MAA[protected] this is the shipment traveling from Chennai to Betul at 18th March 2020, till today this shipment is rotating between Bhopal and New Delhi, after so many call and Complain not getting my document. This is my complaint no given by Chennai office.

Highly unprofessional courier and staff. They do not communicate and just send the courier back. it keeps going around and is never delivered even after repeated calls. It has happened to me two times now and the staff cut the calls on your face or just stop picking up. If any area is not serviceable they should not take the courier in the first place. They are minting money by taking the parcel and then harrassing the customer for it.

On January 4th 2021 i have booked a parcel to banglore from proddatur, but i have went to the office and cancelled it on the next and requested them to return the parcel, after lots of follow up via calls and discussions, the banglore professional couriers staff member called on march 9th afternoon said that parcel was delivered on january 8th 2021 to the to address on it, and they are unable to produce any proof of the same and they are saying that its not their responsibility as the parcel is already delivered, when we took both delivery agent and the end customer, in call they clearly said that parcel is not at all delivered, now they are not returning the parcel and say we cant to do anything parcel was some where missing.

WORST, CHEATING, LYING, FAKE, FRAUD, DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS the professional couriers.

This courier service is totally FAKE AND FRAUD, from last two days I am tracking my consignee but there is no tracking status of my consignment. And for the same mobile number is given of SILLY STUPID AGENT shailesh surve [protected].

I am calling him from 03:00 pm(15 calls) from my number but the ### is neither answering my call nor calling back. What type of a DIRTY DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS professional courier is this, actually they are not professional but are an amateur ###S.

Firstly they don't have any tracking update of any consignment and secondly they don't have the CALIBRE to answer the call or call back.

Never ever use or opt for this professional couriers as they are FOOLISH, LYING, BOTHERLESS, IGNORANT, NEGLIGENT and CARELESS professional couriers. They at The Professional Couriers are committed to unsatisfy the expectations of their CUSTOMERs through untimely and unsafe delivery of their consignments.

They achieve this through unprofessional managment, no-team work and uncontinuous unrefinement of their services.

Courier not delivered in time. Courier booked on 29 march 2021at Salem professional courier, not yet delivered. Booking no.SLM[protected].

A consignment CJB4030070 was not delivered by your professional courier delivery person Naresh .

Delivery person Naresh has not delivered the courier at correct residence address. Forced the customer to come to a different location and collect.
He is repeat offender causing troubles to multiple customers in DD colony, Hyderabad.
Naresh [protected] is consistently behaving rudely with customers and asking customers to come to professional couriers office and collect the package. He is very unprofessional and in multiple cases has tampered with the couriers and parcels.
Please take action against Naresh [protected] immediately.

We have repeatedly complained to Professional couriers Hyderabad Office, not to send Naresh to DD colony area. He is tampering with the security.
Please take immediate action against Naresh [protected] and assure your customers of Professional courier's service.

I have place my courier on 23rd march to gitam vizag but they didn't receive any parcel till now its been more than a week. Please do consider my complaint and see that my courier is reached

Whenever I have received That courier iam received from courier office only.. .. that courier Person asked come and collect parcel from courier office..then y u appoint that delivery person..very worst behaviour for that courier branch

HBL31016672 this is the c/n number of my courier and i need details of the person who received this courier in destination .

Professional courier, Kamarajar Salai Branch, Madurai is not delivering the parcels to Home. The resources are calling us and informing that they could not deliver the parcel and we have to go in person to collect it.

Like this several times it happened and during the Covid time the Branch person was saying due to Covid we are not delivering and the customer has to come and collect. Even now also they are denying to deliver the parcel at home and if we are saying that we are in meeting and not able to pick, then we are getting the reply as, Okay we will deliver to your home by auto and we do not know when that will happen.

I am trying to find out the Madurai Head Office Branch Manager's number of Professional Courier to make this complaint. But I have not got so far.

Please make necessary actions in this regard and arrange to provide the customer service at the satisfactory level.

I have ordered a product from Amazon Sold by NIRA HUB for my parents. They have sent the package through professional couriers. My mother got a call from the professional courier, venjaramood delivery man, stating that we need to collect the order from their office venjaramood or from the shop in the town Vembayam which is around 8.3 km and 2.25 kilometers respectively from the home. I have ordered the item through Amazon because it will be delivered to home so that my father who recently had a fracture need not to go to town to buy it. As i have ordered the items before through Amazon, i had confidence that it will be delivered home.
My parents requested the delivery man to deliver it to home but he told that " if you need the item, you need to collect it, otherwise we will send it back" . And on the next day, the Amazon showed that, the item has been delivered but we have not recieved it.

I contacted the seller and they are saying that they cannot do anything as it says it has been delivered and they have contacted the courier service and they said it has been delivered to a family member.
The seller want me to provide the call recording or any evidences. It is not possible for a ordinary 60 year old above parent to call record or provide evidence.

This obviously is an act of fraudulence from the courier service . They could have atleast send it back so that we get refund for it. They might have tampered the courier and taken the item which was a famous perfume which i had to pay 1046.26 rupees. I believe that each rupee has its own value and what this professional courier service, venjaramood, Trivandrum branch has done is an act of robbery

I have recieved a call from a profession courier guy on Morning 11-28 AM regarding the address i have clearly mentioned the address but he said he cant locate the address to delay the delivery and again called him 3 or 4 times but he did not picked the call i tried calling from another number he answered in a arrognant way todataly unsatisfied with the Courier guy.

Sir/madam--I had sent 1 letter through Professional Courier from Avadi-Chennai office to Vijayawada office--Booking No--PRO[protected]Charges involved Rs170/-Vijayawada courier office had not delivered the cover to the party & insisted the party to collect the letter from their office.The aged party had spent busfare -to & fro Rs 50/- to their office & collected the letter cover from Vijayawada office.I request the action against not delivered letter to party address & insisting party to collect the letter cover from their office & ask them to return Rs 50//- spent to the party.Thanks.
