On 24th Apr 2021 the I have sent Courier from Professional courier from vellore to Hyderabad.
When I track the Courier it shows it got delivered but we didn't receive, I have tried reaching customer and sent an mail but no repose.
Kindly help me the sent an very important documents

I have couriered one small parcel from Tiruchengode to Coimbatore location on May 3rd.But it shows Delivered in the tracking status.But till now it not reached to the destination address.Please resolve it as soon as possible.Con No.TCG5642089.i have called the courier service but no response.Worst i faced.

Tracking# MAA[protected]. Says order delivery on May 18 but we didn't receive it. Unable to register complaint online as tcpglobe is a very poor website. Find my order and deliver to 1/35 Rajaji street kadambathur Thiruvallur district 631203 if not send it back to the consigner. My number [protected]

A parcel despatched from state bank of india, muthupet on 13/05/2021 still not yet delivered to the receiver. And not a proper explanation given for the delay from the Nagapattinam Professional courier. Please help us to know the status of our parcel and also give proper explanation for the delay.

We send courier from banglore to guttal in 12.5.2021, but its not reched still its in nelmangala.

NSDL has shipped my envelope containing PRAN card on 19.03.2021 vide VPL[protected]. Everything on the same envelope is correct but the same has not been received till date i.e 19.05.2021....

Professional courier called me to collect the product before lock down announced one hr before, so I said I cannot come now I have baby. They said they will send it to me, till now didn't receive the product nor they are answering the calls I tried so many times and also today I went to near the ofc to collect product but they didn't answer the calls... Worst service please send me my product I paid courier charges also.

Courier was done on 10/05/2021 from Vizag(Visakhapatnam) to Hyderabad sainikpuri address and as of now the said courier pack not reached the destination.

Would request the concern to help on the same and resolve the issue on high priority.

Many a times I called, twice they asked address too ... But they are not even called receiver ...

Are they following basic sop, instead of delivering receiver, keep on sending to the different courier offices...Not even basic knowledge to contact receiver contact number...

I trying to call tpc last two days in DPI branch.
Don't know the shipment status of consignment pod, pod no in not given approx the the consignment value 2 lacks...

I am Jaikarthik from Karaikudi. I have visited The Professional Courier Karaikudi Head Office on 17.05.2021 to send letter to Sivagangai from Karaikudi. The Staff told that the Courier charges to Sivagangai is ₹50. When I enquired the staff, he told that the Manager informed him to collect courier charges as minimum ₹50. There is No Tariff Chart list displayed in the Head Office. My letter just less than 20gm. Pl do necessary action and also inform me the Original cost for the Courier charges to my mail I'd jai.[protected]@gmail.com. It is also inform you that I have sent the same letter to Sivagangai at the cost of ₹40only. I have attached the photo of my letter.

I had initiated a delivery from Hubli to kannur district Kerala on 23.04.2021 . V r yet to receive courier at destination. On inquiry I was given followin contact no. None are being answered .

This is my first bad experience with professional... Where I am on my toes wonderin where is my parcel and none of the contacts are reachable.. I am aware it's pandemic situation and things r slow yet I would appreciate i[censored] cud revert with status of my courier ..or at the least whom to contact further ...

This is for consignment VPL[protected] submitted on 8th May 2021.
After 5 days of consignment being submitted, its status was not showing up on your site. So I called at this Malad West branch, and the person at this branch asked me to pay additional money on SiteMonkey.com website for the registration. This person asked me to pay INR 5 rupees, which looked like a very small amount, but quite an unusual ask.

SiteMonkey page asked for the credit card details with CVV number.

Person at this branch said without this registration money our parcel will not be sent. After he felt that I was not convinced and I challenged this ask of additional money, it seems he immediately sent the consignment and the next day on your website I could see the consignment status as dispatched and received at Tarapur.

I have proofs of this fraudulent ask.

I sent a consignment from Chennai to Hyderabad through The Professional Couriers vide airway bill ref: MAA[protected] dated 20th April'21. However, i do not know whether the consignment has been delivered yet.

When I checked the status in the TPC website, it is always showing "Compilation Error".

I approached the customer support team on 07th May and requested for proof of delivery of the consignment. However I am awaiting a response from the TPC team till now (14th May'21 19:30 hrs)

I sincerely believe that it is the right of the customer to know the status of the consignment and it is the duty of the company to make their customer informed of. Furthermore, the requested details can be fetched from the company's server in no time and therefore this delay in response is a complete ignorance of the TPC customer support team.

I request you to kindly intervene and take necessary action against Professional Couriers to provide the details on priority.

Unable to track the consignment of courier website and no one responding on mail and calls

His is to complaint about the parcel which my friend had sent from Bangalore to Hyderabad on May 08 2021 . Till now i didnt receive any information about parcel and even tracking status showing Transit in there own professional courier website. what it mean by transit being 5 days. The customer care numbers also not working to get an info. This is very pathetic service and no one is responsible for the customer service .I[censored] don't have capable to give service please stop your organization. and Please be responsible.
