I sent both the parcel to same person with same address. After receiving parcel at city hub of professional courier, branch office has not delivered the courier within a week after multiple calls from customer. Courier office staff are so unprofessional that they are not responding to phone calls and instead cutting the calls. Worst courier service in hyderabad i have ever seen. If in 10 days, courier cannot be delivered from source to destination point within india, its really pathetic....
