Respected sir/madam,
I want to complaint against the professional courier services. They are doing fraud activities-
1. They have given me receipt of airway bill no which is (Pat[protected], they said us they will deliver that package in 3 days and charged rs. 600, but my package is not delivered to given address.
2. When i enquired i get information that, my package is sent from muzaffarpur to bangalore through railway and bill no. Is (Mzp[protected].
My bill no. Is changed, my first bill no. Was (Pat20005884 and now it has been changed and new bill no. Is mzp[protected] and i know about this change, when i enquired from office.
Now 3 days have been passed, in that package all the food item is spoilt, my rs.5000 is also wasted.
They have done fraud activity with us.
So, they should compensate me by returning rs.5600
Please inform me within 1or 2 days.
