Dear Team,

This to inform you that, my self sadik Maniyar, my friend had send me parcel some of cost Rs. 3, 000/-

With courier docket no. MAA[protected]
My mobile no. [protected] / [protected]

On Dtd. 12.02.2022 courier received at Nashik office and showing out of delivery same day, but they don't delivered the parcel & reason given by them house/door lock, but they are lying, after 4 days parcel not delivered I went to courier office on Dtd. 15
02.2023 and i asked for my parcel, for half hour they are searching for parcel, when they are found my parcel, parcel in very bad condition, packet fully open from all side and some material missing,

Then I asked why this happened they like we received parcel in this condition and that's why we are not delivered the parcel, they are totally lying, if parcel is damaged then why they accept and other thing is that first they are told me that, your house is lock that's why we are not delivered the parcel and then they are saying is that parcel was damaged that's why not delivered.

I need my full amount back

    Please explain why professional courier don't do home delivery when I ordered from some online shopping..they always ask the customer to come and collect the package in the office. I only face this kind of issue with this particular courier company. If they don't deliver at door step then why they tie up with online business??

        Hi,
        My PAN card status says as below

        "Your PAN card has been delivered on 29-Sep-2021 by The Professional Courier courier vide airway bill no. VPL[protected]"

        The status in www.tpcindia.com says its still ON TRANSIT. Tried to reach out to the given contacts of the CITY= "GUTTAHALLI", PINCODE= 560003. They say that they have not received PAN itself. Please help resolve this. Below are contacts mentioned in your website

            On 02/02/2022 one cover was booked at your ONGOLE officeunder booking code ONG7477422 addressed to me, which is reached destination of TADEPALLIGUDEM on 04/02/2022 as per tracking.However it was not delivered to me till this date, as a result I had failed to onward submission to ALC VIJAYAWADA, and incurred a financial loss of Rs 15000/-. your irresponsible & negligence service is responsible for the loss and respond immediately. In case, proper satisfactory reply is not received from your end I wish to approach CONSUMER FORUM.

              My courier was booked on 21 St January from BANGALURU and today it is 7 the of February, it has not been delivered to me yet.It was an urgent courier.I called them then they said address is improper and I sent them proper address with phone numbers on 29 the January but they did not deliver it.Again when I called them to ask them them the reason for not delivering then they said come and collect.I went to collect the parcel but then they said we don't have your parcel.After some days I again called them to know the status of my courier then they started playing passing phone calls game.Moreover they are misbehaving on phone.They are totally irresponsible.Please take some strict action and deliver my courier by tomorrow at any cost because I have to take that parcel out of station..

                  Package missing at delivery station

                  I received a call from professional couriers tanuku, West godavari, andhra pradesh. That my parcel number: TPT2008772 was arrived and asking to come and collect. Call received at 31st jan, 2022 and I went to receive to shop at 1st feb and they said they didn't have parcel at shop. I showed all information i have. They and I search for an hour we didn't find it. They said they will search and will call you if we found it.

                  I Satya Manasa Gayatri vinay and I received call from your courier office (kallakurichy/Tamil Nadu) stating that courier came for you from Karnataka so you come and collect the courier before 6 pm,
                  then I asked him to deliver to my home but he replied we won’t deliver and then I told him we are living in 5 km away from district
                  head (from kallakurichy to my native peruvangur) why you are not doing door deliver y but he didn’t reply and he kept the phone so please kindly do the need ful to deliver my courier .

                      On the 21st of January, I had sent a package for a local delivery within Bangalore. The package is a customized calendar made to order. The shipping number is HRD74823245. On the morning of 24th January (Monday). I saw that the status of the package was showing as out for delivery, but it did not get delivered on that day. I checked the status once again on the 25th January (Tuesday), the status showed as delivered on the 22nd itself. This was contradictory to what I saw on the day before. So, I checked with the consignee to see if they have received the package.
                      But the consignment did not reach the concerned consignee.

                      After repeated follow ups, on the 31st January, they shared a delivery sheet which had a signature against the name of the consignee to whom it was sent. But this was not the signature of the consignee. There was no name or phone number of the person who had signed and received.
                      So, I had to follow up further to check on this. Today I received a call from one Mr. Kiran (phone number [protected]), who is the delivery person from Professional courier. He asked me to share the tracking number for him to check, which I did.
                      He then called me at 7:17 PM today and confirmed that he has lost the package. He has delivered it at a wrong address and he is not able to trace it now.

                      I need the money for the product and the courier charges, amounting to Rs. 650 back for this lost shipment.

                        Send invitations in 3 courier covers on 29th Jan. The courier reached destination station Thiruvar, Tamilnadu on 31st Jan. Still no action taken at Thiruvar station even after 3 days. The function day is day after tomorrow. The 3 receiver is not informed even through mobile call.                           I am from Bangalore. I applied for a correction in my ID Card on 15th December 2021. The NSDL states that my ID Card was dispatched on 24th December 2021 and delivered on 27th December 2021. But I did not receive it. I inquired Bangalore Mission Road Professional Couriers in person and they say that they did not receive it either. The content is still in transit status. It been more than a month. How long would the ID Card be in Transit status only. My tracking id is: VPL[protected]

                            The consignment from coimbatore with tracking no CJB1020521 yet to be delivered at bangalore. Spoke to thimmaiah garden branch office who in turn suggested to speak to the delivery boy. I have spoke to him who refused to deliver the same as the door seem to be locked when he looked at it from the road side wherein my home is at 1st floor. Highlighted this to the branch and hopefully expected to be delivered tomorrow 2nd Feb 2022
