Hi, I send a courier from Kurla, Mumbai to Canada(WES center) on 18th April, 2019 . Today it is 12th June, 2019 and yet the courier has not being received by the WES center, the tracking site still shows that it is in transit . It has important documents which was supposed to be delivered . My Canada immigration is stuck unless this document is received by WES . Please suggest, I tried calling the customer care of Professional courier but no one picks, please help .

    I had sent life saving medicines for my aunt from Bangalore to Noida (parcel:[protected]. They did nit deliver the medicines, did not contact on the mobile numbers given on the parcel box and when my sister went to their Noida office they had no idea about the parcel. This was when their Tracking system showed the parcel at their Noida office. The parcel has not been returned to me, and now they have even removed its details from Tracking system

      CONSIGNMENT WITH NUMBER HYD 74044740 WAS COURIERED FROM hyderabad on 10/05/2019 from Hyderabad for varanasi . The consignment contains medicine which is necessary for survival of patient suffering from Lung cancer stage IV.Till date it has not reached the destination (Shri Krishna Medical, Varanasi). Talked to customer care executive at Hyderabad and delhi, but it yielded no result and they revealed that my consignment has not touched delhi.copy of invoice is also attached

      Please help in delivery of medicine necessary for survival of Lung cancer stage IV patient(Father, aged 70 years)

      with reference to mail communication done on 26/05/2019 & 31/05/2019 done at all the mail of your HO office and Hyderabad office, repeated telephonic conversation on[protected],[protected] and registration of complain CRMID-279705, 279504 regarding failure to deliver the consignment No.-HYD[protected] for Varanasi, is has been perceived poor response from your hyderabad office . Till now it seems no concrete step has been taken for tracking of my consignment for its early delivery. The consignment contained 2 Erleva sachet required for Lung Cancer stage IV patient aged 70 years . If any causality happens in his life for that ur courier service will be solely responsible

      Plz take action to deliver it or deliver the 2 Erleva 150 MG at your own cost at the same address as mentioned in the Lost consignment(HYD[protected].

          I live in maraimalainagar Kanchipuram district.Bill number is HIS[protected] .my parcel was send from Hissur Haryana .My parcel couriered to me on 21st of may 2019 and today is 10th of June ..on 25th my parcel despatched from Chennai to Chengallpattu ...My area is under Chengallpattu.. When I call them they said they don't receive the parcel...so I call Chennai courier service they said we have send it to Chengallpattu..and they asked me to call Chengallpattu again..so I call them again and they said call your area office ..I contacted maraimalainagar courier service..They Said they don't receive the parcel we are not responsible for that..You have to ask the branch office for this...Still now they don't take any action.And main thing is they never attend your call asap..They always busy only.Sometime the phone rings but they will not attend .. Word professional is not suitable for your courier service..very worst service ever.

              My courier number HRD30056117 status showing as delivered online but no one has come to my address. I am wondering how come they simply update status as delivered. Called customer care and as usual very rude response.
              They are not ready to investigate and find the exact place where they have delivered. Please help me to locate my courier.

                I have booked a parcel from pimpri to jaipur at rathod courier, pimpri on 29th may 2019. The parcel is booked to send byb air and paid charges rs 900/- via receipt no. Pune/mh/pnw/t:[protected]. (Pnq[protected].
                Till date parcel is not delivered to jaipur. On enquiry at jaipur i come to know that parcel is dispatched through train instead of flight.

                Its very bad and cheated..

                  A courier was dispatched from chennai to mumbai on the 27th of june, 2019. On the 30th, the track option showed that it had been delivered and signed for. Neither i nor anyone in the vicinity have received the package. Despite repeated complaints and emails, i have not even so much as gotten a callback from these most unprofessional people. What does one do with them? The package contains a very important document that is most urgent.

                    Very very poor service and responsibility, i booked my courier on 14/5/19 (Krr1931546), worth of rs.1000. Yet my parcel is not delivered or returned. The faculties in the office are not responding properly. Then who is responsible for my parcel. Who the hell will return my money and my parcel. Seriously i fed up with your services. If someone could help me?

Same was received at jalandhar office of professional courier as on dated 25/05/19. But till date 30/05/19 we not received the courier at bharti axa life ins.co. Office. We have already called at jalandhar office at no.[protected] from 29/05/19 approx 30 times & at chandigarh office on no.[protected] approx. 20 times. But still we not received the courier & now on both numbers no one picking the calls.

                        The worst courier service. They collected extra money for 'most urgent' and delivered later than the normal delivery. When asked, they were so irresponsible about the delivery.

                          Jpr[protected] for the past 2 days no update. What happened to the parcel. Y the status is same. Its urgent. Also i tried to contact chennai professional couriers and jaipur. Y professional courier service compaints cant be taken or investigated chennai officer asked me to call jaipur. How can i convey my message they cant understand english officers should contact themself and solve customer problem

                                Hello sir/madam.

                                My order not delivered to my address. Contact number [protected] in package,
                                I get call from panruti courier service they say they didn't deliver to that address, and say its is not deliverable, but in professional courier web site 607108 pin code is deliverable, village name oraiyur. I tried raise compliant about this issue in professional courier web site, feedback page not working show error in submit, please check that, my 10 orders not delivered in past 3 months, i request order number but panruti professional courier person not telling that details.

                                Worst customer care support. They didn't response, and didn't respect customers, they not delivery my more then 10 order in past months, they say did not delivery to my address, please solve problem.

                                  Now I'm planning to go with legal proceedings.
                                  My currier is missing by chandigarh and I hope my currier thept by panchkula by khem courier boy his phone no is [protected] my phone value is 18000 but if claim to company 60000 rs

                                    Consignment no: bbi10215786, dispatched from paradeep odisha on 13.5.2019 to jeypore, koraput, odisha. Till date i have not received. Called your paradeep, bhubaneswar, koraput and jeypore offices. Bhubaneswar office is saying that we have dispatched it to koraput on friday but koraput office has not received it on saturday... Is it lost. Many times i asked but no one has replied... Resolve it asap.

                                      I used "the professional courier" services first time and will make sure that this will be mine last dealing with them.
                                      My courier was reached at faridabad on 18th may and i was asked by the centre to wait for another 4-5days to get it delivered at my address, which will make the total transit of more than 10days.
                                      I have never seen such kind of pathetic courier services.

                                        Has to send the copy of my property papers to badlapur from your courier outlet at shop no 8, shrishti bldg, powai, mumbai 400072. I gave the papers on 11.05.19(sat) and they said it will get delivered on 13.05.19(mon). I taught it got delivered, bt it came to my notice that the courier has still not received . I called the your provider on 15.5.19(wed), they again assured of delivery on 17.5.19(friday).And now today is 19.5.19(sun). Still the courier has not been delivered. Pathetic service.
