Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Sushruth from Chennai. I had shipped a parcel consisting of 10 decorative items with costing Rs.15000/- on 18/03/2019 from Chennai to Ranchi. . The total weight of the parcel was 9kgs and it was packed with sufficient packing material to protect the goods. Despite this, the parcel was delivered to the location in the damaged condition. One of the decorative item worth Rs.1000/- was completely broken. I have attached the pictures of the received parcel. Being a regular customer for Professional Couriers, this incident has hurt my business very badly. From the pictures, I feel my parcel was opened by someone from the delivery team before the final delivery. I didn't expect this kind of negligent shipping service from a reputed courier service provider like Professional. I would request you to take immediate action against the people responsible for the damage of my products as well as giving me with the compensation for the loss I have incurred by opting for your courier service.

This is happening to me second time, take a note i[censored]r unable to deliver parcel to the partular address then please inform us before booking. Ur simple booking whatever address then when the delivery time local guy inform us we don't have delivery service to your area so pls come collect.
This is total laziness the worker. Its going to happen again to some other customer you will lose customer creditability.

You are the worst courier service and should not take any couriers. Firstly, you were unable to deliver the courier on time and was late by 25 days. Secondly, all my stuff are damage inside. My consignment number is pnq59012881. I had my delivery done on 5th march 2019 on which i received on 22nd of march 2019.
If you could not deliver the courier on time and handle it with care you should have not agreed on the services. People on your end told me they were unable to deliver my courier as no service was available and sent it back to pune with my consent. What am i supposed to do the things that have been damage. I will definetly going to raise complain of profession courier services on consumer forum and will put a bad review as well.

It has become habitual with professional couriers in not delivering the documents/letters to the addresee.
They expect the addressee to go to their office and collect it.
It is high time that this should be made public in media and print and i intend to do it.
Dear ones: p l e a se desist from sending letters/documents through professional couriers as it is definite that it will not be delivered to the addressee.
My courier no 7321867 dated 13-03-19 from ramanattukara, calicut to visakhapatnam is not yet delivered on 23-03-19 though the consignment reached thereat on 15-03-19.
The govt authorities, consumer redressal cell etc are being informed.
Please therefore boycott this wrotten courier service.
India posts are 1000s time better than this foul and cheating courier service.

I have been calling and writing email to Head Office and Hyderabad Office and Nellore delivery center from past 20 days no one is responding to emails and I have called soo many times to all call center numbers mentioned in website no one is answering the calls.

I didn't see such a ridiculous customer service in my life.

I have a shipment in Nellore delivery location and it is expected to delver on 02.Mar.19, but till now no one delivered the shipment or called for the information.

In the past one month, i had received at least 5 courier through the proffessional courier thrissur.

None of them were delivered in my house and i had to go to their offices to collect the courier in spite of my busy schedules.

My house is only 5.5 km from thrissur town. If they can't deliver that also, then why are they operating as courier service.

My courier consignment number is jpr[protected]. It has been sent from jaipur to chanda nagar, bhel pincode 500050. It has been 17 days there is customer care to complain and the online complaint wont even work. Im i getting the parcel or not? When ever i call the helpline number given in the page they just share the contact number of the branch of exactly the package is in which is not chanda nagar btw and those guys never pick my call.

My c/ n is pro8300160. I have been facing problem regarding my courier as it is yet not delivered and not moving when it is in the receipents city. I have a demand draft in my package and now i have started worrying about my package. The date on which my consignment was registered was 12/03/2019 and after 14/03/2019 it is not moving. Today is 19/03/2019. The package was to be sent to allahabad from karjat and the package was important. I tried calling customer care but they put my call on hold and after sometime the call was cut. Even after i tried to register a complaint your website started facing technical issues. Request you to please look upon my matter.

I have sent an urgent courier on 12th mar, from lucknow with c/o number lko 50683375. I was told that it will be delivered by 14th to noida address. But it has not yet received.
On checking status, it shows no update after 14mar @ 10:09 am when it has reached noida. Delivery sheet number for noida is mnda25489.
Now they have updated status that it is dispatched to new delhi? Why sending from noida to again delhi? Even though delivery address is in noida?
I need this package to be delivered by today itself. It's very urgent. Please track it and deliver it by today end of day.

The courier guy called and asked me to collect pan card by evening. I am a working professional and cant collect it on a weekday that to without a notice.
He asked me to come to masoodpur and said that its not too far the residence (10 km only).
My complain is on multiple front:
1) why was the courier not delivered at my residence
2) why is there a deadline of less than 24 hours
3) why is the contact number present not valid
4) is it even remotely professional?

This consignment was booked from mumbai on march 5th, 2019 and had reached kolkata on 7th march, 2019.

Since then this has not been delivered. I called them on 9th march, 2019 and they said that the package would be delivered on the 11th but as of date, it has not yet been delivered.

I have been using professional couriers for a long time and never ever have i seen such an unprofessional service from your team.

I have been calling the local behala office but they are not responding at all

Be assured that i will stop using tpc completely based on this recent negative experience.

I book my parcel from hissar to kochi on 3rd march.. When i tracked the parcel it was despatched to kochi from newdelhi hub on 6th march. And its still in transit and today is march 11th.. My tracking id is his[protected]. Very late delivery. And please verify and let me know when will i receive it or get back to me as soon as possible... Thank you..!

I sent some important air port custem deparment documents through professional courier on 26/feb/19 from chembur to kurla west. But till date the courier was not delivered to the destination and the status on their website says 'out for delivery' from last 10. I tried reaching their customer care, mumbai branch of professional courier, mumbai office etc they are clue less.
They mention the same thing that courier was out for delivery on 28-feb-19 and they don't know the current status.

Their name is processional courier but they don't act professional. They are one of worst courier company i have ever seen. With nil response to their customers.

I am writing you today regarding my courier awb: hrd74635808 it reached this morning at 11:52 am to belgaum they give a call and say come and pick up the parcel why is that so when it's door delivery before couriering i checked with courier partner of professional couriers and then sent the parcel even on the website 590014 pincode is serviceable yet the people o[censored]dyambag branch asks me to come and pick up what is your service on top of that the employee blackmails me says if you don't come and take the parcel we will return back what the hell service is u guys have. I have sent the parcel for a reason it's a bday parcel which she has to receive i have the call recordings where the employee doesn't has manners nor the manager of the udyambag. If this is not delivered today i will have to post all the audios on youtube and go to consumer forum and register complaint on the service you'll provide by troubling customer's if that was the dont take so much money from us i[censored] guys can't deliver to door trusting you guys we send parcel.. I will make sure this will be taken to higher authority if my family doesn't receive the parcel today and will post all the recordings.

I need the resolution on early basis as u guys don't deliver on sunday.

The courier is supposed to be sent to our house at beeramguda, but the patancheru office girl calls and asks me to collect courier from their office saying there is no service in my area. Then why didn't the courier person inform us before we give our package to them. She is very rude and do not take responsibility of delivery service. Can see all the Google reviews on your branch a very very bad rating and reviews. Have received alot of couriers to our home, but never been asked, us to come and collect. Would never go to professional again and would never suggest anyone to use it.

Hi my tracking no is cgl6015836 it was boked in chennai - but still now i dint receive the courier, i personally went the our delivery hub and i asked, but they cant able to find the parcel. After 20min they said its out for delivery. But at the same time they are saying it will deliver yeaterday becaue of some # reason. (Delivery boy docent know the address)

And they given a promise it will delivered today morning with out file but still now not received

From morning i try to contact the branch but the no is engaged

We sent the courier to aic of india, chennai from city union bank ltd, mannargudi on november 1 to 30. We missed the november month 2016 booking receipts. Kindly help to trace it whether it delivered or not...
