Pro8210098 booked at cbs branch new jewargi road kalaburagi to deliver to gadag on 15.01.2019 by (Holiday special) or urgent delivery but till now it is not delivered. Even after several telephonic talk problem was not resolved ihave discussed with your staff yesterday as well as today, it seems they are not serious in this regard i enquired about the delivery status to ur staff[protected] again to your jawali complex staff[protected], [protected] continuosly from 12pm to 6pm today 11am they culdn"t get back to me regarding delivery status.
1. Refund the excess amount charged
2. Take necessary action on staff
3. Sorry i lost faith on proffessional couriers.

I handed over a consignment of foodstuff at Avinashi road Coimbatore vide AWB CJB 80306429, 3.5 K.G dt 10 Jan.. The sweet lady at the counter promised it can be only delivered on Saturday 12 Jan.

It is 6 days now and the food must have all got spoiled. They give lame excuses. As per the tracking it has reached Bangalore on 11 Jan. Why does it take so long to do local delivery. Is it stuck in Bangalore traffic!!!

I booked a courier from delhi to nellore on 7-12-18. Containing my iphone x screen.
These people initially told me the courier is delayed and now they are telling me it is lost.

When i told them i want my courier or reimbursement. The company people are saying do whatever u want now its gone. You will not get anything.

A document (Hrd[protected] was dispatched by kotak bank, bangalore south to be delivered to me in bangalore east, whitefield. It was dispatched from the origin office of professional courier on 9-jan-19 and as of today i. E. 15-jan-19, it has not been delivered to me. The tracking status shows the status as on 11-jan-19 and nothing after that. It is highly frustrating to see the service quality of professional courier. It is one of the worst courier company i have ever come across. Can this complaint be addressed immediately?

This is regarding above tracking no of my consignment which I have not received till date but same is showing delivered on 07/01/2019.
I called TPC Ghaziabad 100 times on their office on no.'s [protected]-97 but they are not providing any information to me.
They are just delaying the things and not able to answer my questions. They have lost or damaged my order in transit and updated the fake consignment details on website.
I email to [protected]@tpcglobe.com many times. Initially they forwarded the complaint to Ghaziabad office but nothing was done by the team and now they are neither picking up calls nor responding to emails.

I have sent a marriage gift through the courier from karnataka to kerala state. Today received there which i was presented by marriage gift box, in that totally broken the gift item. Regarding above the same kindly take action on this courier services and same as it is return my consignment order or pay the gift money and also refund my courier charges.

Im in chennai, tamil nadu. Here, the professional courier in puzhal is not delivering my courier to my home.

[protected] - this person (Marimuthu) in the courier office is very irresponsible. He is ignoring our request to deliver the courier at home.
He says that "i[censored] want the courier, come and collect it". He simply says that he cant locate the address.
Even amazon, flipkart, snapdeal etc are delivering to my house address!
Professional couriers even delivered courier to my opposite house, a couple of days before.

My package booked on 31st dec 2018 via professional couriers, mumbai has still not been delivered till date (13jan 2019) to kerala kottayam. I have been tracking my parcel since last so many days but it is showing me the same thing that on january 2nd it has been dispatched to changanacherry and since then there is no update. I have no idea with whom to follow up further. Can you please help to track on this. Because it’s resllt very annoying. Would really appreciate your help to enquire and find the details. Bring to your notice that the consignment box sent from madurai to chennai. The package received at chennai was damaged and the seal of the bottle was broke open. This is a manufacturer seal and the silver foil is opened up by your personal. Want to register my complaint and it i don't hear will have to follow up to file the same in the nearby police station

My package BLR[protected] booked on 19 Dec 2018 via Professional Couriers, Ganganagar has still not been delivered till date( 9 Jan 2019) . Repeated calls to customer care numbers or call center are giving absolutely no response. I have no idea with whom to follow up further . Can you please help to track on this. Would really appreciate your help to enquire and find the details. It’s a very important package.

A post has been sent from kattapanna kerala with consingment no: koc57440972, on 4/1/2019. I raised complaint twice cmr256967, cmr25715, as no update on site, but on 8/1/2019 there was update as delivered to kondapur station hyderabad with manager varghese (P. No: [protected]) but when i cald him, he asked me to go & check with station from where it was posted (Kerala) about post that too in rude manner. Even after 6 days i didnt receive my courier even though normal post reaches by this time. Waste of time, money. Still awaiting to receive my courier.
I need to case on this unproffessional couriers. I will never choose & suggest to anyone.

Vpl[protected] the product i ordered reached miyapur hub 01jan2019, however they are not delivering it to me (2km distance) and today date is 8jan2019, no one picks the call in miyapur hub for the numbers given, worst service i have ever seen why to keep unnessary name like professional courier when you cant even deliver the product reached you???

I have booked a courier from chennai to kattumannarkoil through professional couier no.4/35, 1st floor, jj nagar mugappair east, chennai - 600 037 on 04.1.19 but till date couriered not delivered to the correct address at g. Thangaraju no.69/1, periyar nagar (North) kattumannarkoil (T. K) poin code no.608301. I need to file a case against the said professsional courier if the said consignment was not delivered by today along with mental agony for the said courier. When i enquired with the said office that they told it will happen at regular intervals of time.

I wanted to bring this for your notice, about the parcel booked for me on 24th from kerala to electronic city, bengaluru, karnataka 560100.

I have not received any call from the concerned person regarding the parcel for me on 26th dec 2018, but in the portal, i can see the parcel has arrived at electronic city also the status as no such person in given address,

Second day 27th i received a call from the person name: yellapa contact no [protected] belong to electronic city branch, called me were as i was in meeting unable to pick his call and later, i called him back updating my name & details, then he asked me, where are you now, i said i was in the same address when he said that he came to office address but i didn’t pick the call so he left the place which is not a truth as he didn’t come to my address itself, ok maybe he might come to the address i didn’t want to argue about that, the way he spoke is really unappreciated and not at all okay, then he asked me to collect it from the branch office i said ok fine for it.

When i reached branch office electronic city, bengaluru they said the parcel was sent back as saying no such person in the address, my concern is why are they sending the parcel back were as i have said to him, that i will come and collect it from the office it makes feel bad about the entire brand,

My name is Mohammed Imtiaz, i sent two parcel from Chennai to Salem on date[protected] and their reference numbers are MAA[protected] and MAA[protected]. I sent both the parcel to same person with same address. One parcel (MAA[protected] has been delivered on date[protected] and another parcel(MAA[protected] has not been delivered yet and while tracking through customer care person, the status of that parcel has been updated as "NO SUCH PERSON". I spoke with Salem office regarding this and they were answering irresponsibly and saying your parcel has been returned to chennai address on[protected] but here i didn't got any parcel yet. Now i don't have any idea about where my parcel is. It was birthday gift to my sister and i promised her that i will be sending gifts before her birthday. Please rectify the problem and do the needful.

I've booked a package to be delivered to vishakapatnam on 24th dec 2018. Tracking number cgl2002153. The current status indicates in transit for more than a week. There has been no update in the status. I've already registered a complaint regarding the same crm255973. There has been no response to calls as well as e mails from customer care. All phone numbers seem to be busy all the time. Resolve the issue at the earliest.

It was arrived on[protected] and i spoke with your office on mob no.[protected] and it was in turn told and shared the mobile no. Of delivery boy mr balaji mob no.[protected] he promised for delivery on dtaed [protected]@12-00 hrs he could not come i called him then he promised to deliver @1500 hrs he could not come then again i called him now he was telling me to come and collect from professional courier office.

My concern is how can a delivery boy can tell the customers to come and collect the letters.
Pl see the as name suggest professional you should manage the service in that passion only.
