      Hi Team,

      This is to complaint about the parcel which my friend (Vinod) had sent from Tarikere to Bangalore. Considering this present situation of Covid lockdown we had clearly asked whether we can get the parcel delivered at least to the nearest place of delivery address? But now the delivery office at Bangalore says that we need to go to the courier office to collect the parcel. This is not really fare because if they would have informed there is no door delivery at this present situation we could have postponed of sending the parcel. So please communicate the reality instead of giving such fake commitments which will effect the reputation of such a good organization.

      The parcel which was sent by my friend from Tarikere to Bangalore was an apple mac Book. It was sent by a premium PRO category with intention of getting the parcel delivered with care but the courier team collected extra charges and delivered the parcel but it was damaged the laptop is worth of Rs 150000 and the display is damaged completely. I request you to please look in this issue with priority and hope to here from you soon.

        Address: 14/44 FIRST FLOOR, BAKKIYATHAMMAL NAGAR MAIN ROAD,, PADI,

        I booked a letter on 5th May 2021 addressed to Special Tahsildar, Kattumannarkoil 608301 Cuddalore District and found it has received Chidambaram on the next day. But I could track further and confirm when it has reached and delivered at Kattumannarkoil. My previous complaint did not receive any response. Please confirm the date and time of delivery at the address immediately since it is more than a week . Otherwise I TWIT my grievance to Prime MInister.

            My name is Rajesh, from Madurai, Actually (24/04/2021)I send courier office(189, bye pass road, Madurai-625010) from address is taluk office, madurai south Bill copy number :IXM[protected],
            but courier Boy sent RTO office then I go and check the RTO office they say I receive but not correct address so they sent actual address why
            In my Letter cover some one stock the sticker then wrote RTO office who do that? I don’t know then asked to courier service they also say don’t know it’s very very worst service...find the attachment photo copy then call me:[protected]

              Parcel was sent from Koppal to Bangalore on 27th April 2021 but I have not yet received the parcel even till today (10th May 2021)

              No response from either sides, customer care numbers doesn't work at all, no response whatsoever.

              Worst service

              Can you send at least now the parcel after 14 days already without it

                      Im indhumathi from erode.tamilnadu.
                      I sent a parcel on 3-may-2021 from (G.madhan)erode to (Anusya)tirupur paladam. . But the parcel is resnt to erode on the day 7-may-2021. On 5th may we are asking in customer support.. They replied still not recieced from erode. On 6th may we went nd meet the office directly nd while asking noon will it come. On evening 3pm we called them .. That lady from customer care told us tomorrow only parcel load from erode will get recieved.. So by noon our courier man will delievered to that customer.. Then on 7th may evening 3pm while we questioning to customer care the same lady told us parcel is returned to erode. The customet not pickuping phonecall .. The parcel actually returned two day before.. She told very irresponsible.The palladam office branch.. That lady on customer care support didint give any proper information. She is squarelling to us .. Also along with one man. We will never give anu return amount. U go and talk to head office. Nobody can do anything. Like that she is telling very irresponsible. Irrespective speech. Very disappointed by professional courier. Hereafter i will never post any thing .. Worst customer care support. Nobody is talking anycall from erode office too. Totally we are disappointed. We postponed our trip to 3daysonly for this parcel pickup.. But to totally dissatisfaction.. Also they are fighting with customers... So kindly please management will take an action to these kind to irresponsibilty. Also give some training to the people who is sitting in customer care support. Simply sitting. They are never tracking anything.. Giving wrong info. Nd fighing to customer.. Please take an immediate action

When I tracked on the next I found it has reached Chidambaram. But I could not view further as the web site did not function properly..                                   With above subject, a urgent parcel tracking no VPL[protected] has sent from mumbai on 26.04.21 to Puttur (part of mangalore details) but tracking details shows Its shifted from Mumbai to Bangalore and Now it's to Panruti...Since it was highly essential we were in follow up with Mumbai as well as Bangalore Team from the day one over the call .We were in touch with mission road as well as peenya branch too more than 50 calls regarding the same.

                                  But this team is so irresponsible after so much of follow up to courier been again dispatched to Panruti when pin code is so clearly mentioned on the packet..

                                  Its took more than 10 days still it's not reached to the right place..When we are trusting you as professional courier so much ..such negligence will impact too much on customer satisfaction..Higly disappointed with the service.

                                  Request you to look into the issue on high priority and not further hurt the emotions of customer more..

                                    First of all u people have the least behaviour manners...The courier guy RAJU was saying I quote " Aana hai toh aao nhi toh waps bhej dege" So this the standard you people are maintaining.
                                    I got my courier 10 days late and I can understand that bec of covid and curfew but what's with the blood behaviour you and your courier guys have .
                                    Even the Vidyanapura office (Bangalore) doesn't respond or picks up the call .
                                    Worth service I can say !!!

                                        Delay Delivery with Status : Party Shifted

                                        The professional courier delivery service in Hyderabad is in a pathetic state. A courier was sent from Chennai, Tamilnadu on on 29th April 2021 and the consignment number: MAA[protected] . As per the online tracking it reached Hyderabad on 30th April 2021 and still not delivered at the address and they have updated the details as PARTY SHIFTED on 3rd May2021. I clearly mentioned the contact number in the courier but they haven't called. Moreover...
