I booked a courier on 24/01/2022.

From VIRALIMALAI TO (NULL BAZAR), MUMBAI
still now not yet delivered.
Not even Sent to Trichy main hub.
Its a urgent Courier,
They charged ₹450 for 2.50kg,
Price is too high.
and i can't able to track my courier,
This courier consist of MACHINE TOOLS which im returning back to them.
Same Tools i received at ₹270 for 4.2kg,
Why this much price diffrence,

Lot of bugs in website,
In customer complaint page typed all information, atlast its showing some message and closed.

Courier was booked by NSDL on 17/1/2022 received on 19/1/2022 at Bytarayanapura center, but till now it was not delivered, today i called to person he told PAN Card and all need to visit the center and collect. He denied to deliver to our home.
I need your support regarding in this issue.

Today is January 27, It's still showing as Holding area vidyaranyapura., While tracking. I contacted Vidyaranyapura courier office in phone [protected] and went directly thrice. Called to this number [protected] and registered complaint.

I did not pack my parcel in a box. But Packed in cloth bag. They shouted that I should only pack. There was a delivery boy coming there that time. I asked that boy for an used box for which I can pay. He seemed like giving that to me.
Both that man and lady in that shop, shouted on me to vacate from there immediately as if I went there for begging from them. If they had told they are busy and cannot take my order in a polite manner that is not a big mistake, even though that is not professionalism. They really forcibly vacated me from there immediately. For the past 21 years I am using professional couriers. I did never experience such a worst, cheap and loafer like treatment of the customer without doing the job too. And too I did not expect the same from both that man and woman in that shop. I did not quarrel and I just told them one sentence in polite manner that they are making me to getout. They did not respect even that politeness. In my opinion they are making professional courier unprofessional. If they are not interested for courier, why they keep board there! Their treatment was very hurtful and painful even after coming to home. Also they tell to go to Palavakkam professional courier if needed. How long can I travel from Injambakkam, in an urgency! I went there in the middle of my work in lunch time.
Next to them there was a DTDC center, they accepted my parcel even while they had lunch. I just kept that there and paid the money and came. They took care of everything else, even in the middle of having lunch. I will prefer that courier centre only mostly in the future.

Bahut hi ganda experience h professional courier ke sath, please inke jhanse me n aye, bcoz agar koi apko kuchh important saman mangana ya bhejna ho to mat mangaiye, ye jhuth bolke paise lete hai bs, bolte hai ki time pe, lehuch jaye gai courier aisa nahi hota .Please inke jhanse me n aye, customer care ko call karo to rudely bate karte h aisa lagta h, jaise kitna bada apradh kar diya hmne call krke, this is wrost Experience in my life,

My courier was supposed to be delivered on Saturday 22/01. But is not delivered yet. The parcel had food items and some documents delivered from Basavaklayan, Karnataka to Chinchwad, Pune, Maharastra. I have been trying to contact the local Professional couriers team but no one is responding.
Disappointed with the services :-( I want my documents at any cost today end of day. Please help .

I had couriered my laptop through professional courier but at delivery point when it was opened, it was completely damaged and it was my office laptop and they are asking me to pay for the damage .

I am very regular to your Professional Courier service, But it unfortunate that On Date:19.01.2022 . I booked new parcel for my native Tripura, Agartala, By Airway From Chennai. To Agartala. After reached to Kolkatta I could see My Parcel Moving Through Surface. What about the payment? I paid for Air and why the service change?

Hi. I did not receive my parcel yet which was dispatched to me on 6th January 2021 from Mysore. The tracking id is MYS19742879. I have to receive it in Mayuri Nagar, Hyderabad.

My consignment number NSK844633 was despatched from Kolkata on 19 January 2022 according to tracking details.. But till date i.e 23 January, 2022 the consignment did not reach the delivery destination, Tinsukia, Assam

I swear this is one of the dreadful service because employees in the pollachi branch is very rude to the customers. They use abusive and offensive words towards women.

I have booked an article on 17.01.2022 vide No. SGP575452 in the office of Professional courier Siruguppa - 583 121 (Karnataka) to Raichur - 584 103, which is hardly in 123 km away from the booked station siruguppa. But to my surprise the articles, till this moment has not reached the consignee even after a lapse of 03 days. Though it is reached at Raichur, the delivery has not been made so far. This is not the first time that inordinate delay is being made in my case. On many previous acvasions, your staff members at Raichur, with callousness attitude used to take minimum 5 days to deliver the goods. Hence please take severe action against the staff concerned at Raichur. Nothing short of taking action against them will satisfy me even after the delivery.

This is Chandra Mouli Jilludumudi. I have applied for PRAN card and the card is despatched by NSDL, Mumbai on 15th December 2021 via Professional courier with AWB no: VPL[protected] which needs to be delivered about a month ago but it not delivered yet. When enquired with Professional couriers, Visakhapatnam they are not responding to any complaint and they are saying they are not responsible for it and do what u can. Customer care too is also not responding. I was helpless in this situation. Kindly resolve my issue and make my PRAN card available.

I booked one consignment from Salem to ranipet, arcot through slm[protected] through professional courier on 18.01.2022 .So far(today 19.01.2022) it is not delivered. If I contact salem head office there is no response.[protected] only once attended my call .I raised a complaint to customer care . From there also there is no response. I am having the courier docket slip.Can i book complaint or go to consumer court.

I have ordered two sarees from on 7th of January. It got dispatched and I got the consignment number on 11th of January. When I tracked for the shipping details I was not able to track any of the details from the professional courier website. The seller also registered a complaint on 12th January and they were said that the package is in transit and will reach Cuddalore in two days. But till date the package is not been delivered and the tracking also couldn't be done. Please do the needy. Thank you

I booked a courier on 13th Jan to send sweets to my colleague for Pongal. But today is 18th and Pongal festival is over, but the courier has not yet been delivered. It's been 6days and i am sure the sweets might have spoiled. This is not at all acceptable and poor service from a professional courier.

Professional couriers didn't deliver to home address instead need to collect from their office which is in fact difficult than to collect the parcel from original sender. My home is in an area where most of the courier services provides delivery

I do not understand why do '"The professional courier" offer to provide courier service for an area where they cannot deliver.

Customer service executives also do not...

Delivery is bit being made at home and even when asked to pickup the delivery didn't mention anything about delivery charge

Hi.Im Abdul Rafeeq.I send a courier from Tirunelveli to surat on jan 8 .but till it doesn't reach the destination.I contacted surat hub professional courier office.But the doesn't responding well and speaking hindi and dismissing my phone call.My courier contains sunglass worth 1000rs.I had attached a proof below .please take immediate action .Otherwise i will file a complaint
