I am ravi k s resident of yelchenahalli bangalore-62 vide my phone no [protected], no, 56, sumukha nilaya 3rd floor rajeshwari layout blr -62
Near isro layout. Reently i have applied for pan card and the same has come to
Professional courier office at yelchenahalli near metro station vide their ll ph
No[protected] calling me to come and collect the same in person as they are nor supposed to door deliver the pan card.
Pl look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.
(I am working in peenya and leave my house at 8am and back by 8pm)

For pro8129676 they updated the status as delivered on 31/01/2019 however it didn't reach the location yet (02/02/2019). When asked saying they have delivered the product, the product needs to delivered at kalighat location but the status has been updated as delivered at port blair. Is this the way u provide service? For this kind of worst service we have to pay to you... The customer care person is saying just "hello professional" who will say the word courier.. Person cant even utter the company name they working for what kind of service can we expect further.. Very disappointed with your service.

Hi i am sunil i had booked a parcel from bangalore to new delhi on 29/01/2019 through professional courier (Pro8312832), but today it is 01/02/2019 still parcel not delivered.

They had comitted it will reach on 30/01/2019.

Due to delay from professional i am paying a heavy demurage charges.

Professional courier persons response is also very bad they are not providing good response to customers.

The courier office staff in Yellanali (Pin 643243) has been harassing clients ever since he opened office here. Mr.Henry (Ph: +[protected], who is the staff here, expects all the customers who receive a courier to go to the office and collect the same. When asked to deliver the courier to the house, his reply is that "it's not a door delivery service".

Then why is The Professional Courier charging for door delivery? The customer service department is lethargic and unbelievable. They are not trained to handle complaints in the right manner.

This road is only within 1km from your delivery office at narimedu. The consignment track status shows that the courier is in transit. On contact, no proper response from narimedu office. Courier should have been delivered yesterday, but till now not delivered. We have to face the consequences of not filing appeal in time. No use of believing your goodwill. Kindly confirm the status of delivery without any further delay.

Parcel with docket no. DEL...96, booked from delhi to gulbarga not recieved till date. Booking date 29th dec 2018, Booked frm delhi to gulbarga. It comes via bangalore. Despatched from banglore on 31st dec 2018 but not recieved by the reciever till date

Indian bank has sent debit card from chennai to my address by professional courier on 20-dec-2018, but the courier is not delivered. I have biggest concern about the package, because it containing my bank atm card and am literally scared about atm card safety.

I have dispatched my parcel from Jabalpur to Bengaluru on 15 January 2019 but on the expected date of delivery I checked the status of parcel which showed delivered but it was not delivered to the reciever end.My reciept no is JLR99773 Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible .

Called head office[protected].. They hear my concern n disconnect the call.. Most unprofessional courier service. Sent email regarding this to them, but no reply as such. Even now parcel is at miyapur branch since 17th and they are not delivering the parcel. Please resolve my case at the earliest

Then what is the use of courier service. Or else they are threatening that your parcel will be delivered after two days because staff is not there. Then why did u open the courier center

The parcel from delhi - tracking no del[protected] was not delivered for 8 days - reason - the sweets inside were eaten by the rats!!
Please see pictures. The food inside was poisoned by rats!

My mother - 90 years of age had loving prepared sweets for me and my family. But when proessional courier company delivered our parcel - the weight was less than half and the sweets poisioned by rats.

The company's gm mr jagdish is a n unprofessional person and so is the manager ms. Vanila. They have not even refunded the courier charges - forget any compensation. Now they are not even answering my phone.

There are so many courier companies. By this company is unprofessional! Unlike its name!!

I have booked a courier on 1st Jan 2019 from Salem TamilNadu to Shridi and paid around 400 rupees.
They informed me, it will gets delivered in max of 4 days. But until 12th Jan 2019, the courier was in Transit and still it gets time to deliver.

Until 19th of Jan, it dint get delivered still.

Update in 22-Jan-19 : Still i have not received any notifications regarding the courier i made also dint get dispatched still.
Can i get an update on the same like when it will get delivered ?

Today an employee came to deliver my package in salem, where my father aged 70 was there, he was rude in handling my father and took back the parcel and said that you come and collect it at our office

Is this the way u handle the customer
Totally rude and disrespectful towards a senior citizen

Pro8210098 booked at cbs branch new jewargi road kalaburagi to deliver to gadag on 15.01.2019 by (Holiday special) or urgent delivery but till now it is not delivered. Even after several telephonic talk problem was not resolved ihave discussed with your staff yesterday as well as today, it seems they are not serious in this regard i enquired about the delivery status to ur staff[protected] again to your jawali complex staff[protected], [protected] continuosly from 12pm to 6pm today 11am they culdn"t get back to me regarding delivery status.
1. Refund the excess amount charged
2. Take necessary action on staff
3. Sorry i lost faith on proffessional couriers.
Do you want me to go for consumer court as the cosignment sent to advocate (Documents) which was very important to be submitted to court on 16.01.2019

I handed over a consignment of foodstuff at Avinashi road Coimbatore vide AWB CJB 80306429, 3.5 K.G dt 10 Jan.. The sweet lady at the counter promised it can be only delivered on Saturday 12 Jan.

It is 6 days now and the food must have all got spoiled. They give lame excuses. As per the tracking it has reached Bangalore on 11 Jan. Why does it take so long to do local delivery. Is it stuck in Bangalore traffic!!!

These people initially told me the courier is delayed and now they are telling me it is lost.

It was dispatched from the origin office of professional courier on 9-jan-19 and as of today i. E. 15-jan-19, it has not been delivered to me. The tracking status shows the status as on 11-jan-19 and nothing after that. It is highly frustrating to see the service quality of professional courier. Very bad service and bad people at professional courier service Rayachoti branch.
People here behave very bad and they using very bad words .
If parcel reach office they not even try to call customers to inform about the parcel.
Don't give franchises to bad people .

This is regarding above tracking no of my consignment which I have not received till date but same is showing delivered on 07/01/2019.
I called TPC Ghaziabad 100 times on their office on no.'s [protected]-97 but they are not providing any information to me.
They are just delaying the things and not able to answer my questions. They have lost or damaged my order in transit and updated the fake consignment details on website.
I email to [protected]@tpcglobe.com many times. Initially they forwarded the complaint to Ghaziabad office but nothing was done by the team and now they are neither picking up calls nor responding to emails.
