I have a parcel at your hanamakonda office and as the delivery address for that parcel was kazipet and they did not provide me with any intimation that my address cannot be serviced...after I calling your hanamakonda branch office the person whom i asked about the parcel started shouting at me in such a cheap way saying that "service ledu ani telisindi kade niku telisnaipudu ochi collect chesko em chestave complaint isthava ichuko pove" that means there is no service at your place and you come and collect your parcel and i[censored] want to give a complaint go and give he told this in such a rude way...inspite of being a girl he didnt even gave rspct to my gender...after making many calls to your head offices and also getting with the same replies I have just down the call..this is the way your company is treating customers..worst expreince had with this company will never send or recieve any product and alsp will suggest everyone not to do any business with your company.the most underated courier company in whole city

My school sent a courier of books worth of 12500, from Bangalore to bagalkot on 14th June 2021 now it's 21st June 2021. No sign of delivery and tracking page there is no update.
I am frustrated. some one plz help me out those were my her preparation books now I need them urgently.

A book parcel (8kgs) booked from Pavai school, Pudhuchatram Namakkal to Perambalur dated on 14.06.21. The consignment no is NKL2774582.But we didn't receive the goods. The parcel contains books for my study & it is very urgent for my exams.

The Belur Professional Courier service, is not working Properly, they ask us to come to your location and get the parcel pickup. If we needed to pick up, we can use all other alternatives rather than using the courier service.

Courier delhi to prathi padu. Not at all areas delay, only local guy delay the courier. He answered very aggressive and

I called[protected] approx 10 times and she gave number of Guwahti Assam after a lot of calls, the number she gave was "[protected]" I'm trying to connect on this number from 10 days, he's not picking call, today he picked and cut the call after hearing my concerns. If this the service you provide, then kindly send my curier back, I would like to take legal actions against you for the poorest service.

I had to send a courier to one of my customers in mysore...I shipped it from Palakkad, Kerala. the weight was only 100g and it cost 80 rupees for the shipment...

It's been +7 Days and still my order is showing the status as Dispatched to chennai.

I booked the parcel DEL[protected] on 10/06/2021 from NEW DELHI to KADAPA DISTRICT, and it dispatched to chennai on 12/06/2021 and expected that it will get delivered in a few days considering the current Covid-19 issues. but still the status is showing as dispatched to chennai and No updates further, please can you let me know when i can expect my parcel. .

Please can you treat this as urgent or let me know where I can escalate the issue.

Sir, I was helping an artisan by buying his products to get through the corona situation. He send me the product using this courier. However despite the current covid situation they are refusing delivery to my address, instead asking me to collect the package from their office.

I had send a courier to my client on 31.05.2021 doc no: BLR[protected]. Till now its not reach to my client. Everyday i am going there to ask about my courier but no response from them. Please help me.
