A post has been sent from kattapanna kerala with consingment no: koc57440972, on 4/1/2019. I raised complaint twice cmr256967, cmr25715, as no update on site, but on 8/1/2019 there was update as delivered to kondapur station hyderabad with manager varghese (P. No: [protected]) but when i cald him, he asked me to go & check with station from where it was posted (Kerala) about post that too in rude manner. Even after 6 days i didnt receive my courier even though normal post reaches by this time. Waste of time, money. Still awaiting to receive my courier.
I need to case on this unproffessional couriers. I will never choose & suggest to anyone.

Vpl[protected] the product i ordered reached miyapur hub 01jan2019, however they are not delivering it to me (2km distance) and today date is 8jan2019, no one picks the call in miyapur hub for the numbers given, worst service i have ever seen why to keep unnessary name like professional courier when you cant even deliver the product reached you???

This is been informed that, professional courier not able to deliver teh courier from past 10 days and also, there is no reply from the authorities after multiple reminders to them.

I have booked a courier from chennai to kattumannarkoil through professional couier no.4/35, 1st floor, jj nagar mugappair east, chennai - 600 037 on 04.1.19 but till date couriered not delivered to the correct address at g. Thangaraju no.69/1, periyar nagar (North) kattumannarkoil (T. K) poin code no.608301. I need to file a case against the said professsional courier if the said consignment was not delivered by today along with mental agony for the said courier. When i enquired with the said office that they told it will happen at regular intervals of time.

I wanted to bring this for your notice, about the parcel booked for me on 24th from kerala to electronic city, bengaluru, karnataka 560100.

I have not received any call from the concerned person regarding the parcel for me on 26th dec 2018, but in the portal, i can see the parcel has arrived at electronic city also the status as no such person in given address,

Second day 27th i received a call from the person name: yellapa contact no [protected] belong to electronic city branch, called me were as i was in meeting unable to pick his call and later, i called him back updating my name & details, then he asked me, where are you now, i said i was in the same address when he said that he came to office address but i didn’t pick the call so he left the place which is not a truth as he didn’t come to my address itself, ok maybe he might come to the address i didn’t want to argue about that, the way he spoke is really unappreciated and not at all okay, then he asked me to collect it from the branch office i said ok fine for it.

When i reached branch office electronic city, bengaluru they said the parcel was sent back as saying no such person in the address, my concern is why are they sending the parcel back were as i have said to him, that i will come and collect it from the office it makes feel bad about the entire brand,

My name is Mohammed Imtiaz, i sent two parcel from Chennai to Salem on date[protected] and their reference numbers are MAA[protected] and MAA[protected]. I sent both the parcel to same person with same address. One parcel (MAA[protected] has been delivered on date[protected] and another parcel(MAA[protected] has not been delivered yet and while tracking through customer care person, the status of that parcel has been updated as "NO SUCH PERSON". I spoke with Salem office regarding this and they were answering irresponsibly and saying your parcel has been returned to chennai address on[protected] but here i didn't got any parcel yet. Now i don't have any idea about where my parcel is. It was birthday gift to my sister and i promised her that i will be sending gifts before her birthday. Please rectify the problem and do the needful.

I've booked a package to be delivered to vishakapatnam on 24th dec 2018. Tracking number cgl2002153. The current status indicates in transit for more than a week. There has been no update in the status. I've already registered a complaint regarding the same crm255973. There has been no response to calls as well as e mails from customer care. All phone numbers seem to be busy all the time. Resolve the issue at the earliest.

It was arrived on[protected] and i spoke with your office on mob no.[protected] and it was in turn told and shared the mobile no. Of delivery boy mr balaji mob no.[protected] he promised for delivery on dtaed [protected]@12-00 hrs he could not come i called him then he promised to deliver @1500 hrs he could not come then again i called him now he was telling me to come and collect from professional courier office.

My concern is how can a delivery boy can tell the customers to come and collect the letters.

Respected sir i had orderd pendrive 32gb in lt store online on 22/12/2018. My order number was vpl[protected].After 2-3 days i received email by lt stating that orderd product is sent through professional courier . Sir when i checked the status it is showing me deliver to unknown address even tho i have given my own address and what lt online had verified before mailing. Sir because of professional courier who is responsible to deliver to unknown address and has done fraude signature on the delivery report. They dint call to my number even before delivering the product to know my home location. Now the status is showing deliverd to unknown address on26/12/2018. Sir i am student from ecnomicale background and purchased it to my educational purpose. Sir i request you sir to take action on the professional courier and get my product with the compensation money because of the time i have lost waiting for it in need and breaking of trust. My package was marked as delivered but the addressee never received it. TPC doesn't answer emails, nobody picks up calls and their website complain feature is broken. ### service ever. They lost my package and I can't even raise a complaint.
I tried calling their numbers throughout the day in both cities from where it was sent and in the city where it was sent to. The call never went through despite hundreds of attempts.

My package was ordered from amazon on 14/12/2018. The seller is from jaipur and delivery destination is bangalore. It has been more than 10 days and your tracking site has no update as to where my package is. The last update is dated 15/12/2018. Why is it taking such a long time? Even a bus travelling from jaipur to bangalore does not take 10 days to commute. I'm seroiusly frustrated and will not recommend this to anyone. You guys should change your names to unprofessional couriers. It's not the first time i have had this kind of issue. The above consignment not delivered on 24.12.18 at trichy, on enquiry madurai head office told me that the consignment wrongly sent to coimbatore.
How pathetic the service, how the consignment meant for trichy sent to coimbatore

This is to bring to your notice that my parcel is missing and it has been dispacted since dec 18, 2018, habe made multiple complains but not a single satisfactory response

I am coordinating with one of your employee vishaka who promised a callback but no one turned up till, hence writing this email

Praveen from nagdevi 400003 branch confirmed that the parcel is missing and they cannot find that, now i have informed that a letter will be sent to us which confirms that the parcel is missing.

So i have few questions :

1. Shall a customer has to wait for the letter being sent?
2. Why there's no turn around time being provided? (I am following up since 5 days now) no proper response from praveen or from vishaka
3. What is the process to escalate this?
4. Customer has to wait for claim letter for getting his / her money back? Without any turn around time
5. Where to reach if customer is not happy with the responses he or she is getting

After receiving parcel at city hub of professional courier, branch office has not delivered the courier within a week after multiple calls from customer. Courier office staff are so unprofessional that they are not responding to phone calls and instead cutting the calls. Worst courier service in hyderabad i have ever seen. If in 10 days, courier cannot be delivered from source to destination point within india, its really pathetic.

Vns[protected] is the consignment no that is showing delivered however i have not received anything..

No one is aware where my package is.
I have already contacted the regional office no one is answering the call...

Yesterday i called them 4 to 5 time they kept on saying that i will get it but nothing delivered.

I tried calling their customer care number but they r on after 10 only.
Worst service...

I am want to deliver a courier to icici lombard health care which is located in hyderabad and same address was mentioned in the courier pack also.
But now while tracking courier, it is showing me that the courier is delivering to vaniyambadi. This problem is i am facing second time with this courier office. Really they are very worst people, always chit chatting to each other.

I have to deliver with in seven days to that point. Please take as a serious action do the solve.

Consignment from noida to chennai not delivered the consignment, but status say already delivered. Please show the proof of delivery.

All incorrect messages leads fool the individual.
