Hi mr warghis,

This is to bring to your notice that my parcel is missing and it has been dispacted since dec 18, 2018, habe made multiple complains but not a single satisfactory response

I am coordinating with one of your employee vishaka who promised a callback but no one turned up till, hence writing this email

Praveen from nagdevi 400003 branch confirmed that the parcel is missing and they cannot find that, now i have informed that a letter will be sent to us which confirms that the parcel is missing.

So i have few questions :

1. Shall a customer has to wait for the letter being sent?
2. Why there's no turn around time being provided? (I am following up since 5 days now) no proper response from praveen or from vishaka
3. What is the process to escalate this?
4. Customer has to wait for claim letter for getting his / her money back? Without any turn around time
5. Where to reach if customer is not happy with the responses he or she is getting

Adding consumer forum in this email email to get justice

Also, if within 72 hrs if i do not get any response, i will post this on all social media along with the legal team being involved

    After receiving parcel at city hub of professional courier, branch office has not delivered the courier within a week after multiple calls from customer. Courier office staff are so unprofessional that they are not responding to phone calls and instead cutting the calls. Worst courier service in hyderabad i have ever seen. If in 10 days, courier cannot be delivered from source to destination point within india, its really pathetic.

    Without intimation parcel returned and still day not informed to sender and reciver a dress .

    Already 10dys is gone and your service centre manager have not have any records ...
    It's very very bad ...I

      Vns[protected] is the consignment no that is showing delivered however i have not received anything..

      No one is aware where my package is.
      I have already contacted the regional office no one is answering the call...

      Yesterday i called them 4 to 5 time they kept on saying that i will get it but nothing delivered.

      I tried calling their customer care number but they r on after 10 only.
      Worst service...

        I am want to deliver a courier to icici lombard health care which is located in hyderabad and same address was mentioned in the courier pack also.
        But now while tracking courier, it is showing me that the courier is delivering to vaniyambadi. This problem is i am facing second time with this courier office. Really they are very worst people, always chit chatting to each other.

        I have to deliver with in seven days to that point. Please take as a serious action do the solve.

            We have sent a courier from east mumbai to bengaluru on 5th nov with c/no. Kur[protected]. It has reached bengaluru - mahadevapura on 9th nov with delivery sheet no. Iblr[protected].               Parcel under tracking no. Del[protected] sent from Delhi on 30th Nov reached destination Mumbai on 14th December with torn parcel all items removed. No accountability n professionalism. Very disappointed with the service

                I have already filed my complaint against Professional Couriers' deficiency in customer service. The complaint is still unresolved. But I received an SMS message from the Courier people reading as follows: Your complaint ID CRM 253986 in respect of AWB No. BLR55099817 has been closed. We believe that the same was attended to your satisfaction.

                But my complaint to you still standa and it has not been resolved. So it is requested that my position be explained to them.

                  On 12.12.2018, we booked a consignment by premium service of professional couriers for mr. S. K. Javed, 2-2-1403 balaji nagar, nellore 524002 (A. P.). Today is 17.12.2018, 4:00 pm but the consignment has been out for delivery since 15.12.2018.

                  The above disconnect is inexplicable and amounts to severe deficiency of service and mental harassment by the courier agency without any remorse or retribution.

                  If the professional courier agency does not pay damages amounting to rs. 10, 000/- as compensation, we will be forced to approach the consumer court.

                  The Customer Care Division of Professional Couriers has updated us that any consignment destined for Andhra Pradesh normally takes up to 8 days or more. So the consignment will be delivered tomorrow and hence as per standard operating procedures there is no deficiency of service in the instant non-delivery of consignment till date.

                  The non-delivery of the Consignment till 17/12/2018 amounts to disregard of the most elementary standards of performance when we compare the standards of operating procedures of India Posts.

                  There is a dire need for the Indian Consumer Complaints Forum to pass an order of forsaking the booked consignment and awarding a Monetary Compensation of Rs. 10, 000/- to the consumer paying attention to the hardship and mental agony and harassment suffered at the dereliction of duty by the service providers of Professional Couriers.

                    We had send one courier from OMALUR ( SALEM DT) SRI THIRUMALAI ANDAVAR, N. Ramanathan. Mob: [protected]. To A.Loganathan, Thiruporur, Thandalam. [protected].

                    Booking time is 03:05 PM at 12/12/2018. Dispatched to Thiruporur from chengalpattu on 13/12/2018 at 08:13.

                    But, till now courier is not dispatched to me. I'm called to thiruporur office. Office person not responding properly.she said delivery person is not available. you come and collect or wait it till Monday. if delivery person is come we will delivery to you. she didn't call on 13 th onwards. Im asked to her. Mam why you didn't called on 13th & 14th december. she replied that is not in my work. you don't ask anything to me.

                    POOR RESPONSE FORM PROFESSIONAL COURIER. SHE DIDN'T KNOWN WHAT ISA MEAN OF PROFESSIONAL.

                      Dispatched a courier on 2nd december from bangalore to addanki with both consignor and consignee details mentioned and pasted on the package.. 4th december it has reached addanki and 11th december i got a call from addanki courier service asking for customer's contact number which was after 8days.. While giving the courier they have accepted saying that they have door delivery service and will reach in 2days and i went so far to the professional courier office and paid more as it's an urgent courier and they can get it delivered soon.. And still the courier is not reached saying they don't have door delivery service where customer has left india and did not reach your pack on time and noone is able to collect it.. When i called addanki customer care service asking to get it delivered they said shutup and disconnect the call

                        A parcel was sent from bangalore to bhubaneswar on 27th april, 2018 with tracking id hrd[protected] but has still not been received at the destination. I have been trying to track it but i am not able to locate it on your tracking page.
                        It is required urgently as it includes
                        Original certificate. If i am unable to locate this parcel i will not be able to register for the 3rd term of my mba college and my degree will be claimed invalid.

                          One item was booked from bengaluru to jamkhandi to vide no. Blr[protected] on 12/12/2018. It reached jamkhandi on 13/12/2018 at 02:22 pm. As it was urgently needed i requested them to deliver the item on 13/12/2018, however they didn't do so and kept me in dark telling that it would be delivered on 13/12/2018. I called at least 10 times but of no account.

                            I have sent a parcel on tuesday eve from chennai to kumbakonam. But still the product is not delivered. Its been more than 2days i have not received any notification. I called to chennai professional courier they said the parcel is reached kumbakonam. But the parc is not delivered to the concern address. Even i tried their phone number of times they are not even answering the call. We are paying money for delivering a parcel on time. Is this the way you are treating customers. My parcel should be delivered today. It should be done.

                              Courier sent on 27th nov from pune, its still not reached to me but tracking status showing as its delivered on 5th december.

                              I visited near by vidhyaranpura branch and also called them 4 times still there is a no proper response, every time they keep on telling server is slow to check, that delivery boy is out of station, will call you back etc etc.

                              Really first time its a worst experience i am facing with professional courier.

                                On 3rd Dec 2018 i had booked a parcel which had to be sent to New Delhi, but instead they send it to Manglore. I tried calling customer care and they told me by mistake it happen (very carelessly) and also mentioned that by Friday they will deliver to New Delhi. Today 10.12.18 i again called but they are not giving me any proper reply. The time is running on and there are no proper solution to this. I am worried if they they had loose my parcel. If they cant handle the parcel they should compensate me for this.
                                The Customer care services are not at all upto the mark. They also dont know how to talk to customers.

                                  Your courier name is professional but your service is unprofessional

                                  Nobody is listening to customer

                                  What's facing problems

                                  No any status on track my courier

                                  Charge is very high and your service very down

                                    The consignment no. Ldh[protected] was dispatched from ludhiana on 20th nov and till date it hasn't reached to its destination kerala kasargoad.

                                    Tracking details of 26th shows it never reached chennai hub from delhi hub.. On 29th nov gave a call to the concerned offices in chennai. They were just asking to call up on other different numbers.

                                    On 3rd dec placed complaint by the consigner on the website crm251752.

                                    On 5th called up the corporate office in mumbai which was received by mr. Shashank who asked to give a call to the customer care office [protected]. Ms. Mamta of the customer care once again did not help rather was asking to call up on all the hub.. After few minutes she agreed to provide help and told that she will call up in the next 30 minutes. 1 day has passed no call from their end and neither any status update from the companies customer service department

                                    Disappointed to see the poor service. Hope the things are been investigated and my product ordered do reach at the earliest.

                                      I booked courier from kurnool to hyderabad on 30th of november. Other side they didn't receive my courier. I called to madhapur delivery point people took 15 minutes to lift the phone at 10.30 am on 6th. When i requested her if they can deliver the courier at least today. She said, "sorry sir we don't have boys to

But till now item not received. Rep at KG Halli giving fake answers. Horrible service. Request to deliver the consignment soon.

                                        A parcel which was sent from mumbai by colgate india to me dr sivan p was not delivered even after the site shows it was received at pappanamcode facility in trivandrum on 27/11/2018 on online tracking with consignment number kur[protected]. When i approached the main office at thycaud it was updated in their computer that the parcel was picked up by the employees of pappanamcode branch and after enquiring about what happened to the parcel all that they could tell that its not with them. They asked to to register a complaint and so im doing it. This has happened to me last year also and many dentists also face same issue since we dont complain about not receiving the parcel. I request you to take necessary actions so that they dont repeat it again. Thank you
