The courier was done on Saturday from Udupi to Bangalore Whitefield. Still the courier is not received. When contacting at the sender place, the courier has already reached the destination Bangalore - Ramagondanahalli office. But the courier representative not showing the interest to deliver the same. This has been happening so many times with this particular office. Kindly take the necessary action and help us in getting the courier asap....

I have sent a courier from Chennai to Hyderabad on Tuesday. It has reached the Hyd hub on Thursday morning. When I tried to reach the customer care number Hyd as well as Chennai, the customer care executives who attended the call doesnt have basic manners on how to speak to a customer. We called up the raichur courier office, they didn't respond properly and they spoke irresponsibly saying that the parcel might be lost or missing. They didn't seem to care....

It shows delivered on 4th and i was trying to get hold onto sender hence it took time for me to contact you.
