I booked the consignment from bangalore banaswadi office on 2nd january, which needs to be delivered in bangalore itself. At the time of booking, they promised that the consignment will be delivered by the 3rd of january. It was an application form whose last date was 4th jan-2020. So based on their promise i booked the consignment. On 4th january. I checked the status it was showing in transit. When i tried to contact the customer care at bangalore head office and banaswadi office. Mobile numbers given on their website were switched off and landline number no one responding. After trying for 1 hours. Banaswadi's office picked up the phone and said simply load was not connected and will deliver on 6th jan. Due to their irresponsible behavior applicant couldn't apply his application

Last month i have to receive an courier from tanjur temple to my residence in hosur, the tracking no : tnj1586205, but the same is not received, when i checked it in the portal is shows "door closed". I even went to hosur professional courier office and they reverted saying come tomorrow, but still i am getting the same answer, not the item. The complaint also been raised : crm313640, but till now no action has been taken.

This letter has gone up and down from pc offices in pattandhur to mahadevapura and itpl since 23rd december and is yet to be delivered. I am getting only busy signal on the mobile numbers provided for pc.

This is an urgent communication which i need to resolve.
Please expedite delivery today!

This is regarding the consignment number mentioned in the reference number, just to highlight that the courier returned without delivery and mentioned fake statements by saying that the wrong address. We did delivery last 3 times to the same address. Due to some court notice the lady denied to receive the courier and the courier boy also involved in this by not delivering the shipment.

On 11/12/209 one parcel was sent to me from kanyakumari to kanchipuram district. But still date that parcel is not delivered to me. One week crossed. I contact so many office but they telling pacrcel has reached destination office and it will be deliver with in day. But still not delivered.
The dress is very cleared and i am using the address from longer. Still i did not receive any phone calls from them.

We had booked two boxes of tools from our branch office bangalore pn 12th dec 19. The parcel was suppose to be delivered on 14th dec 19 max. But there was delay in transport. The parcel reached on 17th to pune. It took 5 days to come to pune from bangalore. We were doing regular follow-ups on this shipment. At last received a call from the kondhwa office. One lady call and inform us that we can only deliver the shipment after two days. I asked the reason for the same, she was so arogenate in her response. "tum kha be bol chata hay. Sub ko mahul hai ho may. Yeha asa he hay".

What type of staff is been kept in your origination. Useless staff & zero customer centric company. I had to send my person to collect the shipment. Which i had to pay addition 250 for transport.

I need answer to these question. Why delivery vehicle is not present in their area.

Not delivered in-time, when tracking where it is.
It was reached to destination courier place 5 days back itself.
Interesting thing is, in one area 2 branches are there but they don't places.
Finally found number and called them to get parcel the person is saying come and collect.
Then what was the point to use there service by paying if we are picking.
Worst service...

Very worst service, no one can reply properly, we are follow 3days regularly basis their manager replied "ki kal pahuch jayega, aaj pahuch jayega, mai baher hu office call kro" bahut hi ghatiya service mai to sbhi ko yahi bolta hu ki maal bhejna hai to kisi b dusre courier company se bhejna but the professional courier se bilkul b mat bhejna ye bilkul b professional nhi hai

I paid 320 inr for a next day guaranteed delivery but the package was never delivered, but it shows in transit. The fact is that the package had a time limit on it, it had to be delivered the next day. The company promises the delivery on the paper but you never live up to it. Moreover the receipt also mention that if the shipment is not delivered within prescribed time, the delivery will be free & the charges will be refunded back.
Money is the secondary option, i availed your service because you promised guaranteed delivery the next day but you did not, or i could have availed a different service provider. I lost my time limit of submitting my documents to my insurance provider & 11th dec 2019 was my last day, but that did not happen so the have rejected my claim as they did not receive any documents. Now, who is going to take the responsibility.

My family sent me courier on 30-Nov but still i am not receive that courier. I contact your customer care through phone from 4th Dec 2019 to till now.

They told me we will courier on monday(09-Dec 2019) . Till now nothing happened and not responding in customer care.

I sent a package to my sister in haridwar. A jacket is missing from the package. I am so upset as when i filed a complaint, all i received was indifference. No one seemed to care. They gave me different numbers to call with no response on the other side. Winter is around the corner. This jacket was for my sister's fatherless grandson! Why are people so insensitive?
It is sad that the manager said there is nothing that we could do to get it back! He did not even care!

Mumbai to serbia courier of my original documents is delayed everyday, i lost my job here in serbia because i had to submit my original documents for work permit, 25th nov it was submitted in mumbai & today is 4th dec. Since 3 days on customer service they say it will reach today at 6pm, then next day, will ready today, then next day again, will reach today! This courier service cost my my job! I want them to cover up my losses.

Consignment sent on 29th last month is undeivered yet 04/12/2019.

The contact numbers provided will never be picked [protected], i was willing to go to the office and collect it myself due to the extensive delay. The other 2 numbers are switched off. What is the reason for providing a number which will not be picked any way? What is the purpose of such a feature?

After repeated attempts ended up frustrated at the error.

The courier should better be renamed as unprofessional!

My one post has dispatched from Gurgaon to Indore on dated 01.11.19 on tracking of post delivery shown 05.11.9 when i was got the same on 02.12.2019 after 1 month.

What type of service? when i was call the local office for complaint on number[protected] then she said we are not deliver the post please contact our agency on on.[protected].when i was call on above number then he was not replied properly.

Website tracking system showed nov.14 th despatched bangalore. Till now (29/11/19) am not received my parcel.
I am calling them daily all bangalore po rofessional courier numbers. They are telling will check and will provide. That parcel. But till now nothing has happened.
