Dear sir,
Myself arif from chennai. I made a service from @kallakuruchi to @chennai, the courier box contains a moblie phone, a charger, a buyer's bill from quikr, the courier was sent by my brother in a professionally packed way. And when it comes to delivery i had a doubt in the weight of the box. Since i opened it and found that my mobile phone is not there inside. I gave a complaint but the manager of the particular office mr. Jaheer hussain was not responding and giving a satisfying answer.

My parcel was to be send from kanpur to banglore by 6th of april 2019. On tracking the parcel i had found that it has been dilevered in cochin. I needed the parcel by 10th of april urgently. I had the worst experience in this courier service there are no people to listen you missing parcel request. They know its there fault still there are no people who can help. Worst courier service ever seen. All the employs are so rude to talk.

I am alvin. My courier number is:2104531 was sent from nagercoil to trichy on 04/04/2019. The receiver got the courier 05/04/2019 and a mobile phone alone is missing from the courier package.
Someone has opened the courier from the bottom and has stolen the mobile phone alone. The tape which i put is replaced by another light colored tape in the bottom of the package.
I have attached photo proofs of that changes which has been done to the package.
I kindly request you sir/madam to take sufficient action for this act.

Hi, i did not receive my parcel still for almost 4 days but it shows it is delivered on april 2nd itself. They should check for the receivers name and identity before they deliver. They have not delivered it in my apartment anywhere and i even checked the cctv footage for reference. I am not finding any delivery person form tpc delivering any package on april 2 as per their website. I need it immediately.

I am calling professional courier land line numbers not receive 8 to 10 time and taking and receiving call then language not good and delivery boy number always rong 2 times and every time rong this delivers not good i am so embarrassed this professional courier service so bad services so pls improve professional courier service customers are face bad services.

My consignment was sent on 14th march till now didn't deliverd the parcel as it contain medicines of some serious patient. The professional courier of guwahati are unable to deliver inspite of making them understand my problem. As i am an working woman i cant go on my office hours and why should i go as the courier always comes to the destination thats why they charge... Right?
This courier service sucks!!!

Courier no. Hnr239614 booked on 19.03.2019 in honnavar, north kanara, karnataka to vidyaranyapura, bangalore, has contained medicine valued around rs.1300/- and courier charges paid rs.120/-. But it has not reached party as on today. I request you, kindly reimbursement of value of medicine & courier charges and loss.

So much delayed . Its an unprofessional service. Never expect it takes nearly a week to deliver from delhi to dehradun its just a 6hrs journey and haven't recieve till now. It was sent on 29 march from munirka delhi and while tracking my packaged has reach dehradun hub office on the next day that is on 30march at 12.45pm . After reaching dehradun hub officer theres no any sign to track as it shown theres no service area till now. Im so dissapointed as some of my documents and food staff are inside the packaged.

I am raising a complaint for the delay happened in deliverying my parcel (Order id : hbl[protected]. As per tracking details for the mentioned order id, though the parcel has reached destination center (Bangalore) on 27th of march, concerned person is failed to deliver it to my location (Lakshmi layout bangalore). I have contacted customer care and also sent a mail to [protected]@tpcglobe.co.in regarding the said issue but i am experiencing a very casual approach from their end. Expecting a quicker and effective response from now onwards atleast.

I am booked a courier from cherpulassery in palakkad district kerala on 28/03/2019. Item's destination is palakkad town. Usually item will reach within one day. Item is reached on the next day. But they courier the item to chennai. So it will not reach today also. I need this item to deliver atleast today. If it fails i lost my business. This's responsibility should be take the professional courier....

Jpr[protected] looto marketing century tower is my courier number and courier is not delivered to origin, 1st timer this courier is delivered and 2nd time this courier is not delivered courier will be retune is 26 march and not received to me after 30 march so please to my office immediately, so please action in this matter. And resolved my courier please.

I want to complaint against the professional courier services. They are doing fraud activities-
1. They have given me receipt of airway bill no which is (Pat[protected], they said us they will deliver that package in 3 days and charged rs. 600, but my package is not delivered to given address.
2. When i enquired i get information that, my package is sent from muzaffarpur to bangalore through railway and bill no. Is (Mzp[protected].
My bill no. Is changed, my first bill no. Was (Pat20005884 and now it has been changed and new bill no. Is mzp[protected] and i know about this change, when i enquired from office.
Now 3 days have been passed, in that package all the food item is spoilt, my rs.5000 is also wasted.
They have done fraud activity with us.
So, they should compensate me by returning rs.5600
Please inform me within 1or 2 days.

I have booked one consignment consisting medicine on 25.3.19 to vijayawada vide consignment note no. Vsp4163989.
Till this moment, no delivery is taken place, when i contacted professional courier of labbipet, /vijayawada being a destination point, he is asking party to come and collect - pkt. Besides, saying that his delivery boy carried the - pkt yesterday but hostel people not taken delivery!!! Which is a lie according to hostel, they say nobody is turned till this moment...
Pl look into and ensure immediate delivery while taking appropriate action for this abnormal delay and ridiculous response of come and collect delivery!!!

My name is md. Imran. I am indus viva products distributor in jaggayyapeta. Here what i want to tell is nobody was informing that product reached in their office instead of bringing parcel to home as delivery charges given early. If i did not get that parcel in 1 or 2 days it will be send automatically to bangalore. I am not the only customer in jaggayyapeta area. Sir/ madam plz solve this problem as early as possible

I am Sushruth from Chennai. I had shipped a parcel consisting of 10 decorative items with costing Rs.15000/- on 18/03/2019 from Chennai to Ranchi. . The total weight of the parcel was 9kgs and it was packed with sufficient packing material to protect the goods. Despite this, the parcel was delivered to the location in the damaged condition. One of the decorative item worth Rs.1000/- was completely broken. I have attached the pictures of the received parcel. Being a regular customer for Professional Couriers, this incident has hurt my business very badly. From the pictures, I feel my parcel was opened by someone from the delivery team before the final delivery. I didn't expect this kind of negligent shipping service from a reputed courier service provider like Professional. I would request you to take immediate action against the people responsible for the damage of my products as well as giving me with the compensation for the loss I have incurred by opting for your courier service.

This is happening to me second time, take a note i[censored]r unable to deliver parcel to the partular address then please inform us before booking. Ur simple booking whatever address then when the delivery time local guy inform us we don't have delivery service to your area so pls come collect.
This is total laziness the worker. Its going to happen again to some other customer you will lose customer creditability.

You are the worst courier service and should not take any couriers. Firstly, you were unable to deliver the courier on time and was late by 25 days. Secondly, all my stuff are damage inside. My consignment number is pnq59012881. I had my delivery done on 5th march 2019 on which i received on 22nd of march 2019.
If you could not deliver the courier on time and handle it with care you should have not agreed on the services. People on your end told me they were unable to deliver my courier as no service was available and sent it back to pune with my consent. What am i supposed to do the things that have been damage. I will definetly going to raise complain of profession courier services on consumer forum and will put a bad review as well.

It has become habitual with professional couriers in not delivering the documents/letters to the addresee.
They expect the addressee to go to their office and collect it.
It is high time that this should be made public in media and print and i intend to do it.
Dear ones: p l e a se desist from sending letters/documents through professional couriers as it is definite that it will not be delivered to the addressee.
My courier no 7321867 dated 13-03-19 from ramanattukara, calicut to visakhapatnam is not yet delivered on 23-03-19 though the consignment reached thereat on 15-03-19.
The govt authorities, consumer redressal cell etc are being informed.
Please therefore boycott this wrotten courier service.
India posts are 1000s time better than this foul and cheating courier service.

Dear Team,

I have been calling and writing email to Head Office and Hyderabad Office and Nellore delivery center from past 20 days no one is responding to emails and I have called soo many times to all call center numbers mentioned in website no one is answering the calls.

I didn't see such a ridiculous customer service in my life.

I have a shipment in Nellore delivery location and it is expected to delver on 02.Mar.19, but till now no one delivered the shipment or called for the information.

In the past one month, i had received at least 5 courier through the proffessional courier thrissur.

None of them were delivered in my house and i had to go to their offices to collect the courier in spite of my busy schedules.

My house is only 5.5 km from thrissur town. If they can't deliver that also, then why are they operating as courier service.
