We shri ram enterprises, madurai. We've booked the courier on 07.02.2019 to shahada, nandurbar district, maharashtra from madurai thirunagar (Thirumangalam) branch.

Till today our customer not received the courier and tracker not show the after 12.02.2019 update. A month fully passed but they are not response properly. We lose the our order from our customers and our goodwill to

I sent a courier through professional couriers.. Product was sent to mumbai. It shows status as delivered but the receiver says they didnt
Receive it yet. I don't know whether the receiver is cheating or the professional courier has misplaced it. If professional placed the courier right i need a copy of the receivers signature. Kindly help me tonresolve this issue.

I have given two medicines at pimpalgaon-baswant nashik - maharashtra, to be delivered to mazgaon-mumbai on 23/02/2019. And delivered on 26/02/2019 at around 4:30pm.
This is very bad and lazy and dirty service of courier.
It was medicines to be given to patient in mazgaon mumbai. Patient has missed the dose of medicines due to your faltu service.
Professional courier is bad service provider among courier service.
I hate professional staff.

No one should deoend on professional courier and should be banned from india as early as pissible.

till now it is pending in your tracking when iam trying to get information from M.G.ROAD, CUSTOMER CARE THEY WERE NOT LIFTING THE LANDLINES 3 PHONE NUMBERES THEY WERE NOT LIFITING AND AFTER SOME TIME THEY WERE LIFTED PHONE NUMBER[protected], AND SHE IS NO WHERE BOTHER TO SPEAK WITH A CUSTOMER ONE TIME SHE IS TELLING THAT SHE WILL GIVE ANOTHER NUMBER AND ASKING ME TO CALL AFTER SOME TIME
THIS IS NOT A GOOD SERVICE EXPECTING FROM PROFFESSIONAL COURIER

I ordered a saree online which was dispatched thru professional couriers to vizag. I got a call from them saying that my package had arrived at kancherapalem and would be sent to my nearest branch in mvp colony by the following monday. When i asked them to deliver it to my residence address, they said it's a non-serviceable area and we need to pick it up personally where in their website our pin code is a serviceable area and my package has been lying there since then. My question is why do they accept services when they are unable to deliver to some areas and if they do accept is it not their responsibility to see that the package has been delivered. There is another branch in madhurwada which is the nearest branch to my address, they could have arranged to send it there to deliver.
I also tried to contact the branch supervisor but she also seemed to be very negligent about the matter. I sincerely hope that such services should be discontinued or boycotted by other consumers until they promise to deliver promptly to all areas.

Actually i send the shipment from bangalore to hydarabad on 16.02.19 but till today shipmet not received at our client place, it is very difficult to move forward. We felt worst courier.
And also customer care also not responding our calls.

The courier was done on Saturday from Udupi to Bangalore Whitefield. Still the courier is not received. When contacting at the sender place, the courier has already reached the destination Bangalore - Ramagondanahalli office. But the courier representative not showing the interest to deliver the same. This has been happening so many times with this particular office. Kindly take the necessary action and help us in getting the courier asap.

The courier which has been sent from chennai to banglore on[protected] is lost and no proper response is given for 20 days. The information that it is lost is informed only on[protected] after following up with them regularly. They did not respond properly. The way they were attending the clients was so unprofessional that they were rude at times. They informed us a complaint was raised to check in all the branches in bangalore. But when we contacted one of the branches they informed no such complaints was raised.

My courier is reached nandyal at february 14th.. 4days are gone but my product is not reached me.. All customer service numbers are switched off it is very costly medicines.. Nandyal to allagadda it just 45kms taken only 1hr for journey.. But my product reached at 14th today 18th, is it taken 4days to delivered my product with just 45kms???. I want my product emergency

I am ratnakar biswal my courier number is pro8414057 to autonagar vizag from hyderabad but they are telling that autonagar is our of our limit its so funny to hear that that autonagar is our of limit area in visakhapatnam and they r telling that you should come our office to take parcel they are giving a mobile number and i call her but they don't know you to give respect at gajuwaka branch its waste courier service [protected]

My consignment number is pro8053146 and this courier promising delivery date is 14/02/2019 but today is 15/02/2019. Till now i did'nt get delivered my courier. I had contacted all courier department offices numbers they are not responding and speaking rudely. Today morning i had tarckefd my courier it was reached to khammam at 6.45am but not delivered till now. Worst service by courier service.

I have sent a courier from Chennai to Hyderabad on Tuesday. It has reached the Hyd hub on Thursday morning. When I tried to reach the customer care number Hyd as well as Chennai, the customer care executives who attended the call doesnt have basic manners on how to speak to a customer. Even after saying that it has medicines to be delivered today, there was no proper response from that lady.
Even if we would had sent through speed post it would had reached the destination properly.
We paid and we wanted to beg them to deliver the courier on time.
All delivery executives as well as customer care executives are worst.
I don't prefer professional courier anymore.

Courier tracking no. Srt54226871 says that courier has been received at raichur, location bengaluru on 12-01-, 2019. Still not delivered.
Today is[protected]. Almost one month!!!

We called up the raichur courier office, they didn't respond properly and they spoke irresponsibly saying that the parcel might be lost or missing. They didn't seem to care.

My package has reached the below given address on 6th february 2019 and not delivered to nallagandla till date. They are so unprofessional. They do not answer the phone call and at times take the call and disconnect the same.

In status of tracking kur[protected] shows delivered but it has not been received by my relatives or anyone in their neighborhood..

It shows delivered on 4th and i was trying to get hold onto sender hence it took time for me to contact you.

Please investigate the issue and advise. I am in this country for 4 days and it need to be resolved asap.

Actually my brother couriered a photo frame through professional courier services on 4th feb. Consignment no: tpt376305 ; from renigunta to kurnool
The expected date of delivery is 6th of feb but till yesterday no updates from them, then my sister only took number from website and tried calling them, no one responded for the call and finally yesterday she only went to hub directly they asked her to wait for 1 hour and they searched for it and gave it to her and it was broken... Insane how come they can be so irresponsible over customers, need a resolution and money back immediately.

Worst experience with professional courier, they are highly unprofessional with their service, you contact on any of the numbers, they never contact you, it’s been 12 days since the parcel left from delhi to nashik and ultimately going 20 kms from my house to collect the parcel. They r least concerned about business, spent almost 2000/- for this courrier and still harassed
