Dear Professional Team,

Please note that we sent couriers through professional courier details as follows - Dtd. 26.07.2021 Dct. No: AMB23164168 & Dtd. 27.07.21 Dct No. AMB23164172.

We are giving regular parcells to professional. This is the first time i was faced. If you are not able do any action on this we are undoubtedly stop our business with you. Please send immediate action about both couriers.

Professional courier has an irritating process and I am getting harashed by calling them to resolve my issue. One of my product has not delivered to me and they are telling it is delivered to me. Whenever I enquired they are telling they have handed over to apartment security without my knowledge. Security person is telling he has not received any courier . When I talked to professional courier they are telling check your CC camera . Our CC camera is not working . From there onwards Professional courier we are calling everyday and they are telling same story it is delivered to security and we cant do anything. This is a harashment, why didnot they call me before delivering, why didnot they collect OTP of receipt. On what basis they they are confirming that product is delivered. Simply they cannt say delivered. I have a product of 3000/- rupees in the courier and they should pay the amount if they are unable to deliver.

My customer placed a courier from Bangalore to Maharashtra .he charged rs.450/- for 800 grams.

Our parents sent a courier from Gobichettipalayam, India to New Zealand but when we received the courier we found a beurer digital thermometer missing. When registered a complaint with professional courier there is no proper response.

The Worst Courier services I have seen till date, my Laptop courier is missing since last 4 days and whenever u call the customer care and other numbers, they say we are tracing and have no clue...Highly unprofessional and worst serices

One courier came from Bangalore to Nayagarh(Pin-752069).
Courier reached Bhubaneswar 30-jul-2021.
My address is around 3 hours from Bhubaneswar.
Courier send 28-jul-2021 from bangalore.
Courier reached 1500Km in 2 days but 80 km it is taking already 4days.
Still it is not reached. The Bhubaneswar customer care number is not working.

Parcel not yet delivered, and not getting a proper response to locate the parcel.

i am your oldest customer always dealing with you people from jabalpur to mumbai

i have an issue with booking details { jbp70352991 } my family had shifted clothes, medicines & gold chain, gold locket, paayal etc. From jabalpur but from that consignment only a chain was missing of 120, 000 rs .

When i had received the parcel it was wet by water & it was damaged as well

i dont know really whom to concern this ???? canyou help us with this issue if someone has taken out only the chain & he has sealed the jeans pocket back with tread as it was please tell me i am ready to pay any gifted amount or a peanalty cost

but let me clear one thing to you i need my chain any how because its doent matter amount of 120, 000 rs but it was gifted to my wife by dadi & she is no more so we need this chain if some one has pulled the can give us back

its a request please i dont want to get involve in social media

Despatched from Jaipur on 14th June showing in transit despatched to Chalakudy from Chenni. We went to Chalakudy Office they told parcel has not received to them. Called Chennai they told they don't have the parcel. Then where is the parcel.

I bought some coins on indiancurrencies.com they always send this professional courier service I don't know why they always send it through
this service and almost all the time it takes more than usual time this time see the tracking sheet

so on th it has arrive to chinar park which is near to my house then 10 days has passed and still I have not received the parcel. this is ridiculous They should be ashamed of their services.I have paid 60 rupees to get this parcel and I still don't know when it will arrive.

On 24-July-2021, I took a courier service at New No.:22 OMR, Seevaram, Perungudi, Chennai - 600 096 to send my important document.

Unfortunately, your service was inadequate because the consignment which I have couriered hasn't been delivered yet. Secondly, I have been trying to reach you on the customer care helpline numbers which you have published on your website for the last two days and none of them are reachable to complain about my issue. I am totally disappointed because of such poor service.

I have sent a product through Professional Courier Services dated 21st July 2021. They have informed me that the location to which the product should be delivered in un-servicable. If, I was informed of this in the earlier stage, it would have saved my time and money. But the due negligence of their staff has caused me inconvience.

Bank sent debit card multiple times to my address with professional courier, but not even single time it was delivered. Again this July 26th they sent one shipment and received at the branch on 26th but I didn't receive any communication from the Tanuku branch courier service. When I called on 30th July they said they will send but I didn't receive it till today (2nd AUg 2021) and no communication from them. Hope this gets delivered soon.

Its second time am facing this issue the professional courier at ranipet delivery boy mr. Devraj not delivering properly he just giving the couriers to some other shops and asking to get it. And also for second time he returned the courier without searching for the address and returned which contain important application need to delivered tracking ID if you want to refer MAA[protected]. While questioning hime telling that it is not in the serviceable area. Then why it is called as a courier. Plz take a necessary action otherwise I keep to complaints to some other official's

1. Refer to booking No MYS24244229 dated 12 Jul 2021.

2. It is brought to your kind information that my wife has parcel an medicine to my grand mother to Bangalore. But that medicine did not received till date. The cost of that medicine is ₹ 12, 000/-. I also consulted the managar Shri Uday mob No [protected] and Mrs Kavya of Bangalore customers care from 14 Jul 2021 but I did not got any responses from them.

3. Hence I request you to take immediate action on the case and deliver it otherwise we will wish to lanch a case on your firm.

I have courier one box to Visakhapatnam(Kailasapuram) from Hyderabad(Sanathnagar) on 24th July 2021, Its almost 6 days completed but parcel still not delivered by service people, when I'm calling to professional courier service number no one has not responding properly, what you people giving service to customers???? Every day I'm calling but no response from you're end ridicules service you people giving to customers, Please take action...

Professional courier is day by day making its service worst, firstly the parcels are always coming late, and they give reason of covid, but same time other courier companies are delivering on time and on top of that, they straight away deny to give door delivery, stating they are short of staff, but when we say we will complain this, so they reply ok we will deliver you next day...
It's my humble request to professional team to work...

On 20th July 2021 I send sample material through professional Courier from Sattur (626203) branch to Port Blair branch. But till date they not delivered as well as not inform the exact details for delay. I contacted the professional Courier staff regarding the issues but they not ready to respond our queries.
