HI,

Actually my friend couriered one item from Bangalore, 17th may 2021, with order id :BLR[protected]. On 26th may afternoon delivery agent called to me and told sir your order is came you need to come and collect. so, i said the time is now 2 PM we can't come outside because of lockdown. I told 27 may morning i will come early and collect the order. once i reached to shop delivery agent is telling pay 50 rupees to me then only i will give your order otherwise not. Actually i paid delivery fee 110 in the starting only. again he is asking extra 50 for his commission. this is really not good. Money amount is less but it's happening to so many members.

    Hi Team.,

    This is one of the wrost and waste service I have ever seen. Please shut down ur courier.. My courier no CRL9491422 is delivered to madanayakanahalli branch on 30th April 2021 and till now he has not delivered. When we called and enquired on the same . He is saying that we will do the delivery as he has taken the franchise of professional courier and he will not do delivery to the address.. His name is Naveen abd phone number is [protected]..such a bad buy he don't how to speak to the customer. Very bad courier.. my best suggestion is please close ur courier office as soon as posible..

      Someone opened the box and stole or lost the item in transit. This kind of activiity in professional courier service disgusting. Package was coming from mumbai to gurgaon. And their customer number are not working no 1 is there to answer my querries. This so pathetic. Lost trust on this courier partner. They stole things and dont evan response to querries.

        Kindly note, My courier (LR NO: KUR[protected] was dispatched from Mumbai to Dehradun on 20.05.21. But not received to Dehradun yet and no any concern from Dehradun (+[protected] and [protected]) gives a proper information about my courier. I don't know where the courier is.
        This courier is very important to me as it holds the LR copy of my received material which has to be picked up by today for company's working.
        I m very disappointed by this type of working of Professional couriers. Please coordinate.

                  The Parcel has sent from RASIPURAM (TN) to Bangalore. For two weeks, we couldn't find /receive our parcel. It's really the worst service from Bangalore staff. The Bangalore professional courier staff are not advising us properly and don't know about our parcel where it struck.

                  Here I would like to escalate this issue to a concerned person who can help the consumer.
                  During this Lockdown period, the peoples are depending on the couriers, online service, etc, . But if the system of the company does not work the proper way, it's shameful.

                      My CONSIGNMENT NO.: JPR[protected] dated 9-4-2021 shipped from Jaipur - SGR to Bhubaneswar, Odisha, and even after a lapse of 40 days it has not been delivered to the consignee till[protected]. None of the phone nos./ online complaint booking are working. In tracking status, it shows as "In Transit" at Bhubaneswar. It's important that has to be delivered very urgently.
