier services and their branch persons response is in such a way that the receiver/sender is something got favour from them although they were being paid and surviving by these services only. They may not change but atleast as indians we can change and safegaurd our self respect atleast in our motherland.

My currier which I ordere from amazone stayed in centre for ten days and even after maximum date limit reached and I called again and again they not delivered it on time consignment no BLR[protected]

Booking office chengalpet 100 email to all the office in Chennai and Delhi, no response, but Delhi office told that item not received
i would like to contact ED of that company please proved valid solution to this

I sent one important packge to gaziabad via professional courier on 5th jan, which is supposed to be delivered by 8th jan, but package is not yet delivered and from there office i am getting unpleasant reply, they dont care about my package, below is here

I have send an courier(passport) on 2.1.2016 from vedraniyam to coachin and my bill no is VDM7303630.But my receiver never got my courier and so i enquired coachin professional courier office, after couple of days they are simply saying that, courier boy missed the package.and after that they are not taking any kind steps to provide my package back or any kind of response.

Its been 8 days and they have not delivered the packet as yet Also it was to be delivered to their office in Sawantwadi from where we were suppose to collect it They do not have any record of the inward and outward of the courier None of their numbers updated or shared are easily reachable and nobody knows how to guide a customer in such cases. Customer is made to run from pillar to post . Have made numerous calls visited their Kudal, Sawantawadi and Kurla office but still their office has no clue about a simple courier Not sure how a courier comapny as big as them functions Absolutely patahetic way of functioning

I furnish a deficiency of service and non delivery of article booked to me by Professional Couriers. My son Krupaharan sent Four dresses valued at 50 dollars for my granddaughter and Two multiple mobile charger cable worth 10 dollars through his friend Senthil kumaran. Thiru Senthil kumaran booked the parcel containing the above articles at the Professional Courier of Rajapalayam branch viz. his native town on 02.10.2015 in RJP1371871 to my address 76/2 Amma Mandapam Road, Srirangam, Tiruchirappalli, Tamilnadu 620006. But the parcel was not received by me and when tracking the parcel, the parcel was sent to Hassan of Karnataka. Immediately I lodged a complaint in the website of Professional Couriers and the number of complaint assigned as CRA103958. But there is no response to my complaint. Then I sent several letters and reminders to Head office of Professional Couriers and its branch at Bangalore by email. But each and every time they raised several clarifications and their queries promptly replied. But there is no progress. In the last, the Bangalore Branch office person Angeline promptly replied as ‘At the outset we are pleased to inform your good self that we unable to find the consignment nor the delivery detail for the said consignment we tried our level best to trace but all our efforts went in vain.We took time to replay since we thought we will able to trace the consignment, kindly accept our sincere appology for missing your goods.We regret for the inconvenience caused to you in this regard and sincerely request you to make alternate arrangement for the same.We are sending loss letter to our office related to this consignment you can intract with Rajapalayam office for further processing’. Though the mail received on 7.12.2015, there is no progress in reply from the Head office. For more than three months the parcel could not be found by the courier and I felt mental agony and displeasure with the deficiency of service of Professional Couriers. The Professional couriers should compensate the loss met out due to the non delivery of the parcel and the delay in service and the damages for the mental agony and deficiency in service.

My some documents send by my mother through poojapura, trivandrum professional courier branch on 04 Jan 2016. No TVM3669699. staff said that courier will deliver within 3/4 days and my courier reached ranchi main office on 07 Jan 2016 without any reason (My contact No clearly mentioned on the cover. but nobody contact with me) ranchi office was returned my courier to trivandrum .for your reply and further necessary action please as early as possible .

I had ordered for a few issues of a magazine our company was publishedin. The delivery was supposed to come from Mumbai and be delivered by 20th December. It is 2nd january 2016 and my package had not been delivered yet. I checked the tracking number provided by the courier and to my disbelief the message said it had been delivered on 23rd of December 2015 and also had been signed! where as I did not receive anything at my office. The more shocking part is that the delivery address is in Jubilee Hills and the package was delivered to someone in Madhapur. After repeated attempts at contacting the Madhapur Branch office, there was no help. The people were not helping and non responsive about the whole deal. I am still left with no answer as to where the package is and if I will ever receive it. Most horrible courier service ever.

I have sent a parcel through Professional courier on 29/12/2015 to Bangalore from Chennai. They told it will deliver by wednesday i, .e 30/12/2015 or at max on 31/12/2015. But its not been delivered. When checked with the concerned people, no proper response is been provided. Ok so i called up customer care executive to with the registered complaint ( registered a complaint through chennai branch where I sent) but that person literally shouted and told it wont deliver today as it is already evening. but since 30/12/2015 - consignment is in Mahadevpura hub without being dispatched for delivery. Its not issue in waiting, but we need proper response from people who is in charge right. This is highly ridiculous. Just because we are dependent on them they should not treat us like this. Please take necessary action.

I did courier through Professional Couriers from Srinagar, Bangalore to Nellore (Andhra Pradesh) on 22nd Dec, 2015. It was supposed to be delivered by 24th Dec, 2015. Today is 28th but the courier is not delivered yet. I tried to contact customer care of Professional Couriers but no proper response from them. They gave me Professional Courier contact number of Nellore to inquire about the delivery. But the number is busy from 2 hours continuously. I sent email on this to both [protected]@tpcindia.com and [protected]@tpcindia.com. But there is no response to my email.

I had send the courier on 4th Dec to Bharatpur (RAJASTHAN 321001), it 15 days over and still courier not received, I tried to contact you Jaipur office but no response . please revert back with update status . Doc no : AMD7894691

I ordered an Stabilizer through amazon, It came in a damaged condition.So, I sent back through Professional couriers on[protected] .It reached Ajmeer on[protected], but still it is in transit state only.Customer Care is not receiving any call

In our name courier has reached your office at kodihalli, bangalore branch on Friday i.e., 11/12/2015 but still they are saying they can not find our address, but our address is well known apartment in this area, they are saying all lies not interested in service they want us to go to their office and collect the letter
