I have to deliver my paper from Ahmedabad to meerut as my bike was in parcel office but unfortunately beleive the services and stuck with penalty 2200 which i paid in office as documents received after 8 days and charge taken by office Rs275/day.

I want my penalty back i let see are they good to realise there mistake

      Booked a parcel on 5th Jan 2022 in Bhimavaram Town to Bangalore. Parcel includeds my bike (Honda Activa) key and a railway parcel receipt which is mandatory to collect by bike from the railway parcel office at Bangalore.

      Courier said it will take 3 days to deliver the parcel in bangalore.

      On 7th Jan, when I check the tracking number PRO12800768 in "https://www.tpcindia.com/" it was showing no details. Called Malleswaram brach to check what is the status as I was not able to find any contact number of the customer care on the receipt provided on the date of parcel nor in online. They said the tracking number is incorrect and suggested to contact the parcel office where we booked the parcel.

      On the same day, I have searched Bhimavaram contact number on internet and called them to check for the status. They saild the parcel is dispatched but it is not updated in the website due to which it is not showing any damages. After an hour, I was able to see the status as "Despatched to BENGALURU
      HYDERABAD" - "06th Jan 17:01".

      Waited for a day and called "[protected]" to check on the status, One lady picked the call and spoke very harsh. She told me to call Hyderabad courier office and check on the status. Is it my job to call all the branches and check my courier status????? When I try to explain how important is my courier and collecting the countact number of their manager, she disconnected the call and not bothered to pick the call again.

      This is complete ignorance of my issue and no one bothered to call and tell me the reason for the delay of the shipment.

      Why should I call Hyderabad branch and check the status?? Is it not the courier team's job to update the customer or provide the status by checking with their branch from their end???

      Still I have called Hyderabad branch [protected] but nobody picked by call.

      Paid 250 INR and waiting for a call or response from this courier without any hope.

      This is complete harassment and I would like someone to take an appropriate action. So that no other customer will face any issue in future.

        Parcel sent 20th December 2021 it's been so long but we din receive the parcel and they are not giving proper answer. Parcel dispatch from theni it should be delivered in nilgiris but we din receive. Following in courier office but no response.

          Parcel (with medicines for my father) couriered from Mumbai (Borivali West) on 31-Dec-21 was not delivered till 07-Jan-22. Docket no.[protected].
          Courier tracking showed it was kept on hold at Bhattarahalli office from 05th Jan-22. No specific response was provided regarding the hold status. On calling the office, they said it would be delivered by 06th Jan evening. But that did not happen.
          So on 07-Jan-22, I personally went to the office and collected the package.
          Absolutely Unprofessional behavior was displayed as there was no reason provided for delay. Very disappointed, as my father's medicines didn't reach on time.

            I have sent a courier from Hubli to Mumbai on 31/12/2021 and has not reached yet it has been 6 days. - Tacking ID - HBL2912057

            When tracked showing it has been in Mumbai for the Past 5 days.

            This is unexceptable behaviour.

            There was a complaint raised still they have not taken it seriously and now its says I have exceeded the number of times it can track which is ridiculous I would not need to track it so many times if you had delivered the package

            I have been a customer for more then 20 years and their atitaude recently is unbelievable

              I've booked a parcel MRT169702 to Chennai on 30.12.21 and the parcel have reached Pallikaranai center the next day. So far the parcel has not been delivered. Mobile [protected] attending my call on 04.01.22 said the parcel is with them and said it'll be delivered shortly. There after his attitude is indifferent and had not been delivered till 05.01.22.

                  We have sent a parcel as extremely urgent to a very important customer on 31/12/21.The professional courier office in Harur told us that it will not be delivered before 5th of January if they send it by ordinary courier, but they will definitely deliver before 5th of January if they sent by air shipment.Since our customer is leaving the country at noon on 5th, we wanted it to be delivered the latest by 4 th.So, as per the advice of your office, we spent Rs.2000(20 times the normal cost and almost 40% of the value of the product) since delivering this on time was extremely important for us to maintain business relationship and also to save our face.The parcel is not yet delivered.We called the office in Dharmapuri several times yesterday and reminded them that it is your responsibility to deliver it yesterday itself and inform us after that.They have not done that.Our customer is leaving at noon today.You still have few hours, to make a phone call to her and deliver the product before she leaves.Please do it .We are a tribal artisanal group and these kind of lack of care will affect our orders in future and yours too.If it is not delivered in spite of all these efforts from our side, we will claim damages as per law.

                      A consignment booked on 30.12.2021 from Hyderabad to NRI Complex,
                      Seawoods. AFTER 5 DAYS today it is showing in the tracking page that the consignment is out for delivery. But till 7:45 PM nothing is delivered.

                      I can understand if the delivery is in a remote village it will take more time. But in a Metro city your people are taking so many days for delivery it is really a shock for me.

                      Please let me know still how many days your people took for delivery?

                          As the courier boy called me to take the order from downstairs but i was not there so i request him to deliver the order at my address that is on 7 floor but he refused and tell me that if you are not taking i will return it. Is it the behavior of courier boy and the courier company is meant for delivering the order at the doorstep.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,
                              I had to receive a parcel from Chennai It has still not arrived.
                              Today morning the delivery person contacted me and I had given him the proper landmark but even after waiting for 1 hour I didn't receive it.

                              When I contacted him again he is not giving valid reason.
                              The Thippasandra Hub Professional Service people are also not picking up the phone.

                              I have attached the details above by any means I want the parcel to be delivered today.

                                Please be noted that the Professional Courier Service Patna is quite bad and unresponsive. Courier boy and Patna office even not delivering the important parcel even after week or so. This unprofessional and unethical approach of professional courier patna office and delivery boy is completely unacceptable.

                                There are 3 couriers which were supposed to be delivered by last week and today. not yet delivered till today, although it is reached in patna.

                                Also courier boy, Minto (professional courier boy patna region) is threatening to kill me if i raise the complaint against him.

                                Please take the stern action against the culprit and the courier boy.

                                  A parcel was sent to me from Salem (Consignment number SLM[protected] . It was sent in 21st December and had reached Hyderabad on 24th December ( as per tracking) . The status is displayed as delivered but the courier is not yet delivered to me . No one is responding to the calls made.

                                  I have sent a courier to Belladur (Bangalore)from Babusapalaya(Bangalore) on 22 June 2022 through professional courier. It was a pick up mode.When I tried to track the parcel it was showing wrong consignment number. When I check with the professional courier agent he is saying he missed to keep that yellow receipt in my parcel that's y it got lost . how irresponsible these people are..when we are sending confidential documents through professional courier and they are saying it's lost you sent the copy again..is this the right method??how can I trust this courier service again..can you people return my parcel??

                                      Worst service ever, irresponsible behaviour. Government website is showing that my document got delivered on 22nd Oct today it is 26th dec. 3 months and still no delivery. Helpline number is always out of network or busy. No response from the company. Also delivery boy called after giving complaint to income tax department. Even the delivery boy is delaying the delivery intentionally.

                                        RMD1075358 - We have send a courier from Ramanathapuram to Trichy on 23rd Dec and the status still says “In Transit”. We don’t know why it is taking so many days to deliver where they said it will be delivered on the next day! Very disappointed with your service. :(

                                        Those items needs to be send to abroad with my friend who is traveling today. So, Kindly show some urgency and do the delivery before 12pm today (27th Dec).
