Its really bad to hear that it's been +15 Days and still my order is showing the status as Dispatched to Indore.

I have placed the parcel PNU [protected] on 28/05/2021 from Pune to Bhopal, and expected that it will get delivered in a few days considering the current Covid-19 issues. but still the status is showing as transition to Indore and No updates further, please can you let me know when i can expect my parcel. .

Please can you treat this as urgent or let me know where I can escalate the issue.

My consignment tracking n.o: CJB4510120 is not deliver to my address pincode: 209801 it was shipped in April it doesn't arrivedo till now I have call the office but no response very bad service no customer care number available

There was a parcel containing a suit material ordered from Delhi on 2nd April and dispatched on 8th April and it’s been more than 2 months now . Article has not been delivered yet.track id: DEL[protected].
We called so many branches, tried checking track . To be frank, ridiculous service we have ever received. Not only delay in delivering but also no response on phone calls, no updated tracking. All other courier services are working very apt even at this lockdown. We send and receive parcels everyday. That’s why saying this . And we have also previous bad experiences from professional couriers. Courier service helpline is just for a namesake . Why can’t nobody answer our calls or emails. Tried sending many mails, no valid address. All mails bounced back saying invalid address given . Everything is wrong .the phone numbers and email address given . How unprofessional. The article might have been lost or missing or stuck somewhere. This was dispatched way before lockdown. Now you have a reason saying that it’s stuck due to lockdown. We want to know at least in which area it’s stuck . I wonder how irresponsible a courier service team could be .
It’s very sad to receive such an unprofessional and ridiculous service . Please update the website. Please provide proper tracking . Attend calls at least once when we call numerous times. I want to know the location where my parcel is stuck right now DEL[protected]track id) . It was for my resellers customer. And we lost the customer due to your poor service . We had to refund the money as it’s been more than 2 months since it was ordered and we haven’t received it yet and no updates when we call. Please be professional like your name says and update asap.

Dear Professional courier team,

This is to inform you that we have dispatch one courier on dated 17.04.2021 via AWB no:BLR[protected]. The address was mentioned over envelope was of Muzaffarpur district( BIHAR) however its has been booked for Bhagalpur district (Bihar).
When i contacted the professional courier Bangalore they ask me to contact Bhagalpur (Bihar ) courier person and this all is happening from last one month and I am not getting any reply. Is it my duty to call concern place or courier personal duty to booked it correctly?????
From Last one month i am not getting any reply or any movement for delivering the courier.I have contacted to mob no:[protected] and that employee is responding rudly.

The consignment to be reached urgently hence intervein in this matter else i have to take hard step against this, and i will complain in proper forum.

We have dispatched one medical shipment through you but till date there is no update

This most urgent shipment contents are medicine

I received a parcel from Chennai to be delivered at my residence 86 P.T.Rajan Road Madurai 625002.The parcel is now with Professional Courier Madurai Bibilulam office. They are refusing to do door delivery and insisting to collect from thier office

Rat bite. Parcel totally spoiled. Very disheartening. Unexpected.

I booked a consignment on 22nd May 2021 vide AWB #MAA[protected] from Chennai to Ervadi, Tirunelveli Dist. Till date it has not been delivered. Emails to their regional offices and phone calls are not attended to or responded to. Customer care on their website has been disabled so that we cannot raise any complaints. Very pathetic situation.

The person of courier is telling Badlapur parcel we are not sending from
Partur office Jalna

Complaint is against The Partur branch telling my brother that we will not send the parcel go away from here

He doesn't have any sense to talk with valuable customer my brother has feel insulted

When I call one person of jalna he is from jalna professional Courier he told on conference then the parcel has taken from him

I want necessary action against the Partur Person who has assigning parcel

Please call me immediately so I can elaborate the concern to Higher Authorities of Professional Courier

I would like to bring this to your notice that the shipments with numbers CTG2701040 and JPR[protected] are just stuck after reaching Bangalore. Its not getting delivered to the respective people. First one is the package which contains medications and is in Bangalore from past 1 month and still not delivered and the 2nd one has some important contents which is stuck in Bangalore from 28th May and also not getting delivered. Please do the needful. I have also raised complaint through the website which is of no use to me.

I have dispatched a parcel in professional courier Vijayawada gandhinagar on 21 may 2021
In pro the branch manager told me that it will directly reach to the CUSTOMER after 6 days there is no movement of the parcel so I just called to the manager he's not even responding he just cutoff the phn
Later on daily I'm asking them first he gave me toli chowki professional courier number even they are asking me to wait until lovkdown ends 😡and on the next day I called to the vijayawada branch manager he's telling today it will reach the CUSTOMER since from 13 days they are telling ### words they are not even attending our calls so we are callng from other number, even then the vijayawada branch manager is shouting on us that how many ppl will call me for that one parcel
Yes it is one parcel but it is worth of 4000/- rupees and it is for a celebrity

My consignment number is KUR[protected]. I had sent medicines worth 2000rs to my husband who is in vijayanagaram on 21st of this month from Airoli branch Navi mumbai. Till now the courier has not reached. The tracking status shows it has been dispatched from hyderabad on 26th to Vishakapatnam. But after that there is no idea. As it very urgent for my husband to take the medicines I request the concerned authority to take immediate action so that my issue is solved. As it is Lipid profile medicines hope the concerned authority knows the seriousness of it. Please take immediate action.

I did not received my courier book parcel.when I called medvakkam professional courier opp to Indian bank.they informed no service due to lockdown.Further, I was asked to visit their office and collect the courier. They are not ready to deliver to my address.
Saying reason lockdown.
Since you are supposed to deliver the courier in the communication address provided, the non delivery is not an excuse saying reason lockdown.

Hence please instruct your office to deliver my courier to my respective address.

So unfortunate that the consignment number HYD79325500 booked on 17.05.2021 at AS Rao Nagar, Hyd is lost & not reflecting online. How pathetic that the staff here are clueless, rude and washing away their hands. How can such a reputed company behave so irresponsible

I have lost my appraisal, as the documents have not reached on time.Now who shall bear the loss and compensate me.

My friend was consignor handover a parcel containing dry fruits to professional Couriers at Bhadrachalam on[protected], the parcel was reached to Hyderabad KPHB courier facility on[protected], but they are not delivered to delivery address, then I collected my parcel at courier facility on[protected] and I checked inside of parcel and 2 packages out of 5 are missing inside the parcel and 1 package was opened by someone and half quantity was missing, when I asked the courier facility person he replied that he doesn't have any idea, and suggested to raise a complaint, then I raised a query I professional Couriers portal, but no response from service provider and not even proper customer care channel for the professional Couriers, please help and support

It was informed from your Poojappura Office (Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala) regarding the receipt of article at their end. Further, I was asked to visit their office and collect the article. They are not ready to deliver the article in my address. This is the third time, they are doing like this.

Since you are supposed to deliver the article in the communication address provided, the non delivery is not an excuse and is purposeful.

Hence please instruct your office to deliver the article faling which, I will be forced to proceed against you legally for the redress of my grievance.

There is a parcel with the consignment number in the subject, i have received my courier to the destination, due to covid deliveries are not happening time to time and i understood that.

Because of that i personally went to courier company and asked me to handover the parcel, they are claiming that they haven't received yet even after it is showing in their website it is with them (patancheru Branch) .

I need immediate response as i have tried there customer care numbers and dropped several mails about the issue addressing in the mail for 3 times till now .

There is no such response from any of them.
