Hi,

I had couriered insurance documents from unity building, bangalore on 25th apr. The consignment is yet to reach destination (Mahadevapura, bng).
On 27th been sent to mahadevapura and again has returned to cunningham road, mission road, msr. Now today's status is again been dispatched to mahadevapura. Literally it has traveled all over bangalore.

I am not able to contact any of the (Un) professional courier personalle.

Truly worst service these guys are offering.

Courier received at Whitefield office last week itself, one guy called me and told we cant deliver, you have to come and collect your parcel it as staff is not present.
This is happening for second time in a row, last time I went and collected thinking their could be some issue.

But "Professional Courier Whitefield" branch proved me wrong as they gave same reason again. This is totally unacceptable and opposite to name given by you people, i.e "UN-PROFESSIONAL COURIER" service.

If customer need to visit branch and collect the parcel than for what we are paying you?
Even your customer care saying 'this branch has some issues', if you know this why can not you resolve on priority basis? Even customer care people yawning @11am in the morning and talking to people. How you expect to grow your business then for this UN-PROFESSIONAL COURIER" service.
If you can not resolve please close this branch.

This is with regard to the delivery of the consignment no. Maa[protected] by professional courier. The tracking shows that delivery has been attempted twice but i have not been contacted by anyone so far. Now the status shows "despatched to bengaluru - south - ops" after only 2 attempts. I need the delivery immediately. Please do whatever is necessary.

Hi Team, I am resident of Attapur Hyderabad-500048. I got a parcel and was reached to Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad.(I am not sure that the service is there OR not to Attapur)They are not even call me to pick my parcel and the customer service number also Ringing but not receiving my call and some times got call waiting too. I call to my friend who send that parcel, she contacted her local Courier service and gave another number(Person number) this time they received But responded very rude that they are telling there is no service to attapur weekly once they will deliver the goods. But for me, my product there at Mehdipatnam 12 days.
As it is a Paid service, they have to respond proper.If there is no service, atleast they have to call / Respond to customers calls.

I hope next time onwards, it should not repeat. kindly let me know, Is service there in Attapur, Hyderabad-500048 OR not???

I have ordered the products from instagram style n strike store. The status was showing as delivered on april 20 2019, but i have not yet received the parcel. I didn't receiveed the parcel yet. Please help me to get the parcel.

We received a pro courier from kolkata to chennai on 26th april 2019, the courier contains of original passports, our courier cover was totally damaged, this was third time we are facing this problem on your service. Hereafter this problem happens you are the full responsibilities for that. Kindly take the immediate action for this problem, i have attached the damaged courier photo copy for your reference. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

Their name should be changed to "unprofessional courier".

I had such an important courier to be delivered to me by my father which reached my nearest courier center within 3 days and after that every day it displayed as "out for delivery" for 5 days and then after 5th day, it showed "address could not be traced".

I had my full address written with my contact number over the courier and the delivery person could have called me if he could not find the address! I frequently order online and receive almost 1 to 2 packets every week and never encountered any problem for the address.

Such an unethical behaviour from professional couriers and their customer care.

I want to take this case on a high priority so that this situation does not happen with some other person.

This is with reference to my courier which was supposed to reach on 28-29th march.However it reached on 8th April and I have to suffer a monetary loss of 1500 Rs as the booklet inside the courier was valid till 31st March only.Your booking partner has asked me to file a complaint on the same. Kindly register my complaint and also provide an appropriate compensation for your gross negligence.Please note that your booking partner has confirmed that it will reach within 3 days.

My couruer was to reach malda. It was dispatched to malda but then suddenly it showed bag dispatched to chennai.. This u what kind of service. I should get my parcel by today but dont why the professuonal courier dispatched it to chennai.. Plz hlp me out as soon as possible.. N get me my parcel back..

The bank manager of federal bank has send me an urgent document to me for gorakhpur at 12th april 2019. The way number is prc979457. But i didn't receive that courier yet. The courier has been received in gorakhpur at 16th april 2019. But it is showing in transit yet.
I have called at their gorakhpur branch many times. Even i have told him that if he is not able to send the courier at my home, please confirm me. But i didn't get any positive reply from him.
People is using the courier service to save the time. But their team is not responsible for the time. We are giving mobile numbers on the envelop of the courier, but their team don't have the curtsy to call the customer and inform them that we cannot deliver the courier at given address and please collect from our office.
Pl ease look into this matter & resolve this issue.

My tracking number is maa[protected]. The tracking result shows it is delivered on 4th april 2019. However, it is not delivered to me so far till 24th april 2019. I called the bangalore professional courier office 20 times and the customer care more than 20 times. No body responds and care about the customer. Still the item is missing?
The item couriered is missing now and shall i give a complaint in consumer court against professional couriers.

This is regarding courier with way no. Vpl[protected]. The courier is out of delivery for approximately 9 days and has been not been delivered yet. Forget delivering, i have not been contacted regarding any prospective delivery.
On calling the meerut city office, i got to know that the courier has gone to the different locality which is far from my locality.
But, since than no action has been taken and now they have stopped picking up my call.

This is the fourth time in last 18 months that malad branch employees return the courier back to the sender writing no address found.
In last year my cheque book from idbi bank was return to the bank for three times in a year. Now there was an courier from hdfc ergo the person is calling me that come and collect the courier from branch.
We are able to receive the services from other courier services on the same address

A clothing supplier sent us 3 pieces o[censored]nstitched salwar suits from mumbai to kothamangalam, kerala. I recieved only 2 pieces. I found the parcel cover wrapped with another tape which was send without that tone by the supplier. My tracking number is [protected]. I kindly request you to do the necessary

Recently i have to receive cheque through your services so i tracked it was showing received mahabubnagar
So i contacted professional service of mahabubnagar
One lady spoke me out irrespectful to me
Again she cut call and kept the line busy
It was very reckless
I immediately need explanation regarding this issue

Courier no knr1151804 dispatched from kerela on 10th has still not reached goa a mail was droped on [protected]@tcpindia.com regarding the same and i have received no reply, the tracking is showing dispatched to salem and goa at the same time. I the supplier has forwarded me the picture of the consignment showing the correct address and phone no on the parcel.

Hi have sent the parcel from delhi to imphal with tracking number del[protected].. Since 9th april the product is with guwahati office and they have not updated the system. After multiple mails they replied that they have send to imphal on 13th april but till date we have not yet received the package. We went to imphal office and they said they dnt have it. Now i'm sure it's with guwahati office. Someone please take action i'll be very thankful.. I trusted professional courier and this is what i'm getting.. Back home my parents are waiting for this package eagerly they have to go to village and they can't stay for any longer as they have urgent work to do.

For your kind information i had bad experience with the courier boy i. E [protected], speaking very roundly, like giving spot name and asking customer to come and take the parcel.

As the world mean courier is delivery the parcel to the customer door step.

But here the courier guys behavior is like doing fever on customer by delivering the parcel to him.

Hope this ediot uncultured, and nonsense courier guys will be auctioned accordingly.

My consignment in profession courier docket no. Vpl[protected] which are send from nsdl (Pan card) but till date not delivered. Many time complaints lodge but no any reply from professional courier.

Delayed in deliver the goods and poor response, no delivery on time, very poor responcse, 3 days delivery not yet delivered, they dont know the value of time and goods.
Vif we ask for the delivery, they told us to come and collect the goods,
Its very difficult to collect, even we already paid for door delivery.
I need immediate action for the above complaint
